For the second time in 2 weeks we tried the Fallicious lunch special. Thought it might be better this time but it was not. Luke warm soup, luke warm fish tacos, and disturbing noises from the fire alarm testing during the lunch hour and an ignorant woman with her phone on speaker as she ate her lunch.

Upon arrival the restaurant is warm and inviting. The server was pleasant although distracted by a table of 2 women whom he spent so much time with that he did not serve us any of our meals... the food runner did. My husband had the Braised Short Rib with gnocchi which was cold upon receiving it and lacked flavour. My cannelloni was hot although presentation was poor. For a restaurant with such a famous Canadian chefs name on it we expected more. It appears that Chef Michael should visit this establishment more often to ensure the standard of service and food quality are meeting what the customer is paying those prices for. Glad we tried it but I doubt we would go back again the next time in Blue Mountain.

First time. It was a special dinner and the hostess honoured a request that the second couple not be told the size of the party. We were able to surprise the birthday boy. Our waiter Mike was outstanding! For a guy who doesn’t like birthday hoopla it was perfect. Thanks to all.

A wonderful dinner experience … arrived promptly at 5:45pm, welcomed to the establishment, seated promptly and had immediate service from Michelle, who treated us royally for the evening.
Food was terrific, wine suggestion was exquisite (I will be visiting the LCBO to purchase !!), and overall experience was what I would expect from such an establishment.
The only downside I can offer was that this restaurant is located in the Westin Hotel, with a great deal of activity at this time of year, so it is a bit noisy for those seeking an intimate experience. However, the food quality and staff more than made up for this slight annoyance.
WILL DEFINITELY RETURN ...

I took my daughter to Blue Mountain For the weekend for a girls weekend and I’ve always wanted to try your restaurant you simply went above and beyond as far as the service goes the ambiance and the food we will definitely be coming back in fact we actually went there twice this weekend once for breakfast which was outstanding and for dinner again which was outstanding. Would Love to go there is again sometime I would like to take my husband there for a nice dinner

We had the fallicious dinner with three courses for $30. The sweet potato and carrot soup was outstanding and the best of the three courses. For the main course, I had salmon with coconut rice and vegetables. It was very good, but the salmon was slightly underdone and didn't seem to fit with the fall theme. The caramel apple crisp for dessert was delicious! Overall, a good meal and very friendly service at O&B!

Very disappointed to be greeted with a warning that we had to be out by 8:15 to accommodate another reservation. We had a reserved a table for 6:30 for our family Thanksgiving dinner. We just felt the way they greeted us was rude and it put us off our whole meal. The food and service were pretty good, but seems like they're more concerned about turnover. Will choose somewhere else next time.

The Cesar salad was average with tasteless croutons, my braised beef was tough dry on the outside and was on top on over cooked gnocchi and over cooked water greens in a sloppy mess. My husband had the back and cheese which he couldn’t even enjoy or taste anything other then the strong cheese on top that cheese is meant to flavor food not over power it, it was disgusting and he loves strong cheese but not when that’s all you taste out of your entire plate . The only good I can say about this place is the fries with the garlic aioli were great along with the Jalapeño Margarita and our waiter but I will never be back or recommend it. My suggestion is a new chef.

Outstanding service! This is one restaurant that excels at customer service in every aspect. From the bar service to the dining service, from wine recommendations to food/allergy accommodations, I feel well taken care of whenever we visit. It is really the staff that make this restaurant what it is. They are personable and positive, and seem to go above and beyond to accommodate their guests, which is something that you do not come across that often in the restaurant industry anymore.

Considering we were the only people there for most of our visit the service wasn't as attentive as it could be. We had to ask to have our water topped up multiple times.

My experience at Oliver and bonacini was not what I expected. I thought it would have been a good night out with my family celebrating my birthday. Everything was going good until we took our first bit into our appetizers. The grilled calamari was rubbery. We understand that it can happen and we are not picky eaters so we remained clam and waited for our main entree. My 10oz steak looked beautiful but I couldn’t eat it because everything on that plate was too salty. My son is a big rib eater and he complained that the sauce tasted like ketchup. My other son had a burger and he also wasn’t impressed. Everyone else just said their food was ok. I guess we had very high expectations from Mr Bonacini. We chose to another restaurant at Blue Mountain to have coffee and dessert.

We had the most amazing time for our anniversary. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly cooked and stewing in yummy Brown butter. Our entrees came quickly after, both the miso trout and the strip loin was cooked perfectly. If there is one thing I would suggest everyone try, it's the truffle fries. The truffle aioli it comes with was life changing.

As it was our anniversary the staff signed a card thanking us for celebrating with them, and brought us a lovely dessert.

The best part about the dinner was the customer service. Kyle was on top of everything and made us feel like we were being well taking care of. We had an amazing experience.

The food was lovely. All of my party mentioned how nice their dish was. A little bit pricey but as it’s on resort it’s sort of expected. The half price bottle of wine on a Wednesday was a bonus.

It wasn’t my favourite place to go to especially for our 19th wedding anniversary dinner. We thought it would be a quieter ambiance but unfortunately it wasn’t. We were told there would be gluten free hamburgers when I called in to confirm options for my son. Unfortunately was disappointed when we sat down and ordered. No gluten free hamburgers. What can you do. Can’t always win. Although there was gluten free pasta as an option.

The food and service were outstanding. The ambiance was poor. This is a restaurant not a dance bar. The music volume was unacceptable and we successfully asked to be moved as we could not even hear our server talk about the specials. I have been to the restaurant a few times and the music volume has never been at that level before (dining time was 7:00PM). I would reconsider going back again unless I was guaranteed a table well away from the front. If another table was not available, we would have left.
