    All I can say it was a disappointing meal. I generally do not do ratings unless I can give the restaurant five stars. I just think people need to know that the food is not very good.

    Orso’s remains my favorite pre-theater dining spot. Food is fresh and delicious, staff is professional and ambience is perfect for conversation.

    Orso is the best restaurant before the theater, after the theater, and any other time. Reserve early. The charcuterie and pasta and pizzas can't be beat. Whatever the soup is, have it (it was green gazpacho with crab). The chicken is terrific. The service is perfect. Orso is always a good idea.

    Great Italian restaurant near theaters! Service was excellent and our server was very knowledgeable. We didn’t feel rushed (like some places near the theaters) and the food was outstanding. I’ll definitely eat here again.

    We wanted to go to Joe Allen, but didn't reserve in time. Orso is owned by him & reviews were good, so I thought it would be a good substitute for pre-theatre. The menu is very limited. Joe Allen makes a great Caesar salad. They did not have one. Odd salad choices. Only 4 choices for pasta. No specials. Four boring main dishes. The Rigatoni Bolognese was the only pasta I could order. I can make a much better one. So, very disappointed. Will not go back.

    It’s an overpriced pre theatre restaurant. The servers were great. Very friendly . Choices were limited . Ambience non existent. They got us in and out with plenty of time. Fine for pre theatre but would not go out of my way to eat there
