This was the absolute worst experience I have had traveling anywhere The waiter was condescending and made jokes about us at our table with the bartender. I wish I had caught his name. The bartender seemed to roll his eyes, but I am lost for words on how inappropriate the waiter was I will be calling them to complain about this on my return We dined here on Tuesday the 9th of 2025 for the record. I can’t tell you how angry I am at the lack of respect and inappropriate comments about my son. There was absolutely no call for it I told the waiter forcefully to “Drop it”. He continued. I had to tell him twice for the inappropriate comments. And overheard him with the bartender We spent a lot of money for the lack of respect he showed my family

We had dinner for 2 as this was a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. The filet was cooked perfectly and the sides were equally perfect! The drinks were top notch and our waiter was on top of everything. We had a great experience and will visit again!

The experience was great, definitely worth the price. Shout out to the server Nikki, she's nice, patient, and considerate. Would definitely recommend to other friends.

We had a 5:00 reservation. As soon as we got there (before even being seats) we were told to hurry up the kitchen is closing for a private event. They made us feel like we were imposing! Our server, however, was great!

Quite a positive surprise. For a tourist destination restaurant on top of one of the world’s tallest buildings my expectations were not extra extraordinary. But our experience was exceptional. The food was quite good and the service excellent as well and of course, the views are unbeatable. You will need a reservation, but I will tell you our experience was fantastic.

The salmon and gem salad and burrata and prosciutto were the best part. Our filet mignon and burger were a little on the dry side even though we asked for medium. The chicken Milanese had a very thick coating and very thin chicken breast. The ambience was not what I expected, I though it would be a little more intimate and somewhat grander considering we were dinning at the top of OWO.
