Sanitation is an issue. The cooks ate from the patrons plates: Fries, Chicken - various nibbles. They did not wash their hands, they cross contaminated the work space, no hats, and they did not use bleach water bar towels while wiping their hands on their aprons.

The food was good although we were grossed out by the lack of sanitation.

Very good local, fresh food. Nice atmosphere. Service isn't very attentive when they get busy and you can tell they'd like their table back.

Great place, food was great, service excellent. Used open table, but didn’t need it for lunch. Suggest it anyways, it was very busy very fast.,

Service was very slow today. Waited 10min for the waitress to asked if we had a reservation. Waited another 20min for the waitress to come to take order. They were very kind to give us one order free and everyone apologized for the wait. I guess it’s just a very busy day for them. The food is good so I will definitely visit again

Granted, Valentine's Day is perhaps not the best night to judge a restaurant, but we have eaten here before, and this occasion was way off. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. No one came to take a drink order or offer us menus for another 15 minutes after that. We ordered the tasting menu, which we thought would be easy since it's all ready to go. Courses came out of order. Some came two at once. Wine pairings were served after the course had been cleared. Some of the courses were amazing, and some were experiments gone awry. We were there for more than three hours, and not by our choice. I will go back to Olympia Provisions, but never again on a major dining out occasion.

Olympia Provisions never disappoints. The food is fantastic as is the service. The cured meats are deservedly famous and their burger I think is one of the best in town. If you don’t eat meat, the seafood and veggie options are also outstanding. I’ve dined here with vegans more than once, and they also rave about the salads, mushroom plate, and other vegetable offerings. Great wine and cocktail selections as well. Highly recommend!

Have came to this location 5 to 6 times now and have been blown away every time. Easily one of the most consistent restaurants I’ve been to in Portland for both food quality and service. They are known for charcuterie but have an outstanding brunch offering. The service is always personalized and friendly and they never shy away from making recommendations about the food if needed. Issues are few and far between and whenever there has been a hiccup in service the staff has been very quick to correct it.

We came for a friend Christmas gathering and had a great time! We loved sharing the charcuterie boards and a bottle of wine. Nice atmosphere for either a casual hang out or a slightly fancier affair!

My only negative comment for the night, is about our server not warning us our food came with fries when not realizing this we ordered an additional individual portion of fries. This we had to take away at the end of our meal. They were quite delicious.

It was my first time, but my wife has eaten here before. I thought it was absolutely wonderful. We ordered a lot of food, including a second order of the potatoes. Holy Crap, the POOOOOTATOES are amazing. Our server was great as well. We plan to come back many more times.

My husband and I, plus another couple, had dinner on October 24th. We were all very pleased with the variety of food that we shared. We tried 3 different "garden" items, all were fresh and tasty. We shared a varied a sausages (Italian, bratwurst, a sausage containing cheese and kielbasa. Each person had a favorite sausage, but we thoroughly enjoyed all the sausages served with some of their crusty bread. Our server was very pleasant and answered our many questions. Even though it was a weekday night, the restaurant was crowded which resulted in slow service at times. Nevertheless, we shall return in the future!

Such a great meal. The homemade sausages and pate were the best. The waitress was very helpful recommending food choices. The wine was excellent and the ambience was very nice. All for very reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town!

Third or fourth time here. The food is always creative and excellent using Olympia’s products. The service was terrible, one server was rude, all were inattentive. They appeared focused on tasks rather then customers. They were inconsistent in who and when they paid attention to. They have to do better..

The food is great albiet over priced. The service was lacking. We were left to sit waiting for service for long periods of time. There was a foodie group (a meet up? a foodtography class for Instagrammers?) sitting at the table right next to us. They ordered everything on the menu in phases and proceeded to discuss and photoshoot each course, complete with LED spotlights and standing instruction. It was distracting and self important. Cringeworthy. Olympic was clearly endorsing it. Ruined everyone else's otherwise decent experience.

We built our own charcuterie (for lunch) with the selections available and were not disappointed. The quality of meats are fantastic. The chorizo sausage was my favorite! The salami varieties we tried melted in our mouths. The housemade pickles were excellent. Heads up - the pickled beets have a kick of heat. So tasty! Would have liked a larger cheese selection but what we had was tasty.
