Guys night out we me and my 3 yr old boy, James. From start to finish, the host team made us feel welcome. Alicia/Alesha (sp) our server was quick, kind and attentive to our needs. We had a splendid time on our special guys night thanks to your team.

On a separate note, I’d also like to give Jonathan(I believe is his name) props for great service the last time my family was in for dinner.

Also a big thanks to the guys in the back of the house that no one ever sees, for being consistent with the product they serve and making everything delicious.

Thanks again,

Pat Giannelli & Family

Food was pretty good. Very noisy. Disappointed because made online reservations and asked to be seated where music was. Request was totally ignored and they really didn't seem to care. Other than thought ok place.

Open Road is our go-to local tavern. Nice beer selection and the food is really good. The service is outstanding and the employees without exception are friendly, competent, courteous and represent the company in the best way. It's obvious to us that management and employees are on the same page. It's just a fun place to be any night of the week.

Food was ok, but the noise level (music and conversation) was so loud that it was difficult to have our own conversation except on text. It’s fine if you are into shouting at each other. Tables are on top of each other which doesn’t help.

Went for a quick business lunch and we were not disappointed. The popcorn served is amazing and a welcome departure from the typical bread offerings. We ordered the Brussels sprouts and calamari appetizers which were so yummy. I had a pastrami sandwich that was deliciously messy. The fries were ok but nothing special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend!!

I was searching for a new brunch place to try and Open Road Grill was perfect! Its decor was really neat and it didn't seem like somewhere I'd expect brunch specials which, on top of good reviews, is what led me to try it. Our waitress was wonderful and the first thing she did was tell us about the $2 mimosas until noon which was beautiful. The drinks were fabulous and breakfast tacos amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about the place, people, and staff and can't wait to visit again soon!

Best enjoyed when it's less crowded, as it gets noisy when full. Otherwise, we love Open Road and highly recommend it.

The place was packed on a Friday night, but the service was fast and efficient, the salmon and shrimp entrees were excellent and the wines by the glass were great. Nice to see that our neighborhood restaurant is still firing on all cylinders.

We always enjoy the complementary popcorn. Service was excellent with timeliness of bringing us ordered items from water, wine and food as well as the dessert menu.
The Market salad was fresh and quite tasty, easy for 2 to share if you are also having an entree. I enjoyed the fish tacos made with tilefish, very generous with 3 tacos and a good serving of flavored rice. The crispy chicken was nicely seasoned but a tad over cooked. The accompanying broccolini and mashed potatoes were delicious. Wine and beer prices are very reasonable with excellent selections.
Over all, our experience was very good on a very busy night (Saturday).
Thank you.

It's been a while since we have been to Open Road, but thought we'd pop in for a casual dinner/date night. It was packed, so it was good that we'd made a reservation as we were able to get seated right away. But the noise level was deafening! It was a big college basketball night and the place was packed with those there for the games and between the volume on the tv and the people, it was very hard to have a conversation. That being said, our server was terrific and attentive. We never felt rushed to hurry up and eat and leave. The food was great and there was plenty of time between our appetizers and entrees to enjoy both. We started with chili and the pimento cheese apps - both were great and the soft pretzel rolls were amazing! Dinner was a burger and fish tacos. The burger is huge but was cooked perfectly. The fish tacos (swordfish that night) were extremely flavorful and more than enough food. We topped off dinner with the Oreo Overload and Kentucky Butter cakes. The Kentucky Butter cake was amazingly good, melted in your mouth and the perfect finish to a great meal. The Oreo Overload might have been good for someone who loves a lot of chocolate, but was a way too heavy for us. It's a fun place to go when the weather is nice and they've got live music....but be sure to make a reservation!

Food and service was great. Not a fan of seating where tables are lined up in a row and next table is so close - difficult to have a private conversation.

5 of us came in and were seated right away, in the indoor portion of the restaurant. The dining room clearly had a theme but it wasn’t too much, it was very “American” but elegantly done. A waiter came and took our drink order promptly and we were served the complementary popcorn. As an appetizer we got the Carolina caviar aka the pimento cheese and it was great! Everything on the plate was eaten, even the piece of butter lettuce that the pimento cheese was presented on. Food was a little slow to come out but not too far behind the appetizer that we got super hungry again. Everyone enjoyed what they got, albeit the cooked to order burgers weren’t cooked to what was ordered. Besides that everything was great, and we will definitely be back again!

Open Road is a very nice "quick bite" place, large bar area seating - pizzas, other bar food, plus some reliably good entrees. The Brussels sprouts are a great appetizer and worth the trip along. Win choices seem limited, but good choices of beers on draft and bottles. Can be a little loud, but if your with a group, still can have a lively discussion. Live music the night we were there, but also had several sporting events on big screen TVs. Service was fine, food came out quickly. The fish tacos were good, but needed more fish to be outstanding (would have been better to serve just two full of fish than three.

Had no idea that this was a full sports bar, with a loud TV. Made reservations for brunch to meet up with friends and have a nice conversation. Manager was kind enough to turn down big TV, which was louder than we have it on at home! Still loud so buyer beware! Food very good, good drinks and service is excellent! Will remember type of restaurant this is and will go back again, just not for conversation.

Nice setting with a big bar and tv’s throughout. The menu is varied with salads, sandwiches and entree’s. They bring you popcorn when you sit down. Everyone in our party got a different salad. They were all very good. The shrimp in the shrimp salad was big and butterflied. We had the brussel sprout appetizer and it was really good. The service was great too. A good place to grab a bite with plenty of parking.

Very busy restaurant for a Friday night. We were happy that we made a reservation. The parking lot was pretty tiny, so just be aware if you’re coming in multiple cars. With the reservation we were sat right away. Pumpkin ravioli was delicious! The grilled cheese was just a regular old grilled cheese — nothing too special about it. Definitely recommend the house chips on the side.
