Great Food Great Service. We have been going to Opus 9 for over a year almost every month. Don’t think about going JUST GO and you will be glad you did. The no filler Crab cakes are the Best ones I’ve ever had.

Tim was excellent. I left my reading glasses at the hotel, and he pretty much covered the entire menu from memory for me. We have already referred three of our friends to check you all out next time they visit Williamsburg. And told them to request TIM !!! Finally, it was my wife's birthday. She was blown away by the hostess that acknowledge it when we arrived, her birthday place card and Tim topped it off with her birthday desert.

The atmosphere and the service is great. The food was just ok... definitely edible. The fried oysters were delicious, and the Mac cheese and so was my chocolate martini...The soup had too much flour... sides just ok.

Food was very mediocre. Shrimp/scallop pasta was supposed to be Cajun. Very limited Cajun taste. Quanty of seafood was very small . Wife's rockfish was over cooked. We expected the bread pudding to be warmed. It was not. However, service was great. Will not return.

First, I get the same booth facing the restrooms. I don't recall asking for that booth, and I would prefer to be seated elsewhere. Next, my guest's appetizer was too spicy, and my oysters were covered with fried pieces of onion rings. Ugh! Also, the prices of the appetizers encourages guests to order those as entrees. Nonetheless, my entree was excellent, and I would have ordered dessert, but I was quite full. The wine selection is always a plus.

We had a wonderful lunch. I had the house salad with grilled shrimp, my husband had the salad and steak and my daughter had a salad and crab cake. Everyone was pleased with their meal. Great service as well!

This is one of our favorite restaurants, this visit was a solid 4stars but there is room for improvement. Our table was right next to the kitchen doors so there was constant traffic back and forth in front of our table. Service was a little slow but not awful. That said food was great and a good value.

The Sunday brunch was the first time we have ever tried this restaurant. They blew away our expectations from the service to the food options and quality. The deserts were amazing they had an omelet station that you ordered and would continue through the line and they delivered the omelet to your table. A carving station with ham and prime rib and the best horseradish sauce I have ever had. So many sides that were done with care to make sure they were cooked and presented perfectly. If you haven’t tried this place you need to and if you have only eaten during the week try the Sunday brunch.

We had a wonderful birthday lunch. Staff was welcoming and helpful. One guest was running late, and one needed to leave early. Server, George, coped with us beautifully. Food was great and the lunch pricing is a great value.
