For all patrons, we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to your set reservation time to truly enjoy your dual access to ONE Dine and One World Observatory!

It is hard say the ambiance at 100 floors up, the elevator ride is cool, after that the ambiance was like that of a bus station. It was Sunday brunch, I should have known. Go for the view, forget the food.

What’s not to love? This large dining area above the observatory has gigantic views of below. Helicopters below this height fly by . The drinks are good. The food is delicious. The price includes everything, including gratuity. After lunch, diners go off to walk around in the observatory, identifying buildings, bridges and boats seen from very far above. Don’t miss this experience.

The screens in the lift set the tone very well and the reveal after the video screens at the top was amazing. Only downfall was the the restaurant was very loud and felt like eating a five star meal in a McDonalds at times. Our waiter Nick moved us away from a very loud table which helped, he was superb all night as were the cocktails and meal.

Did the Dinner+observatory package. The food was amazing, drinks were even better. I had low expectations because it's touristy but the food blew me away. Best fillet mignon I've ever had. Views were obviously breathtaking. Servers and wait staff were kind. Only complaint is that the noise from the observatory goes up into the restaurant level making it louder than a regular restaurant.

The cost of the experience was worth it. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We are definitely coming back in the next few months so we can dine and enjoy the city skyline at night. Highly recommend.

It was my third time going and it was as good and incredible as I remembered. The service is a 10/10. I got the filet mignon and it was cooked and seared perfectly. My mother got the chicken and it was also delicious!

We arrived early for our reservation, so understandably, our table wasn't ready, but we were invited to sit at the bar and enjoyed our time there with the bartenders who provided excellent service. We were also greeted with Happy Anniversary, as we were celebrating our 34th. Once our table was ready, the hostess seated us and delivered a Happy Anniversary card. The menu selection was limited. He ordered the burger, and I ordered the chicken. The chicken was tough and difficult to cut with the knife. He traded with me. The burger was very good. We mentioned the chicken to someone. Nothing... Once served, the attention got lesser, and I had to even call someone over for our check. The ambiance is nice. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day. Not their fault. It's pricy, but decent. Happy we went, but most likely will not return. There are too many wonderful restaurants in NYC yet to try.
