We arrived at 7:00 and tried to order the Chef's special at 7:30. It sounded promising but when we asked for the special we were told they had sold out. The restaurant was not busy and when I talked to he manager they only ordered enough for 10 servings?!? Not good planning..... I also ordered the greek salad which was supposed to be made with greens. It was made with iceberg lettuce and red peppers and only had 2 kalamata olives cut in half. At least they knew to put feta cheese on it. My girl friend ordered the lamb medium well and it came out rare. The only good thing I have to say about One2One is they have an EXCELLENT wait staff.

Our 3rd visit topped the prior visits because we had a larger party in the "Wine Room" and took the advice of our server to try the chef's special whole fish which was better than advertised. Again could not avoid having the lobster bruchette. We selected a more upscale red wine which complemented the meal perfectly. Our guests raved about everything: the venue, the service and the food.

We enjoyed the great wine by the glass list due to differing tastes. Service was OUTSTANDING. We tried the special which was delicious beef stroganoff as well as the BBQ chicken pizza. This was a birthday celebration that's worth repeating.

Hopefully One2One will become as busy as it deserves to be! The food, presentation and service are second to none - and watching the preparation in the open kitchen reveals great care and attention to detail. The menu could be expanded a bit (and redesigned to make it more appealing), but the the dishes that are offered are served perfectly cooked, with outstanding flavor and imaginative (but not over the top) presentation. Serviceable and reasonably-priced wine list. This restaurant should be packed on a Saturday night - especially considering the live entertainment offered in the bar area!

Our dining experience was very nice including a special treat, live entertainment. Really enjoy the outdoor dining. I was tempted to call it a neighborhood gem but the area has no housing around it.

First time visitors....had a great dinner in the dining room - excellent service all around! Then we moved to the outside patio - where there was live entertainment! Awesome atmosphere - but the service was sorely lacking! We were so dissapointed after such a great dining experience. My husband had to get up twice to get drink refills at the bar because NO ONE waited on us! When he went inside to pay our tab (again because no one came to our table) the bartender was sitting at a table... EATING! As a family owned biz - I did not expect this at all! And it was Friday night. We would absolutely consider again for dinner - but probably not spend time in your most profitable area - the bar and patio! Such a shame...

We felt that our first experience with One2One was not the best, given that "the Chef" was not there that night. We may give it another chance, but we will ask if the chef is in before going.

Took several family members there to try a new place in the area. Overall, I would say that the chef had some excellent dishes with a different spin on them that made them a bot unique. Spins on some classics like meatloaf (with Kobe beef) and Chicken and dumplings. Many in our party tried the various slider combinations. Wood fire pizzas also were popular in our group.
Ambience was nice and not too noisy to allow casual conversation.
Would recommend this restuarant to anyone in the area.

We stumbled on this place for a birthday dinner and loved it. We go back for the birthdays of everyone in our group. Always start at the bar - the servers are great. Then, dinner. Also great. There is something for everyone on the menu, including me the vegetarian. The prices are spectacular too & the manager always helps us with the surprise birthday cake we bring.

My experience was good but not great. There were a number of small details that were missed that, if corrected, would make One 2 One a really pleasant experience. I arrived for my lunch reservation and it seemed as if the restaurant was closed. No hostess, customers, or servers. I had to wait at the front door for several minutes until I was greeted. When I was finally seated I was not given a menu. When my server came by things started to look up. He was very personable and attentive. The food was again hit and miss. I started iwth the French Onion soup which was average. My entree however was outstanding. I chose the Kobe Meatloaf which was juicy and flavorful with a bright vinegary BBQ sauce potato and perfect haricot vert.

If you love fish, you need to order the whole fish tempura. The presentation is outstanding and the yuzu aioli was to die for. My wife and I ordered the 3 pounder and it was cooked to perfection. Thank you Chef Tommy!

So this place continues to impress us. We have been several times for happy hour and just enjoyed apps and great drinks, it is a really fun place for happy hour and we meet up here whenever we can...the bar and patio get busy during this time. We came for lunch today and it was so good, my friends had never been and they all loved it! Our server was nice and we each had something different and loved it all. We plan to try dinner here this weekend.... have not had a bad experience yet!

This is our favorite local restaurant. It's menu is varied and the quality is excellent. Service has always been good by giving you special attention, keeping your water glass full and asking questions. Very enjoyable night out with good food and good wine, reasonably priced.

The overall experience was poor. There was no service at all. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive at our table. Would not recommend this place to anyone. This has happened to us twice in a row. Same restaurant, same server. The manager didn't come to our table to apologize.

We went to Mother's Day brunch. Restaurant wasn't very crowded yet we had poor service as if they weren't properly staffed. Had to keep asking for coffee refills. We had 4 people dining and had to return 2 of the meals. The first was cold and the second wasn't cooked properly. On top of this the meal was way over priced even for a good meal.

The red snapper special was excellent however the waiter did not mention that the price of that entree was $120.00. Granted , it could have fed a table of four but prices should be mentioned when given the specials of the evening. The manager agreed with us and discounted the price of that entree. The lobster pizza was very bland.Thought the atmosphere was a little too "industrial" for our group. We felt Isabella's is a better choice for atmosphere and food selections and will not return to "One2One" except for lunch.

My husband and I had a 7:00 Saturday reservation at One2One, and were seated quickly when we arrived. The restaurant is attractive and the service was outstanding.

I ordered the Angus-beef sliders with caramelized onions, and my husband ordered their freshly made tomato-basil soup and the pulled-pork sliders. We shared an order of fries. Everything we ordered was excellent!

We will recommend One2One to friends and will definitely eat there again.

It was our first time to One2One and we were impressed by the decor, open kitchen concept and the food. We ordered tenderloin bruschette, Kobe beef sliders, Lobster & Fajita pizzas and they were all good. It was so sweet of a dessert chef to send my daughter a complimentary mini creme burlee from the kitchen.

One of the most unique menus in Frisco/North Plano. Bruchetta is offered with a delectable array of toppings. A focused list of entrees are all outstanding but find "comfort" in the modern approach to meatloaf and chicken/dumplings.

This was our first visit to One2One and what a find for foodies. The menu is very diverse and everything we tried was fabulous from the duo hummus and spinach and artichoke dips; prime rib sliders (plate presentation was great) and Italian sausage with green chiles and caramelized onions. When I asked about the kimchee on the menu, our server brought a sample complimentary from the chef. Chef Tommy has worked at some of the best known restaurants in Dallas. His resume is quite impressive. We can't wait to go back and already have in mind what we are going to order. Our service Andrew was very knowledgable about he menu and made great recommendations.

We just moved to Frisco and have not found a restaurant yet that we like until this one! We were so impressed by the food, everything we ordered was yummy and the menu is unique with so many different options it was hard to choose! My salmon was so good I almost ordered another one! Our friends loved the Lobster pizza, and my husband said his filet was the best he has had in a long time. We are not hard to please but rarely all love everything about a restaurant! Our server was so friendly and helpful with menu suggestions, she recommended the Texas Martini and we loved it! Can't wait to go back!

Other than getting egg shells in one of our party's breakfast, the food was good. Service was very slow, probably because of the large crowd at Easter brunch. We waited almost 40 minutes for our meal to arrive. We asked for separate checks and received one check.

I have been here several times for lunch and have always enjoyed the food. This is why I decided to try it for Easter brunch. Mistake. The restaurant was freezing and it took an hour and 15 minutes for us to get our food...6 of us. The food was very good but the waiter did a very poor job checking back with us and refilling as we waited forever for our food. I feel the restaurant was severely understaffed that day. I could see the poor cooks working like crazy, but all in all the service was just not good.We are members at Stonebriar CC and usually go there for Easter brunch but wanted to try something different with our teenage kids and the grandparents that were in town. I will return for lunch with friends, but never for brunch again.

The very first time we came, we had an excellent female waiter. Our second trip just wasn't that up to par. Food was just luke warm nothing to rave about. I think they have an identity crisis. Are they a restaurant or bar...? The restaurant side is always very sparse on fri and sat nights.

We had our office Sales Goal Winners Dinner in their special "Wine Room", then moved to the patio to hear the singer/guitarist Vic Duncan. We had a terrific meal - really excellent food with an interesting and creative menu - some different things you don't find around town. And the patio experience with the live music was lots of fun (Vic is very engaging and had just the right mix of music we all knew, took requests too). Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Menu has changed since the last time we were there. I thought the choices from the previous menu were much better. Waiter mentioned that they had a new chef and he changed some of the items. Presentation was good but maybe we ordered the wrong thing. We were both disappointed with our choices, (both were recommendations from our waiter).
