Service was extremely slow. We ordered an appetizer and ordered 2 more appetizers and it took 20 minutes to bring the second round. The edamame, both kinds (spicy and plain), was drenched in oil. I thought edamame was steamed. Two of us ordered meatloaf sliders and one came with over cooked onion strings and the other had no side. The one good thing is the waiter kept our sofas full. Sadly, we won’t be back.
Super expensive and horrible service. The food was fair. We literally had no server. We had to get our own silverware, no drink refills, plates were not removed from our table. When we were ready to leave we had to go to the hostess to get the bill. We had reservations and they put us outside. Never going back!
Buffet on Mother’s Day was horrible.
quiet Friday night, but the food was very good and the service was great
Dinner was fantastic. We shared the mussels and then an entrée of Red Snapper. Our server pretty much did all the suggestions and she was spot on. The wine was fantastic that she offered with our meal. one of our best date nights ever. Sad to see that the place was pretty empty very confusing why it was not packed.
I don’t understand why they aren’t busier for lunch. I love taking my clients there. Service is good and so is the food. It is so easy to carry on a conversation. The atmosphere is very nice. I love the prime rib French dip!
We went for Easter Brunch. It was overpriced for what you got. Salad, and about 4 entree choices for lunch and an omelette and waffle station. That's not worth $40 pp IMHO.
Food was amazing and small but good wine list
We made a reservation but it wasn’t necessary. Only a few tables were occupied. Service was rather slow, but food was good. If you need a place for a quick dinner with no wait, this is your place.
Hair on the bottom of fríes.. took for ever to get our food and is not because they were busy there was only two tables the second table was me. Menu is different then what shoes in line Very disappointing
Awesome food and service. A hidden gem.
I went with my significant other on valentine’s day and wasn’t given menus for around 20 minutes, then it took another 10-15 for them to take our drink requests and another 10-15 minutes for them to take our order. each dish took about 20 minutes and it was far too expensive for the food i ordered.
would not recommend.
Exactly what we were looking for. Special menu for Valentine's day, really excellent. Great service too.
Salmon was undercooked and salad was average. Place was almost empty on a Sat night. Service was very good. Probably wouldn’t return.
One2One never fails me. When I want to enjoy a meal AND hear myself think and talk with my tablemates without having to compete for volume its my go to place. Perfect for that meeting where you need to give your attention to the client and hear what they say.
We were excited to get a table on a Saturday. The food and service did not disappoint. We choose this restaurant because it is on the quiet side which we prefer. The wine room is beautiful. We will certainly return soon.
Slow service, only one server for the evening. So it wasn’t her fault, but there seemed to be a lot of people standing around in the kitchen that could’ve helped. Also, i felt like the dinner was very expensive, but the food was good.
We generally go to One2One for special occasions. The ambiance, food, and service are spot-on. The special occasion menus are creative with excellent presentation. You can also carry on a pleasurable conversation.
Terrible experience. We came in, sat and ordered a cocktail and a beer immediately. 20 minutes later we still had not received our drinks nor had our order taken. We waved someone down and were told that they didn't have any amaretto nor one of the beers on tap that my husband ordered. We were frustrated and left without eating. We will never go back.
My husband and I had our monthly date night. The Hostess was friendly, but our waitress was less than appropriate. My husband ordered the duck because they ran out of wild boar ribs when we arrived at 7:30 p.m. They also ran out of Brussel sprouts by 8:30 p.m. After the entrees, we decided to order the lobster taquitos because our waitress said they were small. Unfortunately we never received the taquitos. A different staff member came to our table and explained that the taquitos were accidentally taken to the bar. The bartender's mother was at the bar and said she would eat them, so they let her have them. Our waitress later came to the table to apologize, but stated we should have ordered the taquitos first. They offered to cook another order, but we declined. The Hostess came to the table as a courtesy and we explained we would like to speak with the manager. The manager never came, so we left. Overall, the food was tasteful, but their customer service has extreme room for improvement.
This was the first time that I was disappointed as they are typically very good.
We met friends at One2One for dinner on Friday night. We had a group of 8 and it is hard to find a quiet restaurant where you can hear each other. One2One was warm and quiet and the perfect place for us to catch up with old friends. The service was amazing and the food even better. We all commented that this would be a place that we would come back to time after time. Thanks for creating such a great restaurant.
Good food, service and atmosphere. Not very crowded so easy to get in.
Impressed with this hidden gem. Have been there several times. Top pick for business lunch. Low noise level, comfortable, good service and good food. Don't know why they are not busier!
We eat regularly at One2One because of it excellent menu, quality, and value.
Loved the service! Great atmosphere! Good food! All around awesome night!
The food was great as well as the service. I was confused/concerned to see such a small crowd on a Saturday night. However this worked out great and we loved our meals. The filet bruschetta was a great app and the meatloaf was the perfect entree. Looking forward to next time.
Great service with really good food. Drinks were good and value was very good.
This was our third time at One2One and again it was great! Food is very good. Very few people in restaurant for a Friday night. Not sure why this place isn't more popular....great food at great prices.
Always a great atmosphere and the food has never disappointed. Love this place.
This restaurant has some mighty fine kitchen mojo happening! We went tonight for dinner and everything was flawless ... from the service to the food and drinks -- excellent! I had the best salad I have ever eaten at any restaurant tonight. It consisted of field greens accompanied by fata cheese and candied pecans and cranberries dressed with a light raspberry vinaigrette. It was fresh, very lightly dressed and the flavors were excellent together. I also had the kobe meatloaf -- it too was moist with very nice flavoring and a light balsamic glaze which added just the right amount of pop to the dish. My husband had the pepperoni pizza. He's from NY so we're used to a certain type of pizza. My only input would be that they could spice up the sauce and the dough a bit more, but that's a matter of taste.
We have been here several times before and have never been disappointed, but tonight we were WOW'd! The chef's were on fire tonight! Well done One2One! We'll be back.
PS -- Please make this salad your signature salad....yes, it's that good...and I'm a salad snob!
We found this 'gem' by looking out our window at the Sheraton across the way. Excellent atmosphere, food, and service! Apparently, not too many people know about this great place as we were the only ones in the restaurant for Sunday brunch.
We met a small group of friends here for brunch. It wasn't crowded at all so we received great service and got to pick any table we wanted. The brunch menu was limited, but fun. We tried beignets and a few entrees. All were pretty good. Might not be great for foodies, but for a get together before an IKEA trip, it's perfect.
Service was abysmal. Waited on food for over an hour and waited never came back to check on drinks or explain delay with food. No apology for delay, just the check. Disappointing experience.
The place is just OK, the pizza crust was soggy and not crispy... I am surprised they have lasted do long, it was dead there. Easy to get a table though
The tempura whole fish was absolutely delicious! We will be back soon!
Food was not worth the price that we paid even though we received great service :-(
Fathers Day Brunch was amazing. We are always impressed with the quality of food and service.
I can't wait for our next meal.
Very odd experience. Went with the family on Father's Day mostly because we could get a table via Open Table but that should have given me pause to consider my choice more carefully. The restaurant was virtually empty and the service was painfully slow. The waitress was good but I think the problem was somewhere between her and the kitchen. The food was average at best. We ordered "New Orleans Beignets" and were served something more like fried puff patties soaked in chocolate sauce. Not a sign of powdered sugar anywhere. The rest of the meal went downhill from there. Tiny portions on the French dip and my son thought there was an "odd" taste to the pizza. The salad was soaked in dressing. I will not go back and definitely would not recommend.
Sub par, Father's Day meal that took too long to get and the service was even longer. Sunday brunch had 15 things to choose from and they were less than great. What made everyone look away from the really bad service and lack food prep was their DELICIOUS FRENCH FRIES!! The only thing that saved this review from being a 1 STAR.
