overall it was great experience but we did not know that we had to buy tickets to go upstairs. It was not mentioned to us.
You’re paying for the experience to sit at the top. The food was below average and was relatively like warm when delivered. The pricing was as expected for the location. The service was mediocre as gratuity is added automatically and therefore less effort was provided.
Menu was somewhat limited. Would have been nice if they’d had a few specials as options.
Waiter was pretty unengaged and he never checked on us while we were eating.
We let them know that it was our daughter’s birthday. They acknowledged it but never did anything for it, not even “Happy Birthday” on her dessert plate. That was a first.
Overall positive experience but given the price paid (drinks, appetizers, dinners, desserts and the required observatory tickets), not sure I’d ever go back.
Fantastic lunch for a 50th Birthday celebration! Highly recommend!! Staff was wonderful and it was perfect!
Our waitress was attentive and welcoming. Once in a lifetime view .
It was wonderful night, and my propose was successfully done thanks to the great view. I really recommend this restaurant to everybody around me.
Very friendly and hospitable staff. Unbeatable view of course! Food was great much better than expected!
Amazing good food nice people
Was not happy that we had to pay for the observation deck just to have dinner. Was not clear when making the reservations on Open table. It was the biggest rip off. Would not do dinner or pay $50 per person to see the view.
Everything was good I took my wife here for our anniversary first time for both of us and I was not expecting them to say happy anniversary to us and had a happy anniversary paper on our table those two things are something small but it did make an impression
Making reservations was easy… we had a wonderful time. Food was good.. I would have liked to have raved and said fabulous.. but for me it wasn’t. The atmosphere , view and service by Axel was incredible !!
Thank You !!!
the last call for food was at 7:30, no music, or ambiance, the decor was bland, and the food was ok. the servers were super nice. the restaurant was almost empty, felt strange. One Dine missed the mark and should make more effort to be special and fun. it felt like a cafeteria. views were amazing and that's about it.
Awesome experience. Food was excellent and the view incredible. The attentiveness of the service staff was outstanding.
View was amazing! Somewhat noisy since it’s an open space. Service was excellent.
While it is cool to dine 100 feet up, the restaurant is completely open to the tourist areas so the noise level is loud and the views are worse than if you just walked around. Food and drinks were good, but the included 18% gratuity shower since service was slow and waiters were not attentive. It’s a neat attraction but I would skip a meal and just grab a snack or drink at the cafe instead.
It's a tourist strap. To get to the restaurant, its a charge to get into the building. People are herded like sheep to hype the artificial need and urgency to tourists to buy trinkets and addons. The restaurant has a limited menu for healthy eating. Latte machine was broken. Alcohol is abundant and has its own menu 3x larger than the food menu, but not everyone is a drinker. The observatory closed before we left the restaurant. The building sways noticeably which is not something I appreciated.
Loved the place the busser was on it not so much the waitress the view was amazing
Food took forever to receive!!!!! Server had too many tables to give adequate service.
Awesome view, and the guys are very kind, good experience
Great atmosphere. Food was good. Service was a bit slow.
Food was delicious, I ordered the All American burger. Service was awesome, staff very friendly, Drinks were perfect!!!
The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. The service was very friendly. And unforgettable view!!! I will highly recommended it to all my friends.
Outstanding lunch! I had the lobster roll and a strawberry sangria. Both were amazing. The service was good and I had a great table next to a window.
You would always expect to pay more and get less in these type of establishments. But the 18% gratitude added to the bill essentially ensured that we won't get service because the server gets their tip either way. It is the case in our experience, the server did not show up until ten minutes after we sat down, got our drink and food in one order, the only other times I see him is when food came out, and when the bill came.
Food was ok, nothing to write home about, but the service was not up to par for sure, and it wasn't even a busy time. We went at 2 pm in the afternoon.
Great views, great food, great drinks! Would come back
It was a great day! Sunset was great! Service was so good!
I’d like to give a huge thanks to the receptionist Taylor and our server Axel, they had great customer service and very helpful.
Thank you for making our trip 10 times better!
The experience was amazing! The views are absolutely breathtaking. Our dining experience was nothing short of 5 star.
Good food and service.
Better than I expected, it was Fantastic! I highly recommend dining here.
Family trip to NYC
Estuvo rico, solo que pare entrar al. Restaurante tuve que pagar la entrada al mirador, si no no me dejaban subir, aprox 54 dólares extras
What a great experience! Grateful for a kids menu that included dessert. Thank you!
It was an incredible experience! Amazing food and view!
Excellent customer service. Had reservations so zero wait time. Food was delicious. Drinks were ok. Had a seat by window so excellent view.
My husband birthday
What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend
Nice place for a drink after seeing the view.
Burger was mouth watering good, the service was amazing too from hostess to waiters. I appreciated that the tables had a lot of spacing between them.
