We had not been here in a while and we wanted to go back to check it out. It was disappointing to say the least. The actual menu was far more limited than the menu that was in the Open Table app, not a lot of choices.

Our server was fantastic very friendly and helpful.

The food was under nothing to ooh and aahh about. My partner filet was not cooked to order, she order it well and it was medium if not closer to medium rare. While my steak was ordered medium and was closer to well done. We did not bring it to anyone's attention we just switched steaks. The mashed potatoes were also underwhelming too.

Unfortunately, it was probably our last time going there. We had many great times there however this restaurant is not nearly as classy as it once was.

Awful. When we arrived, we waited ten minutes before anyone came to the host stand. It appeared to be a server covering it, so that's understandable. There was less than 10 tables total, and the only other larger party was a 15 top in the back that arrived long before us and had a separate server. It took 1.5 hours for the food to come out, the server was absent most of the time - one of our group found her talking to the bartender when we were looking for her. She did not bring bread until asked after the appetizers, and salads. The potatoes were cold - even after being sent back once. The medium rare steak was medium well and the server just went oh yeah it's more medium well that happens, but did not even want to take the potato back initially to reheat it. Our drinks were empty most of the night, even when I asked her for refills for everyone. I finally asked for the manager after the main course went so badly, and he asked me what I wanted him to do. He took our drinks off, one potato, and one steak (the one that was the most overly cooked) but never checked back or anything. The server was completely unapologetic, and just awkwardly laughed at everything.

Unfortunately we did not complain to the management about our meal
I wish they would have questioned why we boxed up the majority of our meals and left
I know Omaha steaks would not appreciate the type and way the steaks were prepared cold and gristly

Sorry to say, this experience was terrible. First of all , this restaurant is in the lobby/atrium of an Embassy Suites. This needs to be communicated to any of us booking it. The ambiance is just what you'd expect for being in the atrium of a hotel...terrible!! We were stuck in the very back in a room that was airless, windowless and terrible. We had only one server for our group of 10. We ordered some drinks and appetizers for the table, which came in a decent amount of time. Half of our group ordered a seafood main dish and half ordered steaks. We also added some sides for the table to share. The seafood dishes came out first....and then we waited, and waited. 2/3 of the steaks orders came out about 10 minutes later, two had to be sent back because they were crispy charred. Finally the last steak order came out 25 minutes after the first people at our table were served. And then, the sides came out. Needless to say, we were so disappointed, I would not recommend this other than if you are staying at the Embassy Suites and need a place to eat.

The restaurant is inside the Embassy Suites Hotel, which had a terrible odor. Since the restaurant is an open-air facility in the hotel courtyard, it smelled terrible.
We did not even bother to be seated, and just walked-out. However, the Hillside restaurant next door was AMAZING!

Was the worst dining experience. Server was horrible, asked us before we even sat down if we wanted bottled or bubble water (thought he meant sparkling) so we said regular water, gave us Panna and charged us $6.00, then never explained the menu so we thought we had to order off the 3 course Christmas menu which was very limited (only one steak- steak Diane with mushroom/Burgany sauce). I ordered medium and my husband ordered med-rare however server never told us that the steak Diane was pre-cooked to well done plus on menu it didn't state what the entrée came with so at bottom was sides. I ordered a baked potato and my husband ordered green beans. Well the steak Diane automatically comes with mashed potatoes and green beans so to my surprise I got two helpings of starchy potatoes and my husband received two helpings of green beans at an extra cost of $10.00 (wow) server couldn't of asked us if we were sure of extra items. we weren't the only ones, table next to us had the same thing with two types of potatoes added to his meal. either train your staff or do a better job on menu description. Paying $131.00 for a awful meal and service was so upsetting. Server would disappear for long periods in between courses, with 3 servers and at 5:30pm there was only 5/6 tables occupies, and our server would tell us he had to keep running to "sister property" what does that mean?????????? Save your hard earn money and go to a top notch steakhouse, Omaha Steakhouse is inside Embassy suite hotels lobby and I could of received the same type of food at Denny's for quarter of the price. Ruined our Christmas Dinner.

Disappointed. No bread or butter, appetizer (calamari) over cooked, asked fore dressing on the side with salad and it was loaded in it, baked potato looked like it was cooked 12 hours earlier ...so much for a Christmas dinner.

We were directed to the pateo for the Oktoberfest events and basically we were next to the pool and beyond the kids playing marco polo there was nothing going on. The service was poor we had to go inside and pay because we grew.tired of waiting for our waitress to return with our bill.

Absolutely the worst dining experience we have had in years! The only reason it is open is that it is in a hotel...
Examples... ordered a Caesar salad which they said was very good and was authentic... when they brought it I asked if they would bring me the anchovies that usually comes with traditional Caesars... oh, if you want anchovies there is an additional charge...ordered the Prime Rib... had to ask for horseradish sauce and also for au jus... it went downhill from there!
Haven't been there in over 20 years and I definitely will never return 😠

Food was great, Service was not good at all. Waiter could remember orders, only half the table was served. Getting replacement drinks was slow. I had to wait a very long time for bill and then wait again for receipt. The rest of my guest had left before I could get out of this restaurant.

This franchise needs new management and staff.

The atmosphere/ambience was fine and the waiter was excellent. The salad was well portioned and very good, the same for the dessert. Unfortunately, the most important part of the meal - the steak - was a disappointment. I had asked for it medium and it was medium well. And the flavor was not much better than something I could purchase from my local grocery store. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu so I don't know of that makes a difference but I would hope not. We will not be back.....

We enjoy the quiet and not cluttered dining room when we have a periodic get together for old friends. The waitress was wonderful, very attentive and kind. The sandwiches and salads were fresh and delicious and the price is reasonable. It is in a great part of town and shopping at the Biltmore is right next door! There is nothing not to like!

there were very few tables occupied so we thought it would go smoothly. Unfortunately it took literally 2 hours for a 3 course meal. The longest stretch was 40 minutes between main course and dessert. We only received that part due to me mentioning to the manager we were still waiting. We heard another table with issues so this was not an isolated situation

Visited on Valentine's Day. Should have known the only place that had reservations would be such a poor experience. We waited 7 minutes to be addressed at the hostess bar. Manager made excuses about being short 3 people that night and wanted us to have a good experience. Reservations at 6:30, seated at 7. Somehow they forgot to bring breads, bottled water was surely tap, watched our salads at the cook station but never received. Ordered $38 NY Strip, and $24 top sirloin, from Omaha Steaks I expected so much more.

The attention to detail was subpar. Wish I would have known it was inside an Embassy Suites.
Don't recommend to anyone including patrons to the hotel. Skip this steakhouse on Cambelback and go to Longhorn or Outback for a better experience.

We made reservations, unnecessarily, to dine at the Omaha Steakhouse in Phoenix. When we arrived at the quite large restaurant, we found there were only two other people eating there. Despite the complete lack of other diners, service was slow to get to our table, and the meal was delivered even more slowly. The Caesar salad my wife and I shared was enormous, and tasty enough. My filet mignon was slightly overcooked, and not very flavorful. The loaded baked potato was the best part of the meal, properly cooked and delivered as requested, with butter, cheese, bacon bits and chives, but without sour cream. The skin was nicely salted to improve the flavor of the most nutritious part of the potato. A shared desert was not memorable: I can't remember what it was. Check with one glass of wine, tax and tip $120.

I thought that a steakhouse, especially one with the "Omaha Steak" name with it, would be able to cook a steak correctly. My husband ordered a 12oz filet medium, and 45 minutes later it came out rare (and it should be noted that there were only three other tables occupied while we were there so why so long to get served?). He had to send the steak back for additional cooking. In the meantime, my entre had been served when his steak first came out and I was halfway through it when his dinner finally showed up and was edible. The total experience was very disappointing, particularly when we were there to celebrate his birthday. We definitely will not return.

Absolutely terrific meal. Highly recommend the NY strip and also the scallops. Soup was great. Located in a hotel so noise level was rather high at times. Service was absolutely on point; Ash was great. If Ash was otherwise engaged, another server or manager was attending to our every want/need. Strongly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

My husband took me here for our 37th anniversary and I was very impressed with service and the food. He is not much of a beef eater but he ate the entire 16 oz Bone-in Ribeye with the smashed potatoes and Asparagus with Bolinaise (sorry do not know the correct spelling) sauce. We both ordered the same steak, mine was medium well and his was medium, we split the sides of potatoes and asparagus. The steaks were mixed up and he got mine but he still ate half before we realized the mix up. He then ate half of the the steak given to me. We also had the shrimp cocktail and the hot spinach & artichoke dip. The server also brought a bread basket that had a variety of different types of bread like the normal French bread, two different types of flat bread, 1 Rosemary & lemon and the other a Parmesan and last but not least a Rosemary and black pepper butter twist. These were served with a garlic honey butter, yummy. After enjoying the appetizers and bread basket, our server brought clean small plates so we could enjoy the breads and chips flavor instead of the cocktail sauce or the dip's favors. Our server did an excellent job with us. He kept our water and drinks glasses full and if he noticed that our ice had melted he immediately brought a new glass of ice, we did not have to ask.
We did not tell him that it was our anniversary but he treated us as if he knew it was a special occasion which made this experience even more enjoyable. We did tell him as we were leaving how much we enjoyed our experience here and why we had come here, he thanked us and said if we would sit back down, he would buy us a desert to celebrate. We thanked him as well but passed because we were so full we couldn't eat another bite. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. My husband is not a foodie at all and he ate more food in this meal than I'd seen him eat in 4 to 5 separate meals. That is the best recommendation I can give. Please advertise. Lived here 21+ yrs & didn't know it was here.

I was pleasantly surprised walking up to the hotel you wouldn't think this place would be as good as it it is. They had a nice 3 course meal for vday that got us an amazing salad, two nice steaks and a desert.
