The food was excellent and the ambience perfect for a date night before a concert.
Exceptional service staff. Very good wine list and cocktails. Very good entrees. Apps were good. Didn’t try dessert.
Have been here many times, never a bad meal. Dawn N. was our server, she was fabulous. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Everything was great. They even made a special change to the Scallop dish to accommodate one of our diners.
There are a lot of "good" steakhouse in Vegas. This is better than good, it is one of the best
Food and service were terrific! Our waiter Ricky really made the experience even more enjoyable! Now if I can only get to the New York City location, my life would be complete!
Our server was amazing. Helpful, brought us things to try brought us dessert for our anniversary. Dawn-She was very knowledgeable.
They were out of the wine I wanted. Bummer
And to be honest, my steak was medium when I ordered it medium rare. And it was alittle tough! Which was quite surprising. It was the ribeye. Maybe it’s just the cut I don’t prefer. Didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. But for the price they should be able to get that right!
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our server Bradley was so personal from the moment we sat down. Exceptional food, service and experience. Heads down a favorite while in Las Vegas
I love Old Homstead, we’ve been there many many times. But this time I was a bit disappointing. We stat down at 7, ordered almost immediately because we always order the same thing and our entrees didn’t come out until 8:15. What upset me was when the manager came over to ask if everything was cooked ok, he made it seem like it was our fault they just “rushed” it out after almost leaving before it was brought out because we had a show to get to. It’s not our fault it took over and hour to cook 1 medium rare filet, duck fries and grilled asparagus. I was a bit offended they made their error in the kitchen my fault. Not sure if I’m willing to go back and spend my money there.
Overall the food was good but the cost was not commensurate to the quality. I would probably not go back just because of the exorbitant pricing
The Porterhouse for 2 was excellent!
It always my go to for bone in filet!
The filet was done perfectly and so tender, juicy and tasty!
I thought everything was good except I was a little upset how many times I had to ask for water. Also we had to wait 30 minutes for a table when we arrived on time for the reservation.
Busy but overall level of food was excellent
Paying high prices for very good food
Great wait staff
Very poor service. Got meal
Completely wrong then waitress blamed me for ordering wrong. Steaks were way over cooked. Never checked back on quality of meal or if steaks were cooked right. Never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks
Very poor restaurant with so many food choices in Vegas!!!
The Old Homestead has a good sized menu with lots of different options. My husband had to send his steak back since it was practically still mooing when it was cut into. He asked for medium well. I think if a place known for steaks can’t cook them to perfection, you need to move on! We won’t be back- too many great steak places in Las Vegas to give this one another chance!
It was absolutely wonderful. We had not been to Old Homestead in a few years and had forgotten how wonderful the environment and food was. Prepared perfectly.
We came here for a Birthday dinner. The food was awesome but expensive and the service was great. It was very loud so not a place for a quiet romantic evening. We would eat there again.
Two of us shared the 34 oz porterhouse and it was cooked perfectly. What an outstanding cut of meat! The beer selection, sadly, did not match up with the wonderful food or the wine list. If you love good beer, be sure to go elsewhere before or after.
The steaks melt in your mouth! The lobster mac-n-cheese is a must!
Food wss outstanding
