A wonderful dinner. The filet was perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed butter poached lobster off the specials menu with chanterelles and leeks- in a sauce that made me want to lick the bow clean.

The cheese platter offers a tremendous variety. Excellent.

Steve was very good, easy going server..... Very expensive side dishes. I mentioned the spinach had wayyyyyyyyyyy tooo much garlic. He noted it but then it was still on my bill for $12. Ran out of the mod wine we ordered, found another good one, but cost more of course and that was not matched either. I did not want to make a big deal of anything given it was my husbands birthday dinner. But...... less expensive resturants just take care of their issues. I guess since many guests are not local or repeat customers, there is not the attention to quality details that made the place that special for the cost!

Dirty Martini was sent back for a “full pour.” Although it was good I think for $14 it should be a good size and not just one shot. Mussels were VERY salty, had to get another order with NO salt. Blue cheese salad OK. NY Strip VERY dry. Sent it back and was not charged for it. Even so, the cost with tip was about $95.00. I couldn’t recommend, and pricing is high and totally not worth the experience. I dine out often at fine dining restaurants and know quality and what is not acceptable. This restaurant thinks they’re “ALL THAT” but they’re not!

I made a reservation a month in advance and still when I arrived I had to wait 35 mins to get seated which was unacceptable considering it was not packed in the resturant our server did not announce his name he did not bring us any bread I put a note that it was my fiancé birthday and the service really made it not so enjoyable and memorable the host of the resturant never came to check on my table throughout the whole night and went to everyone around us instead which was rude Honestly the food was not extremely hot either and it took an hour and 15 mins to receive our meal and there was no complimentary birthday cake or anything from our server nor the resturant the sever took my card and was gone for 20 mins which was suspicious and also inconsiderate because we told him we were ready to leave I really had high hopes for this resturant and that night to be perfect for my fiancé however I was extremely disappointed we both did not feel welcomed and felt like our presence was not valued

Food was very good but it took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive at the table. I was never asked if I wanted another cocktail during the whole two hours I was there. The Mac and Cheese was the star of the evening and the steak was to die for too.

This was not a great experience. Our server was not attentive. Served steaks and soup without flatware. No soup spoon and no steak knife? My filet was prepared medium, close to med. well. I ordered med rare to rare. I returned it. The fries are wonderful and the cheese board was great. The cocktails were have filled with melted ice and our sever never asked if we would like another. Dirty plates and wine glasses were not removed from the table. This was very disappointing since this was supposed to be one of the highlights to our family get together. I hate to say this but we had better service at the marketplace and better cocktails at the lobby bar at Gaylord than the steakhouse. Really...What happened?

It took more than 45 minutes for our food to be served. When it did come it was not even hot to eat. Thought it was very overpriced for the quality of the meat. We were so disappointed as this was our first time staying at the hotel and at your restaurant. Unfortunately we will not be back.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The lobster bisque and filet were great. You must try the steakhouse sauce! My favorite was desert - the chocolate torte and vanilla dessert with raspberry sorbet were amazing!!

While the meat to include the crab cake was good, the family size macaroni and cheese and the asparagus was horrible. The taste of the latter had the most unusual and disconcerting taste that I have had at any restaurant in the DMV.

My steak was over cooked and came out with a brush bristle. The onion side was very cold when I cut into it. Our server replated my dinner but I was just unimpressed with this overpriced steakhouse. The cheese tasting however was a nice addition to our meal.

Our dining experience was amazing. We brought our grandkids to see the Christmas tree lighting and show in the Gaylord atrium. We had a nice dinner and conversation while listening to the music in the atrium. The grandkids also got to check out the the fountains, lazer lights out the balcony.

The food was good but the service and value were not. The wine list is extensive but very expensive and lacking vintages. The server made several mistakes on our order. The ambiance is very nice but it's too loud for a business dinner. Great steak and crab cake, but not the experience I want for a very, very expensive meal.

The food and service were outstanding. Our waiter was attentive to our needs and provided excellent recommendations from wine through dessert. The cheese cart was amazing, would strongly recommend. The steaks were cooked to perfection and were delicious. It is pricy but perfect for a special occasion.

While the food was excellent, the service was poor. Although we had a reservation we had to wait for a table. Once we entered the dinning room, it was obvious that there were several empty tables. Once seated, it took a while for the water to come by and say I'll be right with you. After another wait, we were finally able to place an order. It was a struggle for us to get the waiter to take the entire order, including drinks and sides. He kept wanting to rush off. Once our order was placed, the food arrived rapidly and was worth the wait. The beef was some of the best I've ever had. The sides were well prepared and complemented the entree. I would recommend the restaurant just because of the quality of the food.

This was my third time dining here and the quality of food and service has been consistent.
The Wait Staff was very attentive knowledgeable about the menu to the extent that I tried one of his recommendations.
The lamb chops were season and prepared perfectly. I shall return.

This was our fifth or sixth visit to this restaurant for dinner. We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation and never saw another member of the wait staff. After 25 minutes at the table with our two small children, we waved the hostess over and told her. We then witnesses her arguing with two members of the waitstaff about who was going to take our table. It was at this point, over 30 minutes after being seated, that we decided to leave and dine somewhere else. So disappointing! We will not dine there again.

From the appetizer to the dessert was unforgettable. The wine tasted great and the coffee at the end was French pressed and tasted so amazing. The steak was melt in your mouth tender and seasoned perfectly. The crab cake was splendid. The beef tartare was perfect and the bread was toasted wonderfully. Our waiter was perfect. He wasn’t intrusive but was there to make sure we had everything we needed.

My wife and I went here for an anniversary dinner. We elected to have the Tomahawk steak (intended to be shared). Best steak we ever had. Extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. Expensive piece of meat but worth it. Extensive wet aging process followed by a dry rub aging process. The side dishes are served family style and were delicious although the roasted Brussels Sprouts were a bit salty due to the bacon infusion I’m sure. Texture was fine however. Mashed potatoes were heavenly.

Steven, our main waiter was superb. Very well informed and his suggestions were on the mark. The other wait staff were very attentive. They seem to come out of nowhere and always kept your beverages full and your bread basket full and also your table free of empty plates. Fantastic service overall.

Atmosphere was very nice. The individual seating rooms combined owe to a very large restaurant (able to seat a combined 500+ guests) however we were seated in a quaint quiet corner to accommodate our anniversary (much appreciated attention to detail). Very adequate wine selection and cocktail list. They can make you essentially whatever you want. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
