   We were seated at a table with a view of the harbor. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The meal was delicious from start to finish. Everything on the plate was bursting with flavor. Highest recommendations for the grilled beef and the roasted duck. It's easy to see why this is one of the top rated restaurants on Nantucket.

   Our dinner was absolutely delicious. We started with the calamari app, I had the fluke, and my husband had the special -- it was a seafood pasta. My biggest con was our waiter. She came off like she didn't care and just wanted us to hurry up and get out.

   We hadn't been to Oran Mor in several years and forgotten how much we like it. I love the antique feeling of the dining rooms and how one room leads into another, allowing for a feeling of warmth and intimacy. Our server Pam was attentive and friendly. The food was wonderful and expertly prepared from start to finish. The menu is good combination of traditional while still being innovative. We will not wait so long to come again!

   Amazing food! Stellar! This restaurant was recommended to us by knowledgeable Nantucket travelers, and the restaurant didn't let us down. Fabulous flavors.

   Our meal was just ok. It took 90 minutes for our entrees to arrive. Pork was lukewarm and presentation was lacking. Disappointing experience this visit.

   One of Nantucket's top restaurants, a favorite of ours since it opened. A little noisy but no big deal. Very fresh food very creatively prepared.

   We've been to Oran Mor several times. We requested on Open Table and on the phone a table in the cozy bar by a window as we've done in the past. When we arrived at 6:15pm (early on purpose to ensure a bar window table),both tables by windows were unoccupied. But we were told they were reserved and were sat elsewhere. When we left at 7:30pm, one of those tables was still unoccupied. We felt we had been treated shabbily. The food, as usual, was excellent. We had a very professional, friendly server. But the initial experience with the hostess colored our experience. Will we go back, we don't know.

   We have tried them all on Nantucket.....From the latest hot spot, Cru, to the dozens that have lasted a season or two and disappeared..Oran Mor continues to be in the top tier year after year..It is our "Go to" place on Nantucket.

   Service was a little bit weird. Food was excellent. Waitress was very pushy trying to sell us booze after we declined three times. Long story short: Food: 10 Service: 0

    Oran Mor is our favorite restaurant on Nantucket! The service is outstanding ! Our favorite server is Theo. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. On this occasion, my husband ordered tuna tartare with beets. He loved it. I ordered foie gras two ways and with fig. It was amazing! We both ordered the duck for our entree. We highly recommend this fabulous restaurant!
