Cool industrial building with a great vibe and ambience. Incredible staff. Food was fantastic, both small plates and large - of course the salamis and sausages are out-of-this world good (really the best I've ever had), but so were the salads and the warm cabbage dish, which was a table favorite. We had boards representing France, Spain, and Italy, with salamis, cheeses, and other small bites representing each region. Very unique, innovative, and fantastic restaurant all around! Highly recommend!

We had a charcuterie and cheese board, both were incredible. Probably the best of both that we have ever had. For brunch I had the eggs benedict over flapjacks -- with maple syrup and hot sauce. Weirdest & best combination of food that I have ever put in my mouth. The drinks were great as well. I definitely recommend the pig punch, it's their take on sangria, and it goes well with everything.

This place was unexpected, in that it was almost like a speakeasy restaurant. We actually walked past it without realizing it was the front door. The inside is amazing.. the ambiance is awesome. The food was excellent, as was the service. I would absolutely come back.

Our trip to Olympia Provisins did not disappoint. We ordered the chefs charcuterie plate which came with assorted salamis, pâté, mustard and bread. All meats are made and cured in-house. We asked for an addition of a chefs choice cheese and was sent the perfect hard cheese pairing with a fruit compote. The beef tartare was incredibly delicious as were the fresh baked crostini it was accompanied with. I wish we had more of an appetite to try more menu items but we will just have to visit again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve been here and it was just as good as I remembered. The food was delicious and unique. I had the best octopus I’ve ever eaten. The waitstaff was incredible. We made a reservation and had a sweet table where we could talk and be cozy. Couldn’t ask for a better meal and experience.

We went here while visiting Portland for the first time. The variety and options for the charcuterie board is unmatched anywhere. We tried the brown butter tart with basil ice cream for dessert, it was the best dessert I have ever had! Loved this place. My only complaint would be that our server never came back or asked to refill our ice tea or water. Other than the inattentive server, the food was great!

I have no idea why they say this place is about meat. There wasn’t a dish available that was meat. All pasta and other amalgamations. The only MEAT dinner they had was short ribs and they were out of them. Meat and cheese board was good but how hard is that?

I love Olympia Provisions! Our server was very good, attentive and knowledgable about the food and wines. However, we ordered the spaetzle to split, and when it was brought to the table by another person, we had to ask him for plates and a serving spoon. We started with salted and fried almonds, which were delicious, followed by a couple slices of fabulous bread soaking in salted and peppered olive oil. The bread and the olive oil were both very high quality, and, of course, the combination is classic unbeatable. Both salads, seasonal mixed greens and the radicchio, were delicious and dressed just right. The best part was the desserts -- zabaglione (wait staff please note pronunciation is za-ba-yone) and some incredible fruity/cheesy thing -- with their respective wine pairings. Next time I'll order the short ribs, their signature dish. I wished for more non-shellfish small plates, and I should have talked with my server more in depth about a wine selection. I found the Bodegas Exopto "bozeta" tempranillo/garnacha untypically thin and tart. But I'll happily go back -- it was overall a very good experience - nice table, good service, good food, and a very nice way to celebrate a birthday.

Saturday lunch (5 Cheese platter is exceptional!) Restaurant was busy - walk-ins were told 30 minutes weight - we, fortunately, had reservations. The platters were generous, excellent meat selections. Highly recommend.
