We had an excellent dining experience ! Staff went over board to make our dare night special.
Food was very satisfying. However I love to finish my meal with a nice cup of coffee. I did order coffee and it wasn't fresh. It seems to have been on the burner too long.
would like to see a stir fry or pad Thai on menus for lunch and dinner.
Great restaurant and ambiance. I hope next time the outside (in the mall) section is opened. It’s great for two people especially in the cooler weather.
I'd have expected more from Oliver and Bonacini, though I apppreciate it may take a while to get back to the kind of food and service we've been used to. A modest menu, too much pizza and not enough other choices - $13 to add a dozen tiny shrimp to a $13 Caesar salad that had no bacon or anchovies....a waiter who handed me my plate of food across the front of my seated wife. At least tne pinot grigio was good.
Coujdn't recommend the restaurant to others now based on this experience.
Hi have been coming here for years love it! waiter was amazing as was front desk. We ordered Caesar salad and spring rolls. Spring rolls amazing salad bland and dry.
Our server was excellent! He was efficient and very observant. A little noisy (outdoor dining) but can't really complain! We had a great time! Thanks!
Walk-ins seemed to be catered to over those with reservations (like us) toward whom hostess seemed indifferent. Service felt rushed. Good food though.
Excellent venue-most of the menu items missing right now-operating as a Pizzaria Libretto pop up...hopefully menu will be re-envisioned or return soon with the old favorites we previously enjoyed.
Lovely welcoming service and staff-at least this has not changed.
Service and food were great. Sat on the patio which was well spaced.
Lovely place, friendly staff
Our party of four had a great time.
We had a delightful lunch on the outside patio. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
It was so nice being being out at a restaurant again.
Amazing staff and such quick service. It was quiet and the food was so delicious.
We had a lovely time here! It was our first meal back in well over a year after the pandemic. The carrot cake made everything worth it!
Happy to be out. The patio is next the parking lot and road.
Can’t change that.
I've always love to dine here. Love the patio dining and have place to catch up with friends. Will come back here!
I was disappointed at the menu. We opted for the pizza, which was disappointing. The arugula salad was good.
Spectacular experience...thank you for having us!!!
The server was very friendly but we should have been server quicker considering the patio isnt huge. The fish & chips were excellent, the fish was fresh, the batter was light & very crispy. The pizza was a flop and I'm very disappointed about that & that the kitchen manager approved it. The topping all slid into the middle & it became very messy & slightly soggy in the middle. I tried one of their cocktails which was great!
- turkey burger had too much Kozlik’s Triple Crunch mustard mayo, every bite was over powering
Great meal and very good service from waitstaff and man at entrance (maitre d?). No complaints. They seemed very concerned with following all the rules, but that is understandable give the well heeled and possibly litigious customers they usually must serve. No complaints, meal was a tad pricey, but again, given the area, it's probably to be expected. The service was very good.
Excellent service from start to finish. Loved the Pizzeria Libretto pop up as part of the menu. Highly recommend the diavolo and the duck confit pizzas.
We had to cancel twice due to the weather, but they accommodated us the next day. The food was excellent and so was the service.
Will definitely go back.
I know that we can only dine outside. There were quite a few tables but only 2 tables for 2. Yes we were sitting for 2 hours, however there were only 4 tables occupied and we were told that we had to vacate the table as the table was booked at 1:00PM. My friend and I talked in the parking lot til 1:45PM and NOONE was seated at that table. only 2 parties arrived after we left. Our lovely meal did not end on a good note. We felt that the manager was a little rude in the way he asked us to leave. If it was busy we would have understood. We know that times are tough, they are for all of us! Our service was outstanding and very friendly. too bad the manager had to ruin our afternoon
A reasonable patio dining experience. Service was great. Food quality is not as good as pre-pandemic, but acceptable under the circumstances.
Limited menu items. Unlike the O&B that we went to before the pandemic. Fish and chips dish is not very good.
The server was great. Our food was very bland and not tasty.
Excellent service and food was superb wait staff very attentive
With Covid menu is condensed but overly condensed here. Had a burger and my wife had the steak.
Burger for $20 is below average, steak for $30 was far below average
Everyone was super friendly and we were treated very well! Be aware that this restaurant doesn't do rare steak at this time (probably because of Public Health regulations) and that their menu is limited for now, but this last one is because they had to open, close, re-open because of the lockdowns in the city.
The server checked on us and had great recommendations. I'd definitely come back when they expand the menu a bit more. (hopefully, no more lockdowns...)
Food was cold, pizza was soggy. It also took forever to get our food
Waiters were not attentive, have to ask for water after waiting for 20+ minutes.
Overall would not recommend
We went to Oliver Bonacini Cafe Grill to celebrate Father’s Day. The day was sunny and hot. The patio was busy but they only had umbrellas for all but one table, we were seated at the one table that did not have an umbrella. It made our time very uncomfortable, hot and unpleasant. We asked to be moved to a table with an umbrella and the staff were very responsive to our needs and when possible they moved an umbrella to our table.
However, I don’t understand why they didn’t have enough umbrellas to cover all the tables. This would be a good idea going forward.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would come back.
the food and service were on point, as always!
it was nice to visit O&B again after all this time.
this was our first patio out since the lockdown. really happy we came here!
Nice brunch menu, good service very accommodating.
I ordered the spagetti & meatballs - it was awful.
Service was by far the best. Food was delicious. Wine was excellent. Will certainly return.
The food was good and the service was attentive. However it was quite a sunny day and they did not have enough umbrellas to shade some of the tables, including ours. We were quite surprised by this as the area is very open. In future I will request that in my reservation.
Service was decent, no complaints. Now as for the food, it came cold, didn’t seem fresh, quality was poor. I can go to an easy side Mario’s for this level of food. Very disappointed as it was for a birthday too.
I would not recommend or go back there again. It’s to bad how things have gone down hill for this restaurant and perhaps brand.
All the best.
