A contemporary New England bistro serving fresh seafood, pasta, Steaks, chops, brick-oven pizza and daily specials in a friendly warm setting.
Designed by the famed Niemitz Design Group of Boston, the handsome dining room glows in soft, warm shades of yellow and brown. The wooden booths are trimmed in brass and upholstered in leather. Distinctive are work, reminiscent of French bistro prints from the 1930’s, hangs on the walls. The state-of-the-art kitchen with its marble counter is wide open, offering guests a glimpse of the chefs in action.

Service was terrible. We had to ask me for people to bring a swells. Our entrées took for ever to come out of the kitchen to the point where we actually asked him later to check on what was happening. Our waiter was not an evidence when we needed him. This was not our usual experience at One bistro but sadly it will be the one that we maintain our minds. Yeah

One in our party had quite a bit of dirt in the lettuce on her sandwich— they took care of it and removed it from the bill but I would still be hesitant about returning

Four of us went for the lobster fest - never had anything so delicious - lobster baked to perfection with a wonderful crabmeat stuffing - clam chowder excellent - corn on the cob so sweet - also mussels, scallops, shrimp, chorizo, tomatoes and potatoes served in a delicious broth was so good- can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Three of us ate at the restaurant. It has a nice, modern feel, very easy access for the elderly, good selection of foods on menu. We had fish, which was excellent. I would definitely go there again.

This is a really great place. It's very unusual to find a Hotel restaurant that consistently draws a crowd of locals. One Bistro does exactly that. They accomplish this with a combination of good food, good prices, a stable staff of servers that for the most part have been here for years and the presence of management. Jemo, the restaurant manager and Sean, the food and beverage director, were both here on this night helping to deliver the food to the tables and circulating thru the dining room greeting and speaking with guests to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Our server on this night, Erin, was her usual efficient, professional self. We had the Lobster fest, a seasonal Friday Night special that provided a very good Baked Stuffed Lobster, clam chowder, a seafood boil with mussels, shrimp, scallops, and chorizo sausage, along with an ear of corn. All were excellent !!
With an greta early bird dinner program this is a consistent winner.
Highly recommended.

I generally do not like restaurants that are part of a hotel. One Bistro is different. It has a separate entrance and the hotel is not intrusive. The decor is very relaxed and pleasant. Our waitress was extraordinarily attentive and was genuinely proud of her workplace.

The brunch menu was quite extensive and interesting. The food was served promptly, very hot, and presented beautifully. I will go back and recommend this restaurant to my friends

Food was good. I had the Strawberry spinach salad with salmon on it. Fresh and good quality. Nice selection of wines by the glass. Everyone was happy with their meal. I feel like the prices are very reasonable also.

French Food? I will say :has the chef ever had french food ......Very plain and extremely salty. Had scallops and could not eat them too salty and plain. The appetizer beef medallions was small and did not like the bread it was sitting on. Very much like 99. And overpriced. Wine selection is limited. No French cuisine. I will not recommend this place. Very disappointed with the high reviews.

We were a little hard pressed to enjoy our evening given our need to wear outer jackets throughout the meal. We asked our server and both hostesses several times to have the temperature changed but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. We dine here frequently and will make certain to ask for different seating and bring heavier wraps.

Entertaining out of town guests. An East Coast special of scallops was a treat for Ohio relatives. Loved the ability to talk to all five companions without having to shout. Waitress Joanne was bright and efficient. The menu choices are more than ample.

Despite positive reviews, the food and service was disappointing. One of our meals (swordfish) was fair at best and overpriced for what we got. We sent a Caesar salad back because of a complete lack of taste and a strange texture and we are the type that never sends food back because of the hassle. The waitress seemed to be working hard but trips to our table were infrequent, especially when we wanted to wrap up the check and leave. Our dinner was over 2 hours long.

The atmosphere is decent and the the drink selection is good. However, we won't be going back.

Food is normally amazing here. Tonight I was disappointed. Got seared scallops over anpea puree with two strips of bacon an french nocchi. Sounded good. But one of the scallops tasted and smelled fishy. Thanks gnocchi tasted like flour paste with zero spice and it costed my teeth it was gross. Maybe somebody was just off their game tonight. But I'll be back for sure because it's usually great.

The food (brunch) was really good, the service was good - the waitstaff attended to my dining friend's many questions/needs, and they accommodated us well considering we had a disabled party member trying to deal with logistics. Delicious bread!

We arrived at 6 o’clock and immediately told the waiter that we had an 8 o’clock play that we had to make and we did not want to be rushed but wanted him to be aware of the timeframe. The order was taken about 6:15, with three of us ordering a special that was being offered. Our meals did not come out until a little bit after 7 o’clock and the three fish specials were over done. It was too late to send it back.

We have been there many times and have always found the food and service to be very good. This time the waiter seem to be “out of it“. When we arrived at the restaurant it was maybe 25% full, so the kitchen being backed up was not the issue.

We did the Mother's Day brunch here. The food was good, and the portions were pretty big. Overall, the space felt a little cramped, but despite that, it didn't seem too noisy. The staff was pretty attentive and frequently refilled drinks and cleared plates as necessary. The items on the kids menu were far too large for most kids (the chicken tenders and fries would have been a decent lunch for me alone) and it would have been nice to see at least one healthy option for the main entree (i.e., not fried, not Kraft Mac and Cheese, etc.)

Went here for mothers day and did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the environment was awesome. Only downside is it was a steep price, but hey, I'd pay it again for that same experience.

We went for a bithday and had a lovely time here. The food was very good and both enjoyed what we had. Being a hotel restaurant/bar it was quiet to start off with but got loader as residents arrived (assuming the customers were residents/part of a conference) throughout the evening but that comes with a hotel. The decor is very nice and there is an outdoor patio for warmer times. We would happily come back here for a future meal or just a drink at the bar

My friends and I were out celebrating all 4 of our birthdays with a gift certificate, that One Bistro had donated to the Rodman Christmas Celebration.

So first off we'd like to thank One Bistro for that donation, which supports dozens of youth organizations in this region.

Appetizers were savory from the Crabmeat Cakes whose sauce was tasty. To the Shrimp Spring Rolls with spicy chili sauce. Followed by the Beef Tenderloin Medallion on sourdough bread cooked perfectly! Finished off with their outstanding Truffle Fries!


Entrees included two special Cod dinners and Bone-in-Pork Chop. Followed by Grilled Swordfish with fennel Peppercorn Rub finished off with their 10 ounce Sirloin and Filet Mingon
both cooked to perfection.

We were satiated or so we thought and weren't going to have dessert, but management surprised us with a smorgasbord platter of desserts on the house!

On the Open Table reservation from it asks, if you are celebrating anything and someone added, that we were celebrating 4 birthdays and a retirement.

A very thoughtful act on the part of the management at One Bistro that won't be forgotten. Thanks for a memorable dining experience!

We made a reservation and we were seated at the back of the restaurant.
Every time someone opened the door we got a chill. That would be my only complaint. The food was fabulous!!
