Tucked into one of Portland’s beautifully restored industrial buildings, Olympia Provisions Southeast has grown from the city’s first USDA salumeria to being a destination for refined, European-style dishes. Our menu is guided by the capable hands of chef Alex Yoder, and reflects an innovative approach to the traditions of rustic European cooking. Yoder’s dishes highlight our housemade charcuterie, locally-sourced meats, and seasonal vegetables. Come to enjoy a unique meal of family style plates and traditional entrées under our glowing MEAT sign. Our extensive wine list will provide an excellent complement to your dinner, focusing on Old World wines alongside local favorites. With the sleek industrial design reflecting warm candlelight, the romantic ambience of European dining is alive and well at original location of Olympia Provisions. We accept reservations for groups of 6 or more during the day and reservations of all sizes at dinner. Please call for parties of 9 or more.

We completely love this place! I cannot expression wonderful it is in it’s intimate kind of loft feel with a European Mediterranean flair. Simple but amazing food. And the service is wonderful and friendly. If you haven’t tried their focaccia bread, you haven’t lived!

My fiancé loves charcuterie, so when we decided to visit Portland I knew this was the place to go. We loved everything! The charcuterie and cheese boards were delicious, the grilled octopus was surprisingly tender, and the drinks were flavorful and aromatic. We even plan to go back to buy some cured meats to take back home! I would definitely recommend eating here.

It was an after concert meal. We weren’t very hungry so we shared the sausage, sauerkraut potato dish. Portion wise it’s good for 4. We had a chocolate cake and lemon popsicle dessert that were terrific. I would certainly go with an empty stomach next time. Even though our check was small we had excellent service.

Olympia Provisions Southeast has long been one of our favorites. The food is exceptional in the quality of ingredients and the expertise of preparation. Of course the cured and fresh meats are legendary, but Olympia does a fantastic job with non-meat options, too. Cocktails are creative, including whatever the mixologist has experimented with that day; the wine list is fun and a nice diversion from ubiquitous pinot noir; and wine suggestions are excellent. Service is attentive and helpful; I was hosting visiting relatives from Seattle and the staff was able to accommodate an unexpected addition to our reservation with no hassle. In my view, there is nothing to dislike about Olympia Provisions Southeast.

Amazing food. Husband and I don't generally dine out for Valentine's Day-usually turns into a s!#$ show. This experience was all positive!!! Excellent food (best duck and lamb we've ever eaten)

Excellent selection of fresh meats. Chef's choice charcuterie was amazing! Pork pistachio pate was delicious. Along with pickled beets, pickled butternut squash and celery. Mixed chicories salad was very good. Cassoulet dinner dish included lamb that was very tender. Roasted chicken thighs, with raddichio, aged balsamic and baked gruyere really made for a tasty plate. Chocolate stout cake was a delicious ending!

The food was fantastic and service was amazing. However, it isn't a family friendly place. I was with my two kids. The restaurant doesn't have a kid's menu or unwilling to make kid-friendly food. I had to order their regular menu without any adult ingredient. Without a kid, this place is a must-go restaurant if you are in Portland. Try their Spanish board.

Absolutely phenomenal meal! We did the New Years menu 6 course degustación, which beautifully balanced a variety of complex flavours and textures. The atmosphere was cozy and funky, and the quality of service was truly out of this world. Overall, the best dining experience we’ve had in Portland!

Always a terrific meal at Olympia Provisions. Food is always tasty and servers are friendly. It is friendly for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. We love the charcuterie plates the best because they have so much variety.

We had a wonderful evening! The food was delicious and worked well as shared plates. Don’t miss the short rib! Service was excellent. We look forward to another visit. We used Lyft and didn’t worry about parking.

Expensive and although the food was good there are better restaurants with similar pricing.

I was very surprised when I ordered the Halibut for $35.00 and was informed they did not have Halibut, but substituted Black Cod for the same price! Wrong! No one pays $35.oo for Cod! I did not want to bring it up to the waiter and upset my husband on our anniversary! The preparation was nothing special nor were the chicken thighs my husband ordered. No reason to return. A once enjoyable dining spot has been disappointing the past two times we've gone. I'm sorry and sad for this.

Cheese and Meat boards were great! Hoever, we ordered one pasta dish, and it took over an hour to make, and then it still was "almost ready" when I asked, and then I had to cancel it because we were going to be late for our show. Not sure what happened there. Our waitress was nice, but should have at least warned us it would be a while on the pasta, or say they forgot it. Left me feeling unsatisfied and they did not comp us anything.

Olympia Provisions has wonderful food and terrific service. Our group of 5 was seated promptly and we were able to take our time enjoying each other and the food, which we elected to eat family style. We especially enjoyed the beef short ribs.

I eat here once a month! The food is always on pointe! Recently I had the octopus ,for the first time, which was fork tender and pair well with the chorizo. I recommend the steak tar tar, one of the best in Portland!

This is the second time that my husband and I have been here, and it was still as great as the first time! We were seated quickly, our server was very attentive, and she even brought out a little cookie with a candle for my husband's birthday treat! :D

Pretty good overall experience. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Just had to wait about half an hour beyond our reservation time, and our waitress didn't make an asserted effort to get us started on an appetizer at the bar while we waited despite us voicing a desire to get one and we had to inject the request about 30 minutes into waiting. Still had a great time and will be back for sure.

I have been hearing about Olympia Provisions since moving to Portland two years ago and had a friend arriving from the east coast. The entire experience was very Portland from the craft cocktails to the curing ham hanging from the rafters. The food was the highlight. Everything we had from the ham board to the cheese board were five stars. We will be back.
