O'Lunney's Times Square Pub
***Please give us a call to confirm any parties of 12 or more***
We’ve been coming to O’Lunney’s for 14 years. It has never disappointed us. Service, food and ambience is great.
Had a great time at O’Lunnys. Great food, great waiter and great service. The ambiance was great too!
Great location and atmosphere. Have been there a few times and will be going again in the future.
Me an my husband loved everything about o'lunneys. The food was excellent and the wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
Great experience after a broadway play. Fish and chips and Reuben soooo good
Overall pretty ok. I had the onion soup. I thought it had good flavor in the broth but my partner said it had no flavor. I didn’t get the touch of cream they suggested. We also had fish and chips. The fish was excellent and the fries were ok. We got a soda and it was flat snd really sweet. Got club soda to mix and that did the trick. The coffee was good. Manhattan prices so expect to pay.
Friendly staff good service and a wide food selection! I've been every time we come to the city and have never been disappointed.
If you like Irish grub, than this is your pub!
They offer a GF menu, but pasta was way over cooked and they don't have a dedicated fryer for us celiac folks.
My hubby and I normally stop at O'Lunney's for a drink and an appy prior to a show. However, this time, we came for dinner. I highly recommend reservations in the evening because they are busy. Service was great! We were seated right immediately and our server was attentive.
Our burgers were cooked to our liking and are on par with NY's prices. I saved room for the mouse cake. The cake was rich and creamy with a thin layers of chocolate cake. It satisfied my sweet tooth. My husband finished off his meal with a specialty coffee.
Whether you are stopping for drinks or to dine you will not be disappointed.
We ordered the hot wings and Guinness stew. Both were delicious and the stew came with brown bread, which made me think I was back in Ireland, incredible. Our server was extremely friendly and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back soon!
O'Lunney's has been our "go to" spot for a number of years. My Dad has been going there for decades and once my kids ate there, they were hooked.
Great food, easy to get to at Times Square and not a "chain" style menu.
Typical Irish Bar and Bar Food. Friendly service with a smile. Food was good not great but good
When our group of 7 arrived at O’Lunneys we were greeted with a smile from our hostess and were brought to a spacious table. Our server was very attentive he was aware we were going to a show and made sure our food came out quickly. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the grilled chicken special it was delicious. It was a great experience.
It was a little quieter then I anticipated, for a Sunday afternoon, we were put in a corner table off by ourselves. The food was very good and well priced. The service was not very good, the waitress did not come back to the table until the end of the meal, not even to ask if we wanted another drink which we did....not even water. We were there with my granddaughter so waiting was not an option. I might recommend O'Lunney's to adult friends and I would thing about giving it another try.
quick and friendly service - we had tiks for a broadway show
Service good, food mediocre
Our server took our order and then we never heard from her again I had to say excuse me multiple times to get her to come over so I could ask for the check. Food wasn’t worth what we paid.
Food tasted good, but very small portions for price payed! Also the server did not mention that drinks were not free refills! He was very fast and nice as well! Ambiance is great and very close the Times Square!
Was just ok. Nothing to rave about. Bit pricey for what was bar food
Well it was January 1st so maybe that's why our server wasn't very friendly but I would go back.
we came from Munich to celebrate New Year's Eve in New York. We were thrilled and will recommend the restaurant. The reservation via e-mail from Germany also worked wonderfully
New Years eve
Love the lively bar and dining area. Service is always great. And food is really good. Especially love the Reuben and the shepherds pie
A very enjoyable experience. The food was hot and delicious, and came out quickly & wine was moderately priced. Service was excellent! Will return
Had a great time with the party of 10 wasn’t shocked by the bill at the end waitress excellent food delicious
Our family get together went off without a hitch. We had a quiet table during a busy season that enabled us to catch up. Our waitstaff was excellent. Drinks and food were very delicious. Have been here before and will definitely come again
I’ve been to a few Irish Pubs but didn’t think too much of this one. The service was fine, but the food was fair. I had a Reuben which lacked any real flavor. We had a child who got Mac n cheese, very pricey for a microwave heated dish which took at least 10 minutes to cool off. Other meals were fine. French fries were good.
Very festive for the holidays. We came early and they went out of their way to accommodate.
Had a reservation, but was able to get seated earlier with a party of 10! Great ambience, large place, friendly staff! Food was outstanding!
Better than expected and staff was friendly and accommodating. Good beer selection.
Chose O'Lunney's for a pre-theater dinner down the block. We were very pleased with our selection.
We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Service was excellent. Caesar salad was ok, but shepherd's pie and fish & chips were very good. Bread was also very good. It was a very reasonably priced dinner for the area.
Got seated almost immediately. Having reservations is a plus. Food was excellent, lots of good menu choices. I only wish that the Irish breakfast was available all the time. It's only until 4 p.m. daily, and our reservations were for 5:15. Ambiance is wonderful. Old stained glass lampshades are beautiful. We'd go there again.
I ate here after seeing a show next door at the Lyceum Theater. The food was pretty standard, and the portions were worth what we paid (especially since it also came with a basket of brown bread!). The service felt rushed, as we got our two entrees less than 10 minutes after ordering. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised to get a bang for my buck, especially in a touristy part of the city!
The bar was very loud. We had to be moved. The food was just OK. The server was very busy and we had to constantly get his attention if we needed anything. Probably would not go back.
Made a reservation for a group of us having dinner before a show. We were promptly seated ordered drinks and placed our order. Service was great considering it was very busy. I would definitely go here again,
This is a great location for a quick meal pre-post theatre. I enjoyed at salad with chicken, and my husband had cod. The apple pie, while tasty, was expensive at $10.95.
The food was excellent and arrived at our table hot and fresh! The holiday atmosphere was festive and we enjoyed interacting with other diners. Service was a little slow but our waiter was very enthusiastic and pleasant. We will definitely come back again!
Great place to grab food after a show!! A huge restaurant so it was really easy for them to accommodate all 8 of us.
Been several times. Food always great (definitely try the signature Guinness Irish beef stew). Very friendly service. Plus, the staff seems invariably from Ireland, a true bonus. Great place.
