Designed by the famed Niemitz Design Group of Boston, the handsome dining room glows in soft, warm shades of yellow and brown. The wooden booths are trimmed in brass and upholstered in leather. Distinctive are work, reminiscent of French bistro prints from the 1930’s, hangs on the walls. The state-of-the-art kitchen with its marble counter is wide open, offering guests a glimpse of the chefs in action.
We enjoyed a great dinner, our waitress was very attentive to us throughout the night, offered us a dessert for our Anniversary. Very enjoyable experience!
A VARIED MENU WITH DELICIOUS DINNER OPTIONS.
FRESH FISH PREPARED WITH NICE VEGETABLES AND A LOVELY PRESENTATION.
THIS IS A LOCAL GEM
RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST
We stopped at One Bistro after leaving one of the car dealerships up the street. After dealing with car salesmen, it was a pleasure to have a personable and sweet server. She was very grateous and answered any of my wife's menu questions.
The food was outstanding, with both of us having a filet dish. I had the special while my wife had the filet off the menu. Both were cooked to perfection and the taste was great. If we were in the area again, I would certainly dine here.
This is our go to restaurant for date night and special occasions. The food, atmosphere and service never disappoints. We will be back!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails, entree and dessert. The drinks were unique and tasty. The statler chicken with risotto was superb and the goat cheese fritter salad with salmon were done to perfection and tasted great. The Bananas Foster dessert was the perfect ending. We'll be back!
We continue to return to One Bistro because of the atmosphere, food, service and value. We enjoy being able to dine there for lunch and dinner for special occasions.
Usually One Bistro earns outstanding across the board. Our brunch this morning, however, was a little less than outstanding for 3 main reasons. First, we were a party of 4 and were seated by a large group of over 20 people on one side, and a party of 8 with 2 small children on the other. We could barely hear each other as we conversed. Secondly, although our food was absolutely delicious, our server failed to refill drinks...even coffee was not replenished until eye contact was finally made with our server. It was a good thing a runner brought out our meals because our server was not very attentive to our needs. And lastly, our server didn't even acknowledge that we were celebrating a birthday even though I clearly specified the occasion when I placed the reservation. Everyone is entitled to a sub par day, and our overall opinion of One Bistro remains very high. We just love dining at this beautiful restaurant.
Always great food and staff! Love it there! Love the bar area. High top seating. Comfortable
Went to One Bistro with friends for their summer Lobster Fest. The fest consists of a 1 1/2 pound plus lobster stuffed with crabmeat, and includes an excellent clam chowder, a bouillabaisse with clams, mussles, scallops, shrimp and andui sausage, and corn on the cob, all for $30. The hard shell lobster was large enough to have leftovers to make a lobster salad for lunch the following day. Sadly the Lobster Fest only runs through the end of August, but we have eaten at One Bistro several times before. The meals have always been excellent and the service attentive.
Went for the Friday Night Lobster Fest. Service was slow. Food was good. Fair value for what was served.
One Bistro was fantastic as usual! We ate on their porch and it was lovely. The food was delicious and the service superb. We’ll be back. Great neighborhood find!
We had a great time. The hostess was very nice. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! We will definitely go again and recommend this restaurant to others.
It was the first time in years that my friends and I had seen each other. I offered to treat as they were not familiar with restaurants around here and had not been to a good restaurant in a long time. They loved
One Bistro! And the food was straight out excellent ! What I liked especially was that we could talk and
be heard, without having to compete against loud "music", and a noisy environment. The waitress was
pleasant and attentive. All in all, I was very thankful that they enjoyed it so much and were anxious to come
This restaurant is great. The staff is friendly, the food is terrific and they don’t rush you out the door. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant.
I have eaten here numerous times with a wide range of friends and family. My experiences have always been outstanding.
We had a very nice meal at One Bistro. It has a pleasant quiet atmosphere. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly.
One Bistro is one of our local favorites! Actually love their "early bird" menu......our Sunday "late lunch, early dinner" spot! They offer a nice varied menu.....delicious! from soup to dessert!
Excellent food, excellent service, great menu - a hidden gem - who knew a hotel could have such a great restaurant.
The food here is Normally Excellent. But tonight was funky. Waiter didn't know if the oysters we're raw or cooked, how many came in the order. We ordered Greygoose martini and the waiter a dually said Gray what? I got a Cosmo with Tito's. The Greygoose came and THEN the waiter asks do you want garnish. Brings back 3 olives on a small saucer. My cosmo had Ice in it. In ordered 5 oz filet med well. The smashed red potatoes we're crunchy, blood from steak ran around my plate and the sauce had so much salt i think One Bistro might need to order more. Normally a 8 or 9 out of 10, but tonight 4. Sorry guys. The waiter needs to step up his game or get better training.
We were celebrating the upcoming wedding of our son and future daughter in law and wanted to have a special dinner to kick off festivities. She and I dined on the scallops which were delightful coupled with butternut gnocchi. They were delicious. The gents each dined on steak, filet mignon which cooked to perfection and a sirloin which needed to be returned to the kitchen and cooked a bit more.
It was a very busy night since it was Friday Lobster fest. Everyone enjoyed their meals and it was a great evening.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant as it was located adjacent to a hotel. The decor was quite nice and the food, especially the specials was terrific. Mine especially took me by surprise with it's creativity and preparation. Typically when ordering crab cakes in the Boston and surrounding area the crab cakes are mostly bread. The crab cake panini was mostly crab, nicely browned and served with avocado and arugula. Really delicious. The other diners quite enjoyed their dishes as well. I would definitely go back.
We go ever Sunday. My dad loves the coffee. The food is always good. The service is always good. Friendly.
Had a really lovely dinner at One Bistro. The food was terrific and service great. The only complaint I have is that there were a number of fruit flies buzzing around us during the entire meal! Aside from that it was a very good experience.
They have a great menu with a good beer and wine selection. The apps are always very tasty and the menu isn't your typical hotel restaurant menu. The last time I went I got a chilled lobster pizza which was fantastic and perfect for a summer dinner. I'd definitely get that again and we'll be back soon!
The food was great! Prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food. Had the lobster fest, was delicious. Service was fast and attentive.
Will definitely be back. Would recommend to others.
From the moment we sat down the wait staff was very attentive. Food was terrific, everyone loved the lobster. Drinks were great, we never felt rushed at all. I would definitely recommend One Bistro.
Service was terrible. We had to ask me for people to bring a swells. Our entrées took for ever to come out of the kitchen to the point where we actually asked him later to check on what was happening. Our waiter was not an evidence when we needed him. This was not our usual experience at One bistro but sadly it will be the one that we maintain our minds. Yeah
Nice Sunday dinner. Great service and excellent food!
One in our party had quite a bit of dirt in the lettuce on her sandwich— they took care of it and removed it from the bill but I would still be hesitant about returning
They ran out of the lobster feast. The Roman lettuce was not crispy.
Four of us went for the lobster fest - never had anything so delicious - lobster baked to perfection with a wonderful crabmeat stuffing - clam chowder excellent - corn on the cob so sweet - also mussels, scallops, shrimp, chorizo, tomatoes and potatoes served in a delicious broth was so good- can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!
Such a good experience at Bistro! Good food and service.Lobster special a real hit with my nephew! Bistro never disappoints!
We enjoyed the lobster special! It was great! Plenty of lobster and delicious clam chowder!
My favorite restaurant in the Canton area. I've brought many people here from outside the area, and they are all appreciative of such a fine restaurant.
Three of us ate at the restaurant. It has a nice, modern feel, very easy access for the elderly, good selection of foods on menu. We had fish, which was excellent. I would definitely go there again.
While the atmosphere and casual dining room were refreshing, the chicken and lamb were way over-salted for our tastes.
Spectacular meal, as usual. An absolute gem of a restaurant, absolutely on par with fancy restaurants in Boston.
Excellent salad and filet mignon. Service was friendly and quick.
This is a really great place. It's very unusual to find a Hotel restaurant that consistently draws a crowd of locals. One Bistro does exactly that. They accomplish this with a combination of good food, good prices, a stable staff of servers that for the most part have been here for years and the presence of management. Jemo, the restaurant manager and Sean, the food and beverage director, were both here on this night helping to deliver the food to the tables and circulating thru the dining room greeting and speaking with guests to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Our server on this night, Erin, was her usual efficient, professional self. We had the Lobster fest, a seasonal Friday Night special that provided a very good Baked Stuffed Lobster, clam chowder, a seafood boil with mussels, shrimp, scallops, and chorizo sausage, along with an ear of corn. All were excellent !!
With an greta early bird dinner program this is a consistent winner.
I generally do not like restaurants that are part of a hotel. One Bistro is different. It has a separate entrance and the hotel is not intrusive. The decor is very relaxed and pleasant. Our waitress was extraordinarily attentive and was genuinely proud of her workplace.
The brunch menu was quite extensive and interesting. The food was served promptly, very hot, and presented beautifully. I will go back and recommend this restaurant to my friends
