There is nothing special or great about this experience unless there is a view. Sadly, I overpaid per person for mediocre food with a complete view of the fog. Absolutely no visibility.

What a wonderful evening! We went up at the perfect time to see the city before sunset and then dined while the sun was setting creating a beautiful night life experience. The salmon was delicious and our waitress suggested the perfect drinks.

This was an amazing experience. The food and the drink was excellent. I ordered calamari and buffalo wings. I was mostly impressed with the service though. The chef came to my table twice. First to thank us for dinning with them and the 2nd time to ask about the dessert, which was spectacular. The dessert was not on the menu. It was recommended by the waiter. It was a sizable (2 serving) chocolate chip cookies with ice cream, strawberry, raspberry, and caramel on top.

A B- restaurant in a setting that was made less magical by the ordinary ambience/decor and subpar food. Go to the observatory - eat somewhere else.

Very very casual, went for Easter dinner. We thought it would be a more formal/exciting dining experience. Great views and good service, but more of a cafe than a place for a holiday/special dinner.

Lamb chops had a lot of fat to cut off.
Ran out of NY Strip steak before 6pm, so I couldn’t order what I really wanted. That should never happen in a place like this.
Mashed potatoes were not tasty at all, it was like eating plain grits.
Not a good ambiance at all when dinning next to kids looking out the window on the tour. They were all so loud, dining should be separate from observatory.
The design of Dine One is very ordinary. Dinner at the World Trade Center should be something of legend. It should be the most beautiful design along with a world class chef in the kitchen. You make it too accessible for everyone in every way except price. It should be held above Roots Steakhouse or Ruth Chris or Frenchette. We spent $250 (for 2 people) eating at an ordinary restaurant with a great view. The hosts were great but the waiter Axl wasn’t very good at all. He never mentioned the specials until we had to backtrack and ask if there were any. He never asked us if we wanted more drinks (our glasses were empty for almost a half hour) he forgot my gnocchi Mac and Cheese and two drinks we ordered.
We had to remind him while our dinner was already out. He even wrote the order down (which is strange in what should be a high end restaurant, they usually memorize the order because they should be top notch waiters and not kids working there) If we weren’t forced to pay 18% gratuity, he may have made us a priority in his thoughts. When everything is handed to you and you don’t have to win people over with good service, a waiter will have no reason to strive for better service.
More effort should be put into the design and waiter service and less into making sure the customer receives a hefty bill at the end of the night.
But everyone was very nice and I hate to even tell the truth. I couldn’t recommend this place to a friend because they would be upset that they paid so much for a sub par experience. Some TGIFridays and Applebee’s have nicer ambiance. Shoulda been $85

NY strip and burger were great. We tried a bottle of One red and it was pretty good. I couldn’t tell from reviews before we went, but they did have a kids menu and our kids liked the chicken fingers, fries, and ice cream sundaes. Prices were a little on the higher side, but it’s NY, and given the experience/location, not unexpected- and the food was better than I thought it would be. I recommend.

View was beautiful, food was excellent but there wasn’t a lot of privacy. The restaurant was basically open to the rest of the observatory. We would have preferred more privacy to enjoy such a delicious meal.

This is my second time to reserve a table and not get a window seat. When we asked the staff member who seemed to be in charge whether we could move to one of the empty tables, she said she would have to check as they had reservations. Not only did she not have the courtesy to get back to us, I am annoyed because of course we ALSO MADE RESERVATIONS and were there first! There was no reason why we could not have been moved. It ruined what could have been a more memorable experience.

My boyfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary. We enjoyed the welcoming friendly staff, and the amazing food. They gave us a card on our table that said “Happy Anniversary” so the waiter and bartender also wished us a happy anniversary. I would definitely recommend others to go there.
