It’s overhyped, I went there to really try it out as I saw it all over social media. There was no cutlery on my table when we got there and even when the appetizer came in, so I had to ask for it. The Cesar salad came without any serving spoon for me to put it in my salad plate. Olio e piu being an Italian spot, I expected a fine Cesar salad but there were barely any croutons on that and the salad itself looked dull. The vegetarian options are limited to one or two options. For seafood folks, there’s also one pasta option with shrimp and you don’t really have the liberty to switch or substitute proteins in any other items on the menu so whatever comes the way on the menu you have to take it that way. Lastly, music was loud, I could hardly hear the server. I thought i ordered the shrimp pasta but got the truffle one. Both of pastas i ordered were extremely salty that we couldn’t finish the entire thing. I did not complain to server about our food, but writing this review as this was just not it for the price of food I paid. I do not recommend.

Food was amazing. Bruschetta appetizer, bolognese entree and tiramisu dessert. Wait staff was great! Right on the corner making street eating ideal for people watching and observing the town. Only criticism I can give is the free bread served prior to your meal was very basic- could be improved. Will definitely be back!

The tables outside are stacked together too closely, they have done a good job with the plants but we were too close to our neighbors and it felt like we’re talking in our ears. The service was great, we were not rushed and the food was good too. We had the chicken Milanese and branzibo, both delicious. Tiramisu was a bit of a letdown especially for their signature dessert. Felt like it was sitting in fridge for a while, we have had much better!

A pesar que había hecho reserva con antelación, me ubicaron en la barra y en un sector muy incómodo y que pasaba mucha gente. Hay muchísimo ruido ambiente! Hablan todos a los gritos

We ordered the spaghetti carbonara and pollo Milanese and they were both really delicious. It's rare to see a restaurant here using Guanciale in the carbonara. The chicken was crunchy yet juicy.

Good food but very loud and crowded . Felt like I was packed into a corner. The carbonara and fettuccine with truffles were very good.

I greatly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. First of all the ambience is so very west village New York, beautiful outdoor receiving, plans and flowers everywhere. So well decorated and cute. The noise level because of the area is high but bearable. The shining star of my experience was my entrées and appetizer. I chose the squid ink fettuccine with the seafood sauce. My partner chose the pasta with broccolini and sausage. Both were so surprisingly delicious, saucy and flavorful. I had the beet salad as an appetizer. It was so interestingly, flavored with olive oil, goat cheese, and micro greens. I highly recommend this restaurant as a matter fact I told my mom to visit it before she attends theater show this week.
