Food was absolutely delicious, a little on the pricey side in general but considering the standard of the food, not overly expensive. Our waiter was very charming and friendly.
My only criticism was the restaurant was a little too bright and there was no background music at all to create a nice ambience, just my opinion.
Also, the man pouring our water, poured with vigor to put it lightly. More finess would create a higher end image for one Pico.
having taken the time to inform the restaurant that there was two kids , this was not catered for.
Charging 40 euro ahead for a 9 and 11 year old is poor
while the food was very good it is not value for money
2nd time here. Previosly in Polo dining room for my brother's private stag party. Staff, Service and Cuisine remain excellent. One Pico is truly a real treat for many special occasions and good to impress for business lunch/dinners. Allez One Pico! 😁
We were entertaining American visitors. We had a most enjoyable meal. The food was excellent as was the wine. The service was a bit slow but it was only a Tuesday night. It wasn't a problem.
It was quiet and pleasant.
Excellent experience, love the food and the ambience, perfect for a special occasion!
Lovely lunch, great service, very nice surroundings. Highly recommended.
Always a fantastic experience at One Pico. We will be back
Thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful evening in One Pico. Everything was perfect!
As always One Pico was worth the visit , it is consistently good.
The food was pretty good but the service was so so awful. 15 mind waiting to even order a drink. Very slow between courses. One of our mains orders was gotten wrong so one of us couldn't eat at the same time and they barely even apologized and there was no offer of a small discount as a result. Nobody asked us how our food was and they didn't care when we said we were disappointed
Food and wine excellent. Service excellent but unpretentious. Well priced for the quality they offer. I live in London , One Pico is my favourite restaurant.
not a great value for money - very expensive
dishes served in a creative way fish was good , fillet meat was tough
service was friendly although they forgot to serve tea and coffee together with the cake, at all
ambience was very good, nice music
white wine we choose was excellent
all in all was o.k. just pricy for such level of experience
Food was very nice, good quality but limited enough menu
Beautiful food and great glass of wine pairings if you're not having a bottle.
Imaginative food, beautifully prepared, with excellent service
We reserved at tis restaurant for the new year eve. It was a lovely moment, the service make every effort to listen to the customers and the cuisine is delighting.
Delightful as always. Food, service, atmosphere and general ambience was brilliant. We loved our lunch and look forward to our next visit - but it’ll be for a dinner!
Very nice lunch for a birthday celebration food was excellent and service likewise. Wine list was extensive
It felt like no major effort was made. The staff were nice but appeared very quiet and lacking a bit of rapport. One thing which stood out was how incredibly small the starter and main course portions were. The dessert was perfect size. There was literally nothing left on our plates. We really dislike big portions and find them off putting, however, for the first time ever, we found ourselves shocked at how small these portions were. Room for improvement.
Welcoming staff, delicious food on the Christmas menu , comfortable seats - all in all a lovely experience, I hope to be back to eat from the full menu in 2018.
We had a quiet and very pleasant time with delicious food in a comfortable setting.
In today’s Dublin, there is no shortage of exquisite dining options, but until tonight, we had not experienced One Pico. Everything about our meal was delightful - elegant decor tastefully enhanced for the holidays; creative and delicious food (the venison...oh, my!); great wine list and friendly, attentive yet unobtrusive staff...the perfect blend! We cannot wait to return for another excellent meal!
The food was excellent and the staff were very nice. However I felt it was a bit pricey for the experience. 300e for lunch for 5 and 2 of those had half portions as they were children.. A few extra touches would have be a pleasant touch, chocolates with the bill or amuse bouche etc.Nevertheless it was nice, But it could have been great.
Lunch service took too long, over two hours. I don't mind fine dining being a slower service but there were long 40 minute gaps between plates. Good was great of course.
Very rushed lunch, small portions. Service brusque.
Set menu much better value for lunch than a la carte
Great wine selection
We were eating here before going to the theatre and the food was as good as any we have eaten which added to the excellent and friendly service means we would not hesitate to recommend One Pico to anyone for any occasion. Brian and Carmel
Great food and service! Extensive wine list
One pico is always a treat for us, we enjoy the food ambience and excellent service. The whole experience keeps us coming back again !
Food was just fantastic and we had an amazing time. Super friendly staff, brilliant service.
The restaurant was recommended to me and it was perfect. Three of us were out for a girlie evening having gone to the theatre. The restaurant was just perfect.
The atmosphere and decor was calming and sophisticated and all the members of staff were so friendly and polite.
We choice the pre-theatre menu and our food was fabulous - 'the best restaurant food tasted in a very long time.'
We are looking forward to returning for another exceptional fine dining experience.
This beautiful restaurant was the perfect place to have dinner on our last night in Dublin. The atmosphere is classy and sophisticated, and the food was delicious. They have a price fixe menu that is very affordable, and a great selection of wines.
Still one of the better Dublin restaurants. Good ambience and decor. Limited menu options but very good wine list. Service should be more efficient for this level of restaurant.
Every element was outstanding- from service to food to wine & coffee .. completely enjoyed & will be returning
Excellent all round experience, food superb with excellent service. Should have a Michelin star
We have had Sunday lunch here on several occasions over the years and is excellent value but this was only our third time in the evening, everything was delicious but the pigeon was exceptional. Many thanks for asking
Have been to one pico a few times and have always enjoyed the experience.. the food and service is second to none. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed a delicious meal with fabulous service!
The meal was fantastic. The setting was very comfortable and easy to have a conversation. The staff went the extra mile to help make our visit a little more special.
One Pico was recommended to us by a good friend and Director of one of the finest art and gardens in the world. It is his favorite dining spot in Ireland where they have visited seven times. We were not disappointed. One Pico has an elegant ambiance with a most interesting menu, including wild red leg partridge with an appropriate warning about potential shot in the bird. It was the highlight dining experience for us.
Wonderful out of the way place for great food. Elegant presentation with yummy taste.
