   All the food was excellent! Calamari was very good but would have liked cocktail sauce instead of tarter sauce. The chicken was presented beautifully and was tender and juicy. The steak got excellent marks from our resident steak critic.

   Made a reservation for our anniversary dinner. We looked forward to the experience as well as the opportunity for the amazing views of the city. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely and gave our name for the reservation. Then another hostess walked up to the person we just spoke with (she was grabbing our menus) and began complaining about how every time there’s a sunset ppl are taking pictures and so f*cking annoying. How she can’t stand it and how it’s so stupid, just a sunset. Mind you, this was said right in front of us. What a nice way to start off our evening with that kind of conversation. Once we were brought to our table, our waiter came over and asked if we wanted to order. We order drinks and small plates for starters. Shortly after our drinks and small plates came, but the waiter never came back to take our dinner order. We waited and tried making contact with her, she would just look at us and walk away. We made several attempts. Our drinks were empty, plates empty and sitting there asking ourselves is this really taking place. She eventually came over when I had to literally say excuse me, I need to speak to you please. She came over and asked if we were ready for the check. At this point we didn’t feel comfortable and said yes, check please. She brought over the check and laid it on the table directly on top of the water that dripped from the sides of the glass with no Bill folder. Just the receipt paper on the table. This was a horrible experience, horrible service and I did my best to make it enjoyable as it was our anniversary. I’d like someone to please contact me regarding this experience.

   This is an experience and place to check off of your bucket list.The observation center was very informative and the setting was relaxing and romantic.The view outside was breathtaking.Our entries were delicious,we're definitely making another trip to the One Dine at One World Observation.

   We’ll worth the cost. You get the ticket to the observation deck, 2 drinks and apps. Go with 2/3 people though so you can share the apps.

   Great food, much better that I expected. I took the menu of the Restaurant Week and was excellent and worth every dollar. Service attentive and the best view you won’t ever have.

    Gorgeous views and delicious food. Food was so great I would love to come back but alas I do not want to pay the ridiculous fee to have to go through the “experience” again. Why can’t you just get to the restaurant and enjoy a wonderful meal!

    The food was cold and had hair in it. The server argued that we needed to show the kitchen the hair and since we didn’t there is nothing we could do. But we saw the hair in front of her and she never said she needed to show the hair. They charged us for an extra plate we didn’t ask for.

    Im so happy I chose this restaurant for my birthday! Everything was perfect the view, the food, the staff was very friendly. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family for them to live this experience. The food was so flavorful and the ambiance was excellent!

    The waiter didn't seem too interested in taking care of us, she smiled and was polite to others. I had made a note on the reservation that it was my husbands birthday to please add something on the dessert and that was ignored. The manager came by and offered us 2 glasses of Champaign which my husband appreciated and she was also very kind. For the price I had higher expectations on the service. The overall experience was ok. I wouldn't go back.

    Five stars for the food as it was excellent. Service not so much. I felt we spent a lot of time looking for our server for things and waited almost 15 minutes just to get the bill after we were finished. I had to ask another server to find our server so that we could get our bill.

    Massively over priced - to proportions that defies the imagination Good food choices , poorly executed No real Ambience - it felt like eating in a mall As someone who travels extensively - i suggest you see the vows and go and eat elsewhere You have been warned

    This was one of our favorite meals in NYC over the last week! It was incredible. Food was delicious and service was great. Even kids meals were really tasty! Highly recommend Brussels sprouts, hot chicken sandwich and the Brussels sprouts.

    Only 3 tables are really next to the windows, the other ones are quite far away making taking photos not possible as the bar is reflecting on the windows. The service personnel was not friendly and the food is average. For 200$ per person one can expect much better.

    TL/DR: Manage your expectations. Details: Getting in to the restaurant itself is a bit of a journey as patrons are ushered through a Disney-esque queue, then forced into a photographic studio. One must wait in line even if choosing to decline to having the photo taken, and then weave one's way through the throng of counter-service cafe patrons to reach the seating area. Once there, the a la carte menu option (as opposed to the "experience" menu), limits one to non-preferred seating where the view is limited. However, the environment is family friendly and the service is adequate. The food itself was tasty and the portions respectable. Temperature control was a bit off, and as a result the seating area was quite warm. All in all, a decent experience for a tourist attraction, but I wouldn't go out of my way to bring my family for a second visit.

    There is no wall or curtain dividing the restaurant from the observatory and the quick service food line right in front of the restaurant- just a railing with people all around and leaning over it. I would rather have had the quick service food than the $35 burger at the restaurant. The burger was good, cooked well but not able to be customized, meaning not even any lettuce and tomato available by request. This was not the elevated experience it seemed it would be when booking.
