   Recommend making a reservation and pay for the all inclusive dinner! You’ll get one appetizer, main meal and side, two drinks, and one dessert per person. The portions were large and delicious so come hungry! The staff was super helpful and very professional! Great atmosphere and view was amazing!

   Our tour of the Tower was gratefully on the sunniest day of the month. The view was spectacular, the wait staff very professional and the portions were much larger than expected. Worth the price tag on a nice day!

    The restaurant is so beautiful with its architecture and design. If you are looking for a experience that you may see some celebrities and have some yummy seafood this is the place. Grand central is one of those places that does not disappoint.

    Very disappointing for many reasons. Our table was almost given away because it took so long to get from the elevator back to the restaurant. Paid a premium for the “table by the window”. We were put at a bar like table/bench packed in like sardines. People next to us were so close that you literally would have struggled to use your arms to cut your steak. We couldn’t even talk to each other because the people next to us were incredibly loud. After complaining several times we were moved but were not a window table... which is what we paid extra for. Out of 2 entrees and 2 side dishes, only 1 item was even warm. Food was cold. One side dish desperately needed salt. Crème Brûlée was soupy. It needed to be either hot or cold. It was room temperature and not very good. Salad was delicious. Service was the highlight. Employees all very polite, helpful, friendly, attentive, and fast.

    Normally restaurants with elevation is quite cramped but not this one! Also you won’t go home hungry because their food portion is quite big!

    We went up with a “zero visibility” because we could not re-schedule and we got to see quite a ways The elevator ride is very cool - I don’t know if the iPad is worth it or not that’s a maybe it points out buildings of interest and can show you things kinda a personal preference. The meal was great the chicken appetizer and calamari excellent and the streak was perfect The dessert hit the spot … it’s not cheap but nothing in New York is cheap so have fun!

    It's very good experience there. Except when I mentioned it's a birthday celebration, they said you would need to tell them when booking. But I made the reservation online. However, we all love the food and the views there.

    What an amazing place for dinner - we paid extra for a window seat and it’s definitely worth it. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived - the ambience is lovely - very romantic - we went for our wedding anniversary! The food is amazing but be warned the portions are massive!! Loved that champagne was included! Just a fabulous and very memorable was to celebrate our anniversary!

    Stunning view from the top. Dinner (fish, steak) was excellent. Niki was a great server. We did the all inclusive window seat experience and glad we did. Value for the evening was exceptional.

    The staff was very attentive. Twice the manager came over in a friendly way and spoke to us in a personal way. We had 4 adults and 1 child. They were very nice to the child. We got the Brussels sprouts; definitely get the Brussels sprouts!!! The kale salad was nice too. We got the burgers and fish. I don't remember the exact names. All was delicious. If you are going to eat at ONE Dine then buy the observation ticket that gives you the $15 voucher for each meal. Even though it was a cloudy day outside, we could see everything we wanted to.

    Nice views and the observatory is beautiful but don’t bother with the restaurant. Not great service, food or Vibe. Certainly not worth the price..
