Excellent as always! The chicken and dumplings never lets me down!
This is one of my favorite places in Frisco. If I ever moved, I'd drive here to dine at this venue. Chef Juan and his staff as well as the restaurant staff are fantastic and have made each visit memorable. Chef Juan deserves great recognition (won first place at restaurant week...woohoo!) for he is a true inspiration. Did I say we LOVE this place? Haha
Order the tempura fish that is flash fried...an edible sculpture you end up wanting more of and requires incredible culinary skill. You will see "meatloaf" in the menu....my!my! Never liked that but, I am a believerof theirs! Alsothe ceviche and the lobster mac n cheese. Yum!
Loved their grilled peach salad with salmon!
You absolutely have to eat the Aphrodisiac Mussels! Delightful!
A great date night or special occasion restaurant. Waitstaff has always been top notch on all our visits we go often for lunch and have had parties as large as eight, always a great time.
Took my friend here for her birthday lunch. I told them this on the open table form and hostess even mentioned this when we checked in. But they did not do anything to acknowledge this during or at the end of the meal. I was truly disappointed because they certainly were NOT very busy. I had the lobster tacos. They were good, but not very filling and I did feel that I was still hungry. But, my friend got the fig salad with added chicken that was huge and for $18, it certainly should be! She did share some of that with me, and it was very good. She also took some of it home. Restaurant had 3 table filled at noon. We have been here before for dinner and it was much better attended. Real shame because the food is very good.
Eric was great in the bar. Very talented. Made the evening most enjoyable. He is a real find.
No complaints! Love the variety and different game meats to try. Would go again, no doubt.
Went for the brunch on Father's Day. Turns out they don't have a brunch, even though it says they do on the website.
We had the omlets, waffle and French toast. The food was pretty good, but not as good as the dinner menu tastes.
Always an excellent experience. Nowhere even close in Frisco. Service outstanding. Ask for Liza.
Excellent food and service. Celebrated variety of birthdays and work anniversaries with team. Great variety of food to cover many tastes.
We tried this restaurant because it was recommended to us by some friends, and we were impressed! The food was incredibly good and our server was sweet and helpful in navigating us through their big menu...there were too many things we wanted to try so we will be back soon! We loved their ballpark pretzels and wild game sausages as appetizers. My daughter had the Kobe burger which looked so good. I had the salmon with Brussels sprouts, and ate every bite; my husband loved the meatloaf. They have a fun drink menu and great wine list. We are adding one2one to our list of favorite restaurants!
One2One is a wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious, and it's locally owned. The lobster taquitos, ceviche, and pizzas are top notch. If you're craving pasta, but need to eat your veggies, try the spicy chicken pasta over julienned vegetables instead of the pasta noodles.
Excellent service but disappointed with quality of food. Overcooked chicken breast and soggy waffles.
We have been going for 3years now. We were disappointed with the menu. First they have a kids menu for breakfast. We ordered a chicken waffle minus the chicken. After the server looked at us like she was disgusted. So needless to say we paid 16 dollars for a waffle. We won't be back next year. Disappointed that they went away with the brunch buffet.
We reserved a late night table through Open Table. There were even later seatings available so we assumed they would be serving dinner. When we arrived at the appointed time, the place was empty except for a small number of people in the bar. The server said the kitchen was closing and they were no longer serving. We were very disappointed and I doubt if we will ever return as a result.
The restaurant was quite empty which was fine with me. The service was alright although the hostess and server were a little hard to come by since there weren't many customers. I can't speak much for the food. It seemed rather lacking for the price point. It was a little on the bland and uncreative side too. The fries however was on point. Looooved it. If I go back, it wouldn't be for the foood but instead the ambiance. It has a nice, romantic feel.
We dine here often and have never been disappointed. We took some friends with us on Easter Sunday, and they were impressed with the whole experience.
We go semi-regularly to One2One. They have a great bar and make a wicked martini. Very nice modern/California ambiance. Love that we can see in the kitchen. I've been there for lunch several times as well as often for dinner. I think they serve comfort food with an upscale, modern twist, better than anyone. Great (boar) ribs! Great (upscale) Mac N Cheese, FANTASTIC meatloaf. ANd who goes to an upscale restaurant for meatloaf? I DO NOW!
We went for Valentine's Brunch. The food was good but not spectacular. It may have been the occasion but there were families with loud children all around. The acoustics of the room are not made for loud. A lot of hard surfaces so of course it was noisy. Probably won't go back as the food was not exceptional enough to make a 2nd trip. Too many other Great restaurants to try.
Went for Sunday Brunch. They served omelets that were ok, but only 3 dishes with the omelet. There was no bread, or muffins or toast. The wait staff was completely overwhelmed so service was not good. Nearly impossible to get drinks. The tab was $18 plus drinks, and for what they served it was over priced.
I have been at this restaurant another time when things were much better so maybe it was because of the buffet, or maybe it was just a bad day.
We had a fabulous meal from the Valentine's Day menu. What made this night special was that we were also offered the regular menu. That move, my friends, is kitchen confidence. The bar handled my obscure Jägermeister Negroni without so much as a blink. Wine selections were first rate and truly complementary. Service started out a little slow but nicely corrected.
Lots of southwest gourmet items. I wanted to try the wild game pizza, but we opted for Tapas instead . The lobster tacos are a must. Good choice for two people to sample several items.
This is our go-to restaurant anytime and for special occasions. We have celebrated Valentine's Day there every year since the restaurant opened. Everything we have eaten has been excellent, and you can carry on a conversation while enjoying the ambience, food, and service. We highly recommend One2One.
A few days later and I can't even remember much of our evening except that our young server was very good.
Nice place. Celebrated our 33 wedding anniversary with our kids and their spouses. The service was great. We had a private room which was nice. However I was not impressed with the menu or the food. A few of the items were good, but not all. It was fairly overpriced for what you get. I probably won't go back.
We had dinner for my husband's birthday with family and friends. My 91 year old grandmother was joining us, and I requested a table that was easily accessible for her with her walker. We had a fabulous table close enough to the door with plenty of room for her to get around, but not too close to the door. Our server was wonderful and very patient with our large party. We all raved about the food and had a wonderful time overall.
Food was cold :( Looked like the cooks were overwhelmed.
Everything was good from the service to the food. We went at 730 on a Friday and it wasn't very busy, which always makes me wonder why. It was a little over priced, but nice not to have to wait for an hour for a table.
Salads were fresh and enormous! Nice atmosphere with open concept to the kitchen. Service was friendly and prompt. Will definitely be back :-)
There is a good variety of menu choices including some game food. Everything is delicious and the service was great.
We were there for New Year's Eve. The preset menu was good, not great. The wine pairings were very good. The servers were surprisingly casually dressed, even though it's a casual restaurant I expected a little more for the setting. The bar area looked great and I'll definitely be back to give it a try.
We had dinner here on NYE with our entire family. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations as usual. This is the best restaurant in Frisco by far, we eat here at least two to three times a week.
No one was even in the place and it was a Friday night, yet the service was slow and unAttentive. The food was ok, the presentation was more than ok, and the portions were acceptable. Maybe we went on an off night? I would like to go back to find out for sure.
Terrific service. Terrific food. Reasonable
Prices. Thank you One2One
Service was a little slow. The restaurant had maybe four tables and one waitress, but we still had to flag our waitress down to order and ask for the check. She paid more attention to the tables full of men than the tables of women. The food however is always good!
I had the chicken and dumplings, it was amazing. The pretzel appetizer was very good. The service was a bit slow given the low volume of customers at the time. Overall, a great place for dinner.
Service was on point. Great place to meet friends to take customers to.
Great service as usual, a very good dinner specials this time.
Went here for a birthday with a group of 10 friends. We had a fabulous time! The food was perfect, the service was amazing and the wine room we were in was fabulous!
Everyone had fun, and we had a diverse group, the menu has something for everyone. I highly recommend !
