Great food and great service!

Our appetizers and entrees were well-prepared and tasty. Service was choppy, especially since they weren't real busy. We usually order a bottle of wine, but the list at ORD is very overpriced (triple retail and higher than most of the fine dining restaurants in greater Cleveland).

Burger not as good as usual-fries were a bit soggy-not crisp

Slowly becoming on of my favorite places for brunch. Great food and servers are usually great. Hostesses could be friendlier but overall great place

We were disappointed with the service we received on this visit. We we clebrating our the engagements of 2 of our daughters, and notified the restaurant ahead of time, when making the reservation. I was hoping the restaurant would offer a nice dessert to each of the happy couples, something to make it an extra special occassion, but they did not. I wasn't expecting it to be free, but was thinking they would provide something with 'Happy Engagement' or similar written on the plates. It was difficult to get our servers attention, and she seemed annoyed that we called her back to our table to order a second appetizer for the table, because we hadn't had a chance to make all of our choices prior to her first request. We had great experience at the restaurant many times prior to this, but I'm not sure we will be back - based on our disappointment on this special occassion.

Food and service was fair at best.

Burger, Chicken and Waffles, Pancakes and Skillet were ordered/consumed. Everything was delicious. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes didn't really have a lemon ricotta flavor.. they just put dollops in the cakes so it mostly tasted like a regular pancake. Skillet was pretty small for what was ordered. chicken and Waffles and Burger were amazing. The cappuccinos were handmade and delicious. Ambiance was nice and decor tasteful. Service was very very slow and we were not sure why, as we were 1 of 3 tables in the bar area. Think she was doing inventory and cleaning behind the bar. Overall 3.5/5 for the first visit, will be back again!

Service was fast and friendly, food was excellent. Definitely recommend for brunch.

The poached egg was served completely cooked and hard throughout - the chicken and waffles were Luke warm and mushy — the French onion soup was served almost cold & the cheese top was barley melted... one guest ordered a skillet egg dish & had to order more because it wasn’t filling.

Service was nothing special.

Ambiance is cute but that can’t save 4 mediocre meals.

The food here is always excellent! We ate with a party of 8 and everybody was very pleased! We were sat on time for our reservation and our server was friendly.

The food and service was quite good. Everyone at our table enjoyed their appetizers and meals. We will definitely be going back soon.

Food was overpriced for quality

Best restaurant in the area. The food is made fresh and matches the time of year perfectly. Service is outstanding and price point is fair. We look forward to returning soon.

Decided to dine here for lunch on Valentine's day with significant other. Although very cute, wasn't anticipating being sat next to a visiting nursery. Somewhat killed the mood although the food was amazing! Our waitress was experiencing her first day on the job, but she turned out to do just fine.

One Red Door continues to provide excellent service and food. No complaints.

Great place

Love the charcuterie and drink selection - my fiancé’s Moscow mule was not his favorite, however. Ambiance is perfect, dimmed lights and candles but not overly formal. Rustic feel. Delicious food!

Phenomenal food! Waitress had her hands full so service was a bit slow but she was doing her best for sure. Husband and I Had the dates, kale salad, chicken, and pizza. Couple desserts. All was fantastic. A little too dark. Saw several people using their phones as flashlights to read the menus. Overall great place.

Love their pizza here, just like 3 Palms! My husband tried the hot chicken sandwich and he also loved it.
They have a good wine list by the glass.

I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant. The food is good but every time and I do mean every time the service is not ok.

The food and drinks were mediocre and over priced. The menu reads better than the actual entrees.

I was a little underwhelmed by One Red Door. I really like the decor, very nice interior. The food start off pretty disappointing with the dinner salad. It was just greens and 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half with some basic italian dressing. That's it. No other veggies/cheese/anything. A crouton would have been nice for $7 ? We had a pizza/flatbread for appetizer, not bad but nothing special. For dinner I had the filet french dip (recommended by friend). It was good but they didn't even ask how I wanted it cooked. My date had local chicken which she said was good, but again nothing special. I think we were just put off a bit by the poor starter salad. First impressions count. We decided to have dessert elsewhere.

We may try again but will skip the salad.

Anniversary

The service was timely and helpful, but not pushy. The food was fantastic great atmosphere... I’d say slightly upscale but not stuffy.

Good,attentive server- food decent but not great

First of all, our brunch was very good. Everyone liked their food very much. My huevos rancheros were excellent. Hot chocolate was exceptional. Would definitely go back.
But there were a few issues. Service was good - but not exceptional. Took a bit for our food to arrive...there were times our server was not to be found. Also, the restaurant was very cold. I know it was cold out, but turn up the heat when needed. Saw people wearing their coats, their stocking caps, or their hoodies pulled up over their heads. Also, the noise level was high, but that can be attributed to a table of 6 in the middle of the room that was loud and had one serious "loud talker."
All in all, though, a fun late morning out, with very good food, and we will be back.

Fantastic food and great ambiance

Great atmosphere and staff, but the prices of the food are way too high for the quality and portion sizes. I was there for brunch and $10 for a tiny cup of French Onion soup that was just OK was not worth it in my book. Likely will never do brunch there again,but maybe lunch and dinner are different.

Always good food - we especially enjoy brunch. Tables next to the window are cold, if you are a cold person ask for one away from them.

Great evening. Good vibe, food was excellent, staff was perfect. Looking forward to going back.
