   Oriental Wok always serves a delicious meal. We had a table of 4 so ordered four different entrees to share. We always try to figure out which was the best but are never successful since all are good. The service is excellent - always attentive but never intrusive. It helps that the servers have a good sense of humor and seem to enjoy what they are doing.

   Another fantastic night as we took my ole Irish friend for Chinese on St Pats. I know, it’s a crime but in his words, “best Chinese since I’ve been to Hong Kong. I think it’s better and lived there for 6 years. Great times, we always feel like a family there. Wonderful people! Thanks Susanna, Johnny, the Wings, Sam and all for stopping by.

   The steamed walleye was excellent! We ordered 2 fishes for the 3 of us. We selected the ginger soy sauce for 1 and black bean for the other. Both were outstanding. There was enough walleye leftover for another meal for 2. Samantha was excellent as she guided us through our meal. We always enjoy our meal and service at Oriental Wok.

   Best restaurant I’ve visited in Cincinnati. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, they even helped with our coats. Food was delicious and carefully prepared. Amazing!!!

    Love this restaurant! Wonderful variety of entrees. The food is always delicious, especially the steamed sea bass and vegetarian greens and mushrooms. Excellent, friendly service.

    First time but have wanted to go for a long time. Celebrated my bday..fantastic servers,food,atmosphere. Loved the gong for my bday! Only negative is man at front desk a bit rude and also rude to his busboys who were very hard workers. He needs to match his staff's warm,polite,welcoming personalities,esp at front desk welcoming customers.

    Definitely not your run of the mill location. Perched on a wooded hillside beneath a towering condominium was a new one for me. My brother remembered coming here when it had been a steakhouse(?) back in the day. Service was just adequate though few other diners during the late lunch. Hot and Sour soup one of the best bowls I have ever had but tablemates egg drop was tepid. He ordered fried rice and I wanted the steamed. Guess who got what. Having heard of General Wong's chicken, I took that direction and the flavor was spot on and the breast meat very tender. No complaints from my companions either but the consensus was clear. That day, that time and service, that meal, was just ok when I was looking for a higher level of chinese. Another day and time may have had a better outcome for me. In the meantime, I will continue to search for that which I know is out there. I found it in Austin in Chinatown and I know it exists in the Queen City somewhere.

    Meal service and ambience and the overall experience was wonderful. My only complaint is that somehow we did not get our OpenTable points for this reservation. Not sure if they didn’t check us in under our open table starvation or what happened. We were running late due to a wreck on the interstate but we called ahead to let them know, and we actually only arrived a few minutes past our reservation time. So I’m not sure why we didn’t get our points.

    There for a Galentine’s gathering and overall had a good time! The service was good and the restaurant itself is beautiful. My egg roll was really good, and the entree portion sizes were big enough to get two meals out of it. My entree was the Volcano, which is listed in the “spicy” section of the menu and I would not use the word spicy to describe it even remotely. It tasted fine but nothing that I would be super excited to eat again. I have no real complaints about everything, it just wasn’t something to write home about.

    We went on a Saturday evening before the theater. We wanted a relaxing dinner with lively conversation. After an hour we were politely given indications that our “time was up”. We were interrupted and servers were consistently asking to take our plates even though we were not finished. We were both very surprised to get this treatment.

    This was somehow our first time here despite living relatively close and driving by often. Walking in we all thought the restaurant was beautiful. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated rather quickly. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding. We started with a scallion pancake, which was really good. I ordered Pad Thai, which I had never tried before. It was delicious. I especially liked the flavorful chicken in the dish. Our waters were constantly refilled and wonderful staff checked in on us often. Our reservation was at 530 and it was quiet, but by the time we left the restaurant was full. Really great experience with no complaints! Looking forward to going back.

    Our service was outstanding - from our hostess to our server. I loved that when one server was too busy another server picked up seamlessly. Food was on point as always. Fried rice was the best in Cincinnati.
