You'll hear a blend of country music, classic rock and blues on the jukebox. We're an American Family Steakhouse so bring in the whole family and crew for a fun, hearty and delicious meal. Great service, sat immediately. Food, especially the ribs, was very good. Peanuts and shells all over make it quite comfortable.

Paula was very nice and courteous and took care of our family well. Bread brought fresh and hot, drinks refilled, made sure we had everything we needed. Food was fresh and well made. Good family meal as usual. We've been coming here for many many years. Delicious. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful dining experience for our group of 11. Our server Juan was so friendly and energetic. So were the rest of the staff we dealt with. The great food was just cherry on the top! It's not often that you walk into a restaurant and the staff actually look like they enjoy what they do.

Wow our server was on point and so efficient, I believe his name was Juan. The food is always delicious and the hillbilly punch is something you must experience.

Very good service and food. One of my guest with disappointed in how small table we were given because the restaurant have plenty of space in our table was small for our group. Birthday treat appreciated--song could be better. We'd go back.

We made reservations and even though we were a little late...say 20 minutes...they honored it without a hassle
It was very full but I saw every single server working with a smile on their face
I give them props for that
The food was great and although I had to call the server a few times over I never felt like I bothered her like in other places
It was our anniversary and the server took the time to right on our receipt "Happy 1st anniversary and many more" and that just made our night :)

If your looking for good prime rib come here. It's the best. Also recommended the Texas egg rolls they are so yummy filling is with cream cheese. Good steak and BBQ place. They give you peanuts and you throw the shells on the floor. Not a fancy place but good food and good service

We have never had such terrible service. We did not even get drinks for thirty minutes. The food took 1.5 hours to come out. It came out 15 minutes apart from people at our own table. It's said that the experience was so bad.

I had the Bison burger the patty was hard as a rock.No body in our group of 8 thought the food was above low average. The service was so slow that we ordered our next round when the first one came.And no it was not crowded!

The host who greeted us (young man) did not seem to know how to verify our attendance with the open table system. He asked me to ask the manager to do it. The manager took care of it kindly. The host was courteous but sloppily dressed with a flannel shirt and jeans that were WAY below his waist held up with a belt. Fortunately the flannel shirt prevented the exposure of his underwear. Our server Desiree, was excellent, frequently stopping by the table to make sure our needs were met. The food was excellent as well, I really enjoyed the marinated tri tip.

It was Meh. They forgot part of my meal and instead of correcting it or giving me a new order, they nought the missing parts out and said here's the missing parts. The waitress we had was horrible, everyone else was nice. Not thrilled.

The service was slow, but not only did the server apologize, the manager also spoke to our group. They did comp a dinner, appetizer and a drink for their service delays. In the end we all satisfied and would not only return to this restaurant but recommended it to friends..

My wife and I introduced my sister and her husband to this restaurant. It is one of out favorite dining spots. Good food, lots of variety and reasonable prices. This is one of our places to go on a Saturday Night Out with friends..

This was our first visit here and we were hoping for the best. We tried the Buffalo Ribs and they were tender and good. With our dinners we had Cesar Salads and they were the highlight of the evening. The Baked potato was over baked and the broccoli was very under cooked. They go through a ritual of ringing a "cow bell" when it is a birthday or something like that. This is very loud, un-necessary and rather undesirable. To finish the night, the wine list is limited and I was over charged $10 that the waitress did correct it once I mentioned it. Usually I do not look that closely at the bill and almost paid the extra.

I do not think that we will be back.
