I so enjoyed the salmon Caesar salad. Grilled Romaine and Parmesan was delicious.
Our waitress was helpful with wine selection as well as helping us to know how much food a few small plate orders would be. It was a good experience overall.
Service was outstanding! The food was perfect. My cocktail, a matai, was very unsatisfactory.
We had not been there in a while. Service and waitstaff were excellent and food was very good. My wife is celiac and was thrilled when waitress said that just about everything on the menu could be prepared gluten free! Wine and alcohol are a little pricey but that seems to be the norm. I wish someone in Ohio had the courage to stand up to the distributors so Ohio could get in line with many other states that are allowing customers to bring their own wines ( which are almost always better quality and purchased at a lower cost) and just charge a corkage fee. We are going to restaurants less and entertaining friends at home more because of this issue.
Another well done performance by One Red Door. Our waitress, Morgan was efficient and not overbearing. She gave us time to enjoy our wine, talk, share appetizers and then order dinner. We enjoyed the peppers which were nicely ‘browned’ giving them a grilled flavor. The Zucchini Noodle appetizer served as our salad and was moist yet NO excess moisture. Broiled Halibut was our entree’s and it was cooked to perfection. No room for desert but we did finish our wine. It’s nice they take reservations and are on OpenTable. I’m finding some smaller dining establishments are NOT taking reservations!! They never get my Bush. Looks forward to a return dinner when back in town visiting our son and daughter-in-law.
Always good. We brought our out of town guests here for dinner knowing they would not be disappointed from starters to dessert, and they loved it.
Love this location, close to home and great food. Nice casual variety and good bar. Just a favorite local spot for us.
Service was very good and the pulled pork was dry.
Nicole was an amazing server. Definitely ask for her when you come in!
Never disappointed at One Red Door! Food and service are excellent.
Excellent service and food. Entertained California friends who throughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
The food was great and service was outstanding. Love the ambiance! Definitely will go back again
One of our favorite places for brunch, but service was a little slow today.
Excellent food and service! We’ve been to One Red Door 5 times and every time we come it’s amazingly delicious...
Music way to loud for dining side of restaurant
Great food. Had Ahi Tuna wraps with lettuce & awesome salmon entree. Wine selection is extensive. Reasonable pricing.
Solid weeknight go to place.
Food took a while. But was fantastic.
Excellent as usual! Burger was cooked to perfection, salad beautifully dressed and great wine!
Kyle was our server and he was great while being very busy! We split the Brussels Sprouts for an appetizer... delicious! There were two in our party and we were both very pleased with our delicious lunch.
All 3 of us liked our meal, and the service was top notch. Refills were there every time a glass got close to empty.
Our server, Nicole was amazing. I never had to ask for anything twice. It was just a great experience. I wish we could clone her at other restaurants:)
Poor bread. No excuse for it. I have already written to the owner regarding this. Offered to personally provide good, artisanal bread gratis, have not heard back yet.
We are always thrilled to come here.
For the price, the food was only mediocre. We ordered a few different items and the only thing that wowed us was the Shrimp and Grits.
Our server was awesome and the setting was spectacular.
The restrooms, at least the men’s room, wasn’t very well cared for and only one toilet was “operational” and it wouldn’t flush.
Disappointed in the lobster roll-very skimpy for the price
Great food and service. Grouper is really good.
Food and service were good. Overpriced considering salad was extra, and no starch came with scallops.
First off we were seated in back booth that was enclosed and by kitchen door which we heard and felt open and close. Because of the enclosures booth the waiter couldn’t see us and we had to wave him down for everything. Just kept forgetting us. No plans on going back
Was at One Red Door for my birthday. I opted for the special/Red Snapper. It was very very delicious. Perfectly cooked and great portion. I would recommend this restaurant (and FlipSide) to all my friends in the area. Although I noted it was my birthday on this website and also mentioned it to my server, no comment was made.
My only complaint is that they packed a few too many tables in. Our table was directly next to and above another table, so we were basically sitting next to the strangers next to us; only separated by the iron rails.
The food was fantastic, but we did have to listen to four stranger's conversations.
Everything was great from start to finish! Recently moved to OH...best dinner out since our arrival! Can’t wait to go back!
Food is very well presentated. We had the Grouper but did not care for the flavors.
First time back in 5 years. Food was really good. No complaints, it was I expected. Would recommend for a night out, date etc.
First time dining at One Red Door, did not disappoint, food, service, ambiance all great, will definitely come back.
We were a party of two and both enjoyed a lovely lunch in a beautiful restaurant.
I recommended the burger, and my friend(who came all the way fro NH) said it was “the best burger she had ever had!!” Loved the Brussels sprouts too!! Wait staff was very attentive
Two years ago, we said we wouldn’t eat at this restaurant again. The chef had undercooked my salmon. When I sent it back to be cooked a bit longer, he literally lost his temper and threw a skillet (this restaurant features an open kitchen). It was embarrassing. As Hudson residents, we like to support our local businesses and decided to give it one last try. What a mistake. We ordered an entree that was undercooked. Sent it back, it came back a bit warmer, but not worth the hassle. They did offer us dessert, but we declined. I did not recommend this restaurant. Try 3 Palms, one of the owner’s other restaurants, instead.
I simply love this place, I have never been disappointed by the service or food, I enjoy the variety of the menu and appreciate their ability to accommodate special dietary needs. They never make it seem like it is an issue.
Always a great meal!
