Very disappointed mostly in the service
My boyfriend loves this restaurant and told me to go for a business meeting I had. I was quite embarrassed at this service quite honestly
Three friends gathered for a brief lunch meeting. Two of us had the chicken special of the day. The third had the grilled calimari. The chicken dish was really terrible- the chicken breast was breaded and fried in an oil that was not fresh, slightly off. The salad was uninspired. If this had not been an important meeting with time constraints, I would have sent it back. Apparently the grilled calimari dish was fine. The restaurant was quite noisy and service was so-so. I had expected better.
we were three old friends, who get together once a year. We chose this place because it was easy to get to, and accessible for one gal who used a walker. The menu is varied enough that we had to take a long time to make our decision.
I had the soup and salad combo that was just what I wanted.
My only problem with this location is that the background music is too loud for older people who might be more comfortable in a place where we could actually hear each other in conversation.
This was a wonderful experience. Nancy and I entertained a friend from Scottsdale. He now raves about your food, your service, and the fresh contemporary style of the Bayview Village location. We feel proud of our favourite local dining gem and will continue making O&B our first choice for dining out.
It was very noisy but the food was good. Andrew is the best server!
We found the reception staff a little rude and although our server offered great suggestions. They could have been more attentive. We had to wait quite a while for our beverages and she didn’t surface often enough. Food was great.
Service was poor. Even indicated on the reservation that is was for a birthday and didn't hear a word about about the birthday.
restaurant setting was quite nice but the area we were in at the back was quite noisy and made it hard to hear. As well the food was underwhelming.
Oliver and Bonaccini used to be one of my favorites; however, my last few visits were underwhelming. The food was passable but not what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. When your child tells you that your store bought/home prepared gnocchi tasted better than what he ordered, you know that it’s time to stop going back to that restaurant.
The meal was very enjoyable. There was an error made on one of the meals but it was quickly corrected and some dessert was added as a thank you for your patience. The waiter was very attentive. The only downside is that it was very noisy and I’m not sure how you can counteract that. We would’ve sat outside but there were no tables available.
We found the menu section to be very small. There were very few vegetarian or non-meat items on the menu.
Fantastic. Excellent. The kids even raised about their dinner... and THAT almost never happens!
Our server provided amazing client service.
We went for brunch on my wife’s birthday. This was our first time at O&B and it proved to be an excellent choice. We had a nice table, the food was very good and the service excellent. Nice touch with the cake and candle! Easy to see that the staff is totally customer focused! We will definitely go back for brunch or dinner. Thank you!
The food was very good. Chris, our waiter, was excellent! Coming back soon!
Only the brunch menu is available during weekends lunch time. I wasn’t aware of that so the things I wanted to order were not available. Food was pretty good but expensive. Overall restaurant was very nice, good environment.
Beyond excellent service. The baked cheesecake is fantastic ! Very enjoyable evening.
extremely disappointed, those what you called discount drinks $8.00 had no alcohol. The pizzas we ordered had no tomato sauce and lack of ingredients. The pizzas from Pizza Nova would be much better. However, I still gave the waiter more than 20% tips.
We will not be back.
Server (Chris) was outstanding! So friendly and really tried hard to make our lunch experience enjoyable. Food was not good. Mushroom soup very salty and very little dressing on the salad. No flavour.
We recently celebrated my wife's bday at O&B; just a dinner with immediate family. Great atmosphere, smart casual. Food was excellent. The service was quick, and the staff was courteous and seemed to be knowledgeable about the food items. The beer choices could be expanded, but the wine list was very good. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
Service was great, our waiter was very attentive. Food was surprisingly quite disappointing. The prime rib and the crab cake were mediocre at best.
First a very large "Thank you" to your O&B team - all of whom I met including Avi, Marlene and Corey. From my arrival everything went smoothly and we -my wife Laura, daughter Kelsey and I all felt very welcomed and pampered.
The drinks were timely and good. The food was wonderful.
I hope that I reflected my appreciation appropriately in my tip because your whole team deserved it.
I will return and I will recommend O&B Bayview Village, the perfect blend of O&B quality and located close by.
Mother's Day brunch. Crowded but that's expected. Were given a nice quiet booth, and that's very nice of them. Food was good. Comfy brunch varieties. Had a good time there.
Good location. Food is excellent, but noise level is too high.
Good time to be had by all. Great Mother's Day Brunch. Hopefully reno wraps up soon.
Mother's Day brunch
Had an amazing waiter who truly loved the food. Food was wonderful and menu interesting. It is very noisy, so not the greatest place for a romantic or quiet meal. Highly recommend it.
We enjoyed dining here on Mother's Day weekend! It was also my son's birthday! I booked a reservation online very easily! The waitress was amazing that evening and made many helpful suggestions on entree selections. The food was delicious and the 3 appetizers that we ordered before our meal were to die for! We will definitely come back again! Thanks!
The server was too busy paying attention to individual guest’s request. Place like this should not be short on service
ordered a bowl of Tomato soup $9, Ceasar salad $13, asked the Waitress to add a grilled chicken breast, $9 extra. My wife ordered Salmon Ceasar $26. I specifically asked my soup to be steamy hot, when it was served, it was not as hot as I liked. The chicken turned out to be roasted drumstick plus a bit more, not grilled as I asked for grilled chicken breast. The texture of the chicken was soft, not firm and no taste. My wife did not comment on her food. The bread was the best part of the meal. The waitress was friendly but she did not ask if I was satisfied with my food, as she saw I only ate 1/3 of the chicken. Total cost with 15% tips $74.07. No desert or any drinks, just water. The place was full at noon time. So I guess most people must like this place. Would I go back? Not if it's up to me.
O&B did their usual excellent job of ensuring we had a wonderful dinner experience.
While the only mention of gluten-free on their menu is to say they have gluten-free pasta, there are a number of menu items that are either naturally gluten-free, or can be easily modified. The staff is very well versed in the need for gluten-free meals, and this Celiac has never had a problem there. I can highly recommend the Tuna Nicoise Salad and the Grilled Calamari.
The selection and quality of food has decreased substantially over the last several years. At the same time the value (in addition to the pricing) has risen substantially. The staff continue to be very helpful and very friendly.
My friend ordered grilled calamari and they came with the spine. Very disappointing.
Food was delicious!!!
The food is always consistent, never had a bad meal. The mushroom soup and the O&B carrot cake are to die for! The yellow fin tuna salad was delicate and fresh.
We would go back
Wish there were more vegetarian options in the menu.
This is a wonderful spot to catch up with the girls! Great food and we were not rushed!
Everything is okay while the phyllo-wrapped cheesecake was exceptionally good. It is one of a kind experience with warm light cheese wrapped by phyllo sheet. Crab and cod cake is strongly recommended with its unique fresh taste dressing.
We also ordered the Korean chicken bite and roast chicken club from the spring chicken menu. The chicken bite was good but the club is just decent. I'm not saying the sandwich is bad but it could be better in O & B level restaurant.
It was a very busy lunch time and we'd waited for about 15 mins to get our bill done.
