Eamonn O"Reilly chef patron opened One Pico in 1997. From the outset, it was his intention to serve the very best food in relaxed, informal but luxurious surroundings.
In One Pico it's not particularly about gadgets and tricks it's about the best in modern classical cooking with flavour and seasonality been paramount.

The food and service were excellent. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Dublin.
Staff are friendly and professional. The food was amazing and everyone had an afternoon to remember.
High quality food with seasonal variety from starters to deserts served by attentive and efficient staff in comfortable easy surroundings. Extensive wine list catering for all pockets. Consistent standards maintained over the years.
Very enjoyable meal, service excellent and meal (beef) was exceptional
The food was wonderful and the staff operated with friendliness and professionalism. It was a special experience
One Pico never fails to impress! Their lunch menu remains the best value fine dining in Dublin.
The flavours and quality of the food was very good, but the portion sizes were so ridiculously small that we cannot rate you any higher. To be honest
when we went back to our hotel we ordered some food.
We went for early bird as we had a show to get to. Whilst all food was delicious and wine was fantastic I felt the goats cheese main was more a starte than a main course
Lovely atmosphere and very attentive staff. Food was beautiful too. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
Simplement... Parfait. Repas merveilleux, personnel aux petits soins, calme, romantique,... Nous y avons mangé pour le Nouvel an, vers 19h, en couple. C'était magnifique. À refaire lorsque nous retournerons à Dublin.
Myself and my husband went for our anniversary, lovely cosy quiet atmosphere, staff were really lovely and food was really well presented and cooked perfectly, we’ll definitely go back again.
The food at One Pico was delicious. We went there with the family for my father's birthday. It was very energetic, the restaurant looked beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, let's not forget about the food. It was the delicious, presented beautifully and the combinations were very creative and tasty. We chose for the Christmas Lunch menu and I would definitely recommend it. Finally, the staff also takes into account diets and allergies which is much appreciated and the other options are terrific. Would love to come back to this place again with my friends for a nice drink and dinner.
A quiet family celebration. We loved it. Superb food and wine. Excellent service. One of Dublin’s top 5. 🍾
Amazing evening - fantastic food, great service and a wonderful time.
The food was outstanding. We had a little wait for our table and staff handled it really well. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. Have been many times and will be back again. One Pico is synonymous with great food and a great evening.
I book every time I come to Dublin and am never disappointed. Exceptional
The Xmas menu was 75 euros . I had scallops ( 5 euros extra ) and the beef ( 10 euros extra) . I could cook this myself for 10'eorus . Resonable bottle of valpolacell cam in at 56 E . God know what the mark was on that nad then then total bill for 3 was 315 which with a tip came to 120 which included 10% on the bottle of wine which was loaded to begin with . So very poor value . Hit with the christmas lunch at 45 euro for 3 courses I thought it was steep. Service was attentive, however there was a long gap between mains and dessert. I went for a business meeting which is fine as it wasnt too noisey.
a very good restaurant .....relaxed. professional and excellent food....a most enjoyable experience
Excellent service, a very interesting cheffy menu. Small portions beautifully presented. Expensive.
We have come to one pico on several occasions we hadn’t been in a while. Very disappointed in the food also the price didn’t reflect the quality of food.
Never fails to impress
Couldn’t speak highly enough about this restaurant
In our experience Faultless every time !
please see below a note that i have sent to the restaurant
Good and service was faultless. An amazing restaurant for that special occasion - ours was our wedding anniversary. Highly recommended.
Been many times and always a treat . Service was impeccable as always, food was excellent - venison and passion fruit soufflé were excellent
First time I’ve noticed that menu when added up was pretty expensive and perhaps a set price for meal might be good idea?
First time at this restaurant.
Lovely, friendly but unobtrusive staff.
There was a varied fixed-price lunch menu with nice but limited options.
The food was cooked perfectly.
I had the frangipane for desert - it was perfect.
Definitely on the list for a return visit.
Fantastic food, excellent and unobtrusive service & good value for the money
Terrific dinner despite the spuds being way over cooked !!
Andrew you’re a gem :)
Will be back
We were celebrating a special occasion - as a family. Some had never been in One Pico before. We had a wonderful evening . the food was jsut delicious - particularly delicious starter ( lobster bisque and ravioli) . Service was very friendly but professional .We will be back
Magical place with excellent food. We are so happy have had an accidental meeting with Pick One.
A fantastic place to eat with impeccable service.Thank you.
Excellent! Delicious dishes, which were beautifully presented. Attentive service. Highly recommend
Yet again a wonderful dining experience. Exceptional service & sublime food. Can't be beaten. Love this place
Great place everything was superb
We made reservations to eat here on our last night in Dublin. Because of a change in location and Google maps it was difficult to find. We finally found it and were seated at a lovely table. Unfortunately the night we dined there was also a large business group in the same room. As the evening went on, they got louder and louder. We placed our order for drinks and it took quite a while to get them. Dinner took an hour and fifteen minutes to receive. Our white wine was kept in an ice bucket away from the table and our glasses were empty more than with wine. I think we were forgotten as couples who came in after us received their meals before us. It was when we finally inquired about our food that it was delivered ten minutes later. It may have been the large business group but it did seem severely understaffed on the night we visited. The food was fine, nothing too memorable. Not sure it was worth a visit on our last night of vacation.
Celebrating a friends birthday in Dublin for the day and had a lovely lunch here. The service was first class and unobtrusive and the food was delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and I would certainly return if I visit Dublin again.
This was my first time in One Pico and most certainly will not be my last. The ambiance is cosy and relaxed, the food is superb and the service is attentive without being overly so - just the right balance. All in alll is was a lovely experience which while not exactly cheap didn't break the bank.
The food was even better than expected and the service was good without being intrusive..
Overall the evening was ok. Shown to our table straight away which is good. Starters were quite disappointing. The beef to start was a joke ... The portion was tiny and it was over priced. The mains were lovely. Really nice the venison was a stand out. Cooked perfectly and everything was lovely. Really really good. The desserts were good apart from the soufflé which tasted like egg... The staff are nice but the female waitress KEPT leaning across people at my table which drives me insane and price charged at this restaurant I expect way better. The other BIG issue was advertising a 2016 bottle of wine and when it comes to the table it's 2017... It's not acceptable and it shows a lack of respect for customers and their knowledge. So overall it was nice but I think probably slightly over priced given the starters and service not making the grade
Food lovely, as always. Waiter forgot to bring the potatoes so by the time they arrived we were half way through our main course! Also we prefer if our wine is left beside us so we can pour it ourselves at our pace!!
