Every thing was really good,food ,server wait time can't think of one thing that wasn't top notch.
We made a last minute same day reservation for a birthday and it worked out perfectly! Our server what very sweet seeing we had 4 small children with 4 adults!
We had dinner, both had steaks and both steaks were cooked perfectly. Large portions for sides and very good. We were too full to try dessert.
I think it is great that this restaurant is back on Open Table. This restaurant is one of our favorites in the neighborhood. My wife likes the selection on the menu, you can have a appetizer or get a meal. This restaurant gives back to the community, they did an outstanding job with the Keith Boyer benefit, I am sure no one thought so many people would take part in participating for a great cause. The current staff are the best, Tonya and Megan are great.
Service is starting to go bad...
My meat was asked for medium and come out more medium well but was fixed, but when you are starving it's not a good thing.
Got seated right away with open table. Food was great. Service was good will go back again.
Made reservation for 7:45pm. Arrived at 7:40pm. Was greeted by hostess who said she saw our reservation and that we would be seated "Next". 20 mins later, 7 parties had been seated before us and we were still waiting. I decided to leave at that point and asked the hostess to cancel my reservation. My issue is why make a reservation if the restaurant is not going to honor it. I've used Open Table reservation multiple times before and the restaurant was always able to seat me on time or as close to it as possible. Additionally, if the hostess knew I wasn't going to be seated "next", then she shouldn't have communicated that with me.
Great food but we keeping going back because of the service. Never had a better server than Jared.
There was a small issue when I reserved the time. I booked on open table but then the restaurant called and said they could not seat my party until an hour later! I was upset and told them they needed to communicate with open table. I received my points and overall the food was good.
The bison ribs were superb. The Jim Beam ribeye was overall good though a bit too rare.
We had a great dinner , service was great . Reservation highly recommended . A lot of people were waiting . Glad that Open Table was available.
Service was very slow. Our salads came out at the same time as our meals. Server was not paying attention. We sent our food back and asked the to re-cook our meals. Because of this we spent twice as much time for our meal as we should have.

We had a party of 5 for a birthday celebration and it was very nice casual atmosphere. The service was excellent and the balloon maker was a great touch, he was extremely cordial, friendly and entertaining...my friends' daughter loved it and so did the adults. We will be going back for sure!!
Barbque ribs were dry. Salmon was real fishy flavored.(maybe old) Steak was like chewing leather and not much flavor. Potatoes and rolls were good.
Serving staff was quite good and friendly. American-style roadhouse food was well prepared. Baked Sweet Potato with sugar and cinnamon was fantastic. Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. Peanut shells everywhere but that was part of the fun. Crack open peanuts and toss shells on the floor. Not a place for those with peanut allergy.

This is a great BBQ restaurant. Good ambiance, big portions and good drinks! Take your appetite and family and friends.
This once was one of our family's favorite local small-chain restaurants. No more. In recent years, I've used it primarily for takeout, and rarely at that. When we decided to have dinner at the restaurant last week, we had high hopes for the same enthusiastic service we'd received in the past from fun, well meaning servers, along with the same flavorful comfort food we come to know.
Wow, were we disappointed. While we only had to wait perhaps 5 minutes after our reservation to be seated, once we did, it took our server 10 minutes to free herself up to take a drink order -- which then took another 12 minutes to retrieve from the bar. Even then, once my wife tasted her wine, she had to decline it and order a cocktail, which took another 8 minutes. (Yes, I was timing them.) Even a Kendall Jackson or another moderate-to-low end vintner would have been an upgrade from the no name brand they offered. Our server was engaging and energetic, but throughout our time there, we felt like all the other tables were her priority, because every act -- even to respond to my request for a fork to eat my entree while it was warm -- took forever.
But the greatest disappointment were our orders of baby back ribs, their signature dish! Both orders were burnt beneath the sauce, my wife's more than mine. I could look past that, to a degree, but my biggest disappointment in these ribs was the lack of actual meat on the bone, compared to how they used to be. The sauce was as flavorful as ever, but that's the best I could say. Poor service can always be forgiven, because that simply happens, but the quality of the food and drinks could not. We won't be returning.

Server and manager must be commended for trying to satisfy me. I'm just not sure it was enough.
Open Table was not working for reservations at this location for about four weeks now. Staff at front desk did not give us a good answer when asked about Open Table reservations not working. Two in our party we where sat in back room with the big groups / party's. Gru was our waiter, not much nice to say. Brought out 2 rolls and butter, no plates to eat from, asked for plates, Gru acknowledged our request for plates never seen him again until we where halfway through with our food. Flagged him down for refills on drinks, our hamburgers showed up at Table dry no dressing, flagged Dow Tanya she is the best waitress at this location she got us some maoinayas quickly. Did I say there was restaurant not busy, for Saint Patty Day this place was empty. With staff like Gru this place will not be busy.

Our waiter was horrible. I asked for a coke and I was almost done with my meal before he remembered. After someone had a B-Day next to us I told a waiter that I thought was ours that it was my wife's B-Day. I later found out that I had told the wrong guy since they looked so similar. The other waiter could of watched to see where I sat so they could sing to us but he didn't. My wife got all excited and it ruined her night. The waiter was hard to find and it wasn't that busy.

There is one thing wife would like to incorporate. The toilett tissue for birthdays needs to be done with, you can use various things made of paper that are cheap and suitable, specially been a restaurant you should not use toilett items for any celebration props. I do not celebrate birthdays but that a no no for me.

Our waiter never came to check on us. I had to ask 3 times for something and still then I didn't get what I was asking for.

It was a birthday celebration early dinner. Great food and the place is awesome. I think it would be nice if when they put the coffee filter as a hat...make it like a crown instead. Just saying....

It's a steak house so the meat should be good. Service was good but meat was tough and essentially tasteless. Our table had rib-eye steaks, hamburger and tri-tip.
Soup was ok. We only got 2 small rolls, with promises of more to come but it never did.
Tri tip was bland and chewy.
