One of the best meals I've ever had! Food, cocktails, wine, and ambiance were all top tier.

The food tastes worse than airplane food. I had a better Beef Wellington on my flight home to NYC than here and they claim it's their signature dish. This would be a nice place to have a drink, but the food is truly a 1/10. It tastes more like an overpriced wine bar than a "fine dining" establishment.

Good food, but a little overrated for the price. There seems to be a big premium for the history of the building and restaurant - I think there is better food in the area, especially for the price. Service was slow. Had a nice time here though!

Having dined here many times over the years it never fails to impress. The ambiance, service and sumptuous food are all still excellent. The new management has a clear eye for service standards and it shows. My one negative would be on the guests as much as the management. The dress code seems to have been abandoned as there were several men dressed more for Applebee's than a place of this calibre. It's an insult to the restaurant and it's entire team (who are all smartly dressed) as well as the other guests.

Great experience- went for my girlfriend’s birthday/Valentine’s Day. Great vibe, good cocktails, better Beef Wellington!! Staff was really accommodative and attentive without being overbearing.

Was excited to come. It was our anniversary and for Valentines Day so they had a special menu. Main complaint is that much of the food was cold, including the mushroom soup and seared scallops. It was like they had the dishes under a warmer light, not fresh. The cou co van was very fatty and not so good. Beef Wellington, another “signature dish,” was alright but I left wishing I’d had the lamb. No available side dishes. Ambiance was ok, traditional /old school, but we were seated upstairs, which doesn’t have the same vibe or high ceiling or lighting fixtures. Definitely not extraordinary in terms or romance. Desserts were just ok. For $550 including tip, I expected a lot more. Overall was quite disappointed.
