   All the appetizers and main courses were delicious. We had to send back our dessert, the chocolate tart as it was not good. The cookie we had instead was great. It is very pricey and the noise level is awful. We were lucky that they had a section of the covered patio that was well heated so we moved out there and it was fine. For a young wealthy crowd.

   Delicious food, as always, but indoor seating is extremely loud. I felt like I was at a sporting event.

   My girlfriend and I went to One Restaurant today to celebrate our anniversary. We had gone their numerous times over the last couple of years and my company had also hosted a special dinner celebration in a private room in March 2024. It was one of our favourite restaurants in Toronto... till today. Right from the start, when we were seated, we noticed that our server was not to the level we had experienced previously. After pouring our waters, he did not even ask if we wanted any cocktails or appetizers. We had to keep calling him to ask for service - multiple times. When I asked to speak with the Sommelier, he said she was not in at that time. But, rather than offering to get another wine expert to assist us, he simply got us the wine menu and walked away. The appetizers and main courses we had were lukewarm in temperature, at best. We were extremely surprised at the drop in standards and attention to detail, which had so defined our prior experiences. When I mentioned the issue of the cool dishes to the server, who never introduced himself by name, he said he would mention it to the manager. We expected a manager would come to our table to address the issue. No one came. Towards the end of our celebratory lunch, another server brought us a complementary dessert plate for our anniversary, which was very thoughtful. However, they only had three pieces of cut fruit, a single blueberry and one chocolate lollipop. It would have been better not to bring anything. In addition, the server never asked us if we wanted dessert. As we were getting our coats from the coat check, I asked to speak with the manager. The hostess asked me for what reason - I responded that I wanted to give some feedback. About 5 minutes later we were told that both managers were very busy with the lunch rush, and would not be able to meet us, despite it being 2:30pm. We were shocked by this. This was an obvious insult to us and a very clear message that they did not value our patronage.

   Service was incredibly slow, waited over an hour and a half for our main course to come and the restaurant wasn't busy

   The food was excellent as always. It was a particularly busy day on Sunday so I had a hard time catching the waiter’s attention to pay the bill. That, and the noise level, were the only negatives.

   Outstanding. Food, service, ambiance. The lobster spoons are incredible.

    We have been there a few times and it was great. This time around we had a medium experience. The hostess was unfriendly and unwelcoming, the menu has changed for the was with too much going on in every dish. The mimosa was shameful amd th orange seems to be diluted with water. Overall NOT a good experience.
