Good experience for brunch or lunch lovers, especially when looking for dining options near or within Yorkville. The service is great; food is good, ambience is nice and high end. It's worth a try.

I love eating there, taking my time when with friends, enjoying the lovey atmosphere.
I think sometimes, however, there is a bit too much worry over retrieving plates, whether or not one is actually finished.
Food is cooked to perfection and fresh, drinks expertly mixed. The little donuts are sublime dessert treats!

Fries cans soaked in oil, paper was soaking wet. Had to send back. They have definitely increased their prices significantly. My special of the day pasta was $47. This should probably be announced to guests as all other pasta mains were around 25/30. Server gave us complete cold shoulder after we paid the bill. Felt like he made his big tip then wanted nothing more to do with us. Best part of dinner was the $6 bread. Definitely downhill compared to all my previous visits.

Service was superb. I’ve eaten here many times and have had the veal many times. This particular time the veal was shoe leather and the Caesar salad was horrible.

I took my parents and kids to One for brunch on Sunday past. It was very disappointing for them.They will not be going there again! My son's eggs were cold and the turkey sausages were wet and bland. My mom's bacon despite clearly asking for it well done was not and the whole plate was taken away to fix with the food returning cold and with burnt toast. shameful. the rest of the food was mediocre. I had been bringing clients to eat there but will have to walk further to 4S to get service and food that nearly match the price. One is not even close. I had hoped for better but this is just bad. The staff are your saving grace. Also the wine cellar messy and if you are going to let us all see then keep it clean.

This is a great Toronto location ; the service was impeccable, the food delicious and the ambiance was warm and inviting.

Great experience and food, as usual. We went for a birthday brunch and the service was excellent. Everyone really liked their dishes. We ordered the salmon rosti, shakshouka, omelette and the pancakes. The prices are a bit overpriced but not surprising for the neighbourhood. We still really like coming her for brunch and the service is always top notch.

One of the best restaurants my boyfriend and I have ever been to. Portion sizes were slightly small for the price, however, the food was incredible and the place was beautiful. Service was perfect and the waitress was very accommodating.

Service was very attentive, music was at an appropriate level and our app was wonderful (Eggplant Arribiata). The Organic Irish salmon main was disappointing- very small portion and potato rostii (underneath) was undercooked and soggy (and the crispy skin on salmon wasn’t appetizing). Dessert (Boston Cream Donuts) was delicious and came with Happy Birthday message (in chocolate) and a candle, which was a nice touch. A pleasant and chic ambiance, though not particularly “cozy”. Next time I’d have two appetizers. The bill for two with one (mud-range) glass of wine and salmon each, plus a shared app and dessert cake to nearly $200 (with tip). Too much to pay for what you get.

Excellent service and delicious meals. Quite pricey, but good for a special occasion. They were great with our kids (ages 2 and 10) and made an amazing birthday dessert for my eldest son that included dinosaur figurines. Wine list is good, but of course pricey.

The food was not good considering how expensive it was. Our waitress neglected us and the meal was much longer than it should have been.

We decided to try this restaurant for the first time, during Winterlicious. We enjoyed our experience very much and will definitely be back. The food, service, and ambiance were all very good.

The onion ring is awful, i never ever eat this onion ring so oily. Is it chef put a bottle of oil for this dish? Others food is ok, the service is so so, I was not start yet she came and asked me everything is it ok? When I was start she never come again. I won’t go there anymore.

Been here a few times and it is usually phenomenal. Went on Monday and not sure if it was the D kitchen team or they sick of the winterliscous menu already, but the food was definitely not up to par. Salmon was way overcooked, beef was pretty tough, tostada was just a giant pile of sauce, squash was cold. The only good thing was the bread pudding desert. Pretty disappointed.

Service was impeccable. We had a problem with one of our dishes, and it was replaced very quickly with many apologies. The bacon chop (special of the day) was to die for - very well balanced and so delicious.

Excellent meal as part of the Winterlicious promotion. Better than their regular menu which is also good.

I went to ONE restaurant during Winterlicious/2018. It's a pretty busy place, so make sure you have your reservation in advance.
The food and service were outstanding. However, the main course portion size could be bigger.

Another outstanding meal at One. This restaurant is of the highest quality. One may argue that some of the prices are on the high side, but you only get what you pay for.
This is food prepared by real chefs, and served by quality staff.
