   I took my girlfriend here for her 30th birthday - I had to reschedule due to rainy weather and despite that the staff never forgot that it was for her birthday and bent over backwards to make it special. Our server for the evening - Nikki - was very sweet and professional and made us feel very welcome. We received fantastic service with a breathtaking view, and it came together to be a really special night for my girlfriend. I highly recommend

   The food was what you would expect from a C-Rated restaurant. Atmosphere is a 10 and the food is a 2. Almost felt like I was in an upscale diner. I would suggest drinks only and skip the food. Added 18% tip for 4 people and of course waiter did not tell me. I would have e left more normally but left it at the 18%. Not what I expected.

   Disappointed and Not Worth It I made a reservation for the “Experience with a View” dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday, expecting a special evening. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Despite having a reservation, we were left waiting at the entrance while the staff scrambled to figure out where to seat us. They ultimately pulled a chair from a four-top and squeezed us into a small round table for two—right in front of the bar with a view of New Jersey. This was not what I paid for. When I politely asked the waitress to move us to one of the many open tables with a proper city view, she flatly refused, she didn’t even bother to ask her manager claiming they were reserved—despite there were many empty tables. The food was disappointing, and the drinks were just okay. Overall, this was a very underwhelming and frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.

   We had the lunch experience. Although the menu was somewhat limited all of the appetizer/ salads and mains were beautifully presented and were delicious.

   Our experience was amazing! Even though the visibility was very low, our server Haque was world-class! My soon to be fiancé and I enjoyed our 4th anniversary at the restaurant with the happy hour special, and Haque guessed exactly what I was going to order for both of my drinks! He is truly a master of his craft and made our experience genuinely great.

   Some staff were great but there were multiple people serving each customer meaning things got lost in passing. Menu was extremely limited. I had also stated prior to the visit it was my 30th birthday and could I have a seat with a nice view, this wasn’t noted and we were sat 3 rows back meaning the view was completely obstructed. The view was the main reason we visited. We were moved after we finished our food but this wasn’t offered, we had to ask. Very average at best! I wouldn’t visit again and was disappointed with this venue for such a special occasion.

    Its one of Americas highest buildings but the restaurant represent normal class. I wonder why? Not so many people and close before 11 pm ? The view is amazing thats a high score from me 👍
