Nowhere was it written that I had to buy a separate ticket to visit the observatory, which cost me $133 for two.

The menu was uninspired, and we felt that we were settling when we made our selections. My $35 burger was excellent, though overpriced; you couldn't even include a few French fries to make it a meal. My wife's meal was very mediocre--Chick-Fil-A or Cane's chicken is much better than the fried chicken breast with the Chicken Milanese entree. There were exactly 10 capers and hardly any sauce. More sauce was brought upon request. It was the consistency of water. The view was spectacular, and the service was very good!! Would go back for a beverage and the view. Would not have a meal there when New York City has so many amazing dining opportunities to offer.

I had to buy X4 One world Trade Centre Tickets just to get in the restaurant, being there the day before for the tour of the observation deck which was amazing! The views WOW. Food was VERY expensive and sparse ordered chicken for the main and got only chicken didn’t realise you had to order anything else with the chicken separately! they wanted $18 for mash potato per person So if you’re thinking you can just book and go to the restaurant you cannot! It’s nothing like windows on the world when the Twin Towers were still here Very disappointing and mega expensive and a-bit of a con to get in there

The Observatory/VIP tour was excellent, but the restaurant experience at One Dine was a complete disappointment. Despite arriving 20 minutes early and politely requesting a window seat, we were abruptly cut off and spoken over by Tracy, who was unprofessional and visibly irritated. Her attitude was aggressive and dismissive from the start. Things only got worse when our server, Andrea Lee, showed zero interest in providing basic service—barely speaking, disappearing for long stretches, and making the entire experience feel like a burden. Save your money and skip the restaurant; do the observatory tour and dine elsewhere.

We had a wonderful dining experience and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress (lady from Thailand) . The view was stunning! The menu had a great variety, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The dish was cooked to perfection — rich in flavor and beautifully presented. Portions were good and prices felt reasonable for the quality of the food. We never felt rushed, and everything flowed seamlessly. Highly recommend !

Good afternoon and Happy 4th of July… Last evening, I had a 7:30 reservation at the top of the World Trade Center that I’d booked and paid for over a month ago. Once booked, I’d specifically flown my two little boys here for the Freedom Tower, and to see the 4th of July fireworks tonight in New York. I paid nearly $600 for us to come see the observatory and to eat dinner, but when we arrived, because we’d been told to come at 7:30pm, once we arrived, we learned it left us no time to see both the observatory and to eat dinner. Tracy at the restaurant advised us the kitchen was about to close, so we’d need to order then or we’d lose that opportunity as well, and we obliged. Since we did pay the money, and $600 is a lot, is it possible to bring my boys back to see the observatory we paid for? The on-site manager Skylar was a big help and he had no objections about a Saturday return but he encouraged me to email you to get it cleared. I would like to also credit our waiter Frank and Tracy at the restaurant for salvaging the “Experience” for us. We’d paid for “dinner with a view” but weren’t even sat with a view as the host had no info about what we’d paid for, and didn’t know what “the Experience” entailed. Once I told them all what was happening, no view, no observatory, they very kindly moved us and tried to salvage the experience for my boys, but we’d still like to tour the Observatory if possible on Saturday at the same 7:30 time to catch the sunset if possible, which was our original plan. I’m attaching a photo of the charge to my bank account and what I was sent so you can input the confirmation number for all the details. Thanks for any help you can give.
