The service was very polite and patient. The food was delicious, from the burger, duck to the pecan pie dessert. Great food with beautiful view.
Beautiful forever views - went at night. We had to buy a ticket for the
Observatory to get in, was more cafeteria like then it was a special place to dine- food was fair at best but at least not overpriced for what it was. My recommendations would be go to a nice dinner before or after and just go there for views!
Very Disappointing for a special evening we thought we would have!
Enjoyed every moment at this Reaturant, outstanding food and service, would recommend to put this on your to do list if you are visiting New York. 10/10
I would recommend the restaurant for the sheer experience. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my meal.
We went for the view. After looking at the menu and pricing online I assumed this would be a 4-star experience. Food was underwhelming and the entire dining area; tables and finishes, were dated. It felt more like cafeteria seating. BUT we had a great evening bc it’s about the company you keep, not the food in the end. You can’t beat the view! Skip dinner and just have a drink at the bar before heading back to ground level.
Nice place and good food. The portions are big!
We booked a lunch at ONE Dine while we were visiting the observatory. We had our three kids (ages 14, 11, and 7). The meal was very good. They had a suitable kids menu and we were able to have a drink with our meal. Overall, it was little pricey, but the food was good and the view was amazing. I’d highly recommend it.
accommodated 45 minutes early (really appreciated)
service was great and the food tasty
location is top notch with wonderful views
reservations were easy to accomplish on line
the only down side are the prices considering
the requirement to purchase tickets to One World Observatory
overall a great experience but can only afford to do this once
In one word - underwhelming. Expected fine dining in one of New York’s most renowned landmark buildings to celebrate a special occasion, but was met by a rude hostess (which was at least cancelled out by an exceptional waitress - thank you Rachel), mediocre food served with dirty cutlery, and beautiful views in a noisy room.
Hostess was on the phone for quite some time, never looking up to say she’d be with us in a minute, smile, or any type of acknowledgement. Another server came by maybe a whole 5 minutes later and put up the sectioning/partition ribbon before asking us if we needed anything or if anyone was helping us. Upon seating, under my menu was hair folded into my napkin. The forks were covered in soap scum. Wine glass had hard water/soap scum stains around the rim. Steak knife was dull and the handle cracked. The food was good (however, there were chunks of just fat in the steak and the polenta could’ve used some salt), but not mind blowing.
A meal for 2 was roughly $160 (they include 18% gratuity in the bill), in addition to the the general admission tickets, another $70, you must purchase to gain access to the restaurant/floor. For roughly $230, nothing about our dinner at this restaurant was worth it.
nice ambiance and courteous server and hosts, I had a turkey sandwich did not like much. the view the best exceptional! it would have fair not to go through the theater and all because I was just there to have lunch but in gross a 5 stars athmosphere
We of course went there for the Experience and it was amazing the view of course is second to none. The food was great which was unexpected. We had the Ribeye and the burger. Both were fantastic especially the ribeye I was thoroughly impressed with the flavor and finished every bite. We went for sunset definitely recommend that.
Lovely evening for my 60th Birthday 👍 Everything was good the service and the food 👍
Better to have reservations later in the evening to try and avoid all the TOURISTS!!!!!
The view is amazing. The ambiance feels as though we went back in time to cafeteria style—and over priced food. Slow service. Food served tepid.
Sadly, we expected something as special as Columbia Center in Seattle.
Dining was quiet, decent w great service.few customers that time.
The only disappointment was no view at all due to zero visibility. As we only knew frm waiters that tkt could be rescheduled. Too late were up there & was our 1st time🤔
So make sure to chk visibility status going up to observatory WTC otherwise waste of $$$ for no scenic view at all!learned experience!
Buono il cibo ma il gioco non vale la candela. Servizio poco accurato e tavola poco curata.
Everything was really good.
The dining area was quite loud because of all the tourists downstairs and if I have to be peaky the table was way too small for two people; I tried to reserve this table with 30 days in advance and I was expecting a better table.
It’s a great place to celebrate special occasions like our own 40th Wedding Anniversary.
The atmosphere is amazing and I have been here before but my waiter and older bald guy with a limp needs to be more attentive and smile. I brought my mom for her 85th birthday and he had no personality at all.
It was this or a hot dog cart in front of the twin holes.
Awesome views - great main courses - great way to end our NY trip - only downside was we wanted dessert only to find they had run out of our choice - this was a little surprising as it was early at 7.30 pm ?? Otherwise would have been 5 star across the board
Excellent food. Great view. Great service. Went late afternoon and very quiet. Also had a children’s menu which wasn’t advertised but was good value and quality.
Excellent last year I was there for my 50th this year my there with my son for is 14th birthday.
What excellent service
It was extremely easy to reserve a table online. I received a text when the table was ready, the food was excellent, the staff was excellent, and the views were amazing. Can't wait to go back!
We got a window side table with a great view of upper Manhattan & both rivers. Food was good & not too expensive considering where we were. Make reservations.
The experience at One Dine is totally unique. It’s position at the top of the Freedom Tower makes for a truly memorable visit. The food is excellent and service friendly and professional. Would recommend anyone to go there when visiting New York City.
It was amazing experience
The view was spectacular. Food was overpriced but the view made up for that. The waiter was a little lacking in service and the fact the tip was automatically added to the bill was not to pleasant to hear. No matter the number in the party which in my case it was just 2, the tip was included at 18%. We had the water person come by more than the waiter which was a little sad and he never smiled. It was our birthday so we were hoping for a WOW experience and the view gave us that...not the service or the food. I would recommend this for the view and the experience only.
Excellent experience. Best to warn people to arrive a half hour before the reservation.
The view is spectacular. The food and service good. Try to reserve for sunset or just after.
All great, except that the noise level was very high. Our waiter Rachel extremely friendly and helpful, food and drinks excellent. Thank you
Nice food but maybe more on a plate , views are amazing to see when having a cocktail
The view was amazing and our server went out of his way to make our experience unforgettable. The Sweet tea was awesome!!!
I made the reservation on open table and was not made aware that I would have to buy tickets at $42 per person to get to the restaurant. I was not expecting this expense. It took extra time to wait in line to buy the tickets/ wait for an elevator/ watch the movie at the entrance. We arrived at 7:45 - 15 min later than our reservation time. The waitress inform us that the kitchen was closing and we had to order right away. At 8:30 after our dinner- we were told we would have to order dessert right away and we would need to leave at 9 because the tower was closing. I asked for a cup of coffee and was told the coffee machine was broken. On our way out- I saw other tables enjoying coffee. I felt she was pushing us out. I felt the waitress did provided good service because the tip at 18% is already included.
The food was really well prepared and the presentation was also good. No comparison to the view of Manhattan which really set the tone. I would recommend this restaurant and would go again.
Our server was fantastic
the hostesses were rude and claimed they don’t honor same day reservations made on opentable, so we had to wait for about a half hour
The actual table was angled so nobody had a good view of...the view
the food was really great, but we all agreed it’s priced at the highest possible point it could be without feeling too expensive for what it was.
We were disappointed with this restaurant, the noise level was so loud because of the bar and the people who visit the tower.
a feeling, as in a train station.
the food was just as disappointing, and there are still plenty of room for improvement in the menu.
The service was Amazing, nothing to complain about, the view is spectacular, but the food was not worth the $30 for a burger or the $40+ for a Veal. The burger was dry and with no flavor, the veal was also dry and hard to swallow. It is really bad that you are dining on the top of the world and the food is worst than bad. We told our experience to the server but she didn't do anything other than apologize for it. The one time experience should not be something that bring bad memories because of the food.
I will not recommend this place to go eat. I would recommend the tower to go sightseeing but not the restaurant.
Went for our Anniversary. The venue was special and the staff made the evening even more special!
