Ambience and food taste including sides were memorable. Service was attentive but not memorable. Cost was less than expected. A quiet restaurant with live violinist on Valentine’s Day. Coffee and Creme brûlée with fresh fruit on top was a great finale.
I am attending a conference at the Gaylord and was pleased with the service
The young lady that explained the cheese tray was delightful and very knowledgeable
Upon arrival we were seated in a adequate amount of time at a table to 2 per our request. The food was outstanding especially the Porterhouse Steak well seasoned. We will definitely return.
Ambiance is amazing, food was excellent and our waiter Steve was knowledgeable and very friendly. Hope to return again.
Everything was real nice , service was very slow and not very attentive. We were not in a hurry but did not count on a 2 1/2 hour dinner !
We had a 7:00pm reservation for two. We arrived at 6:50, checked in with the hostess and went to the lounge to wait to be seated. We checked in with the hostess several times after not being seated, being told just a few more minutes each time. By 7:45 we requested to speak to the manager, as we no longer had time to eat dinner before our next engagement. Though apologetic and comping my $35 bar tab, our dinner was effectively ruined. I would expect better service from what is supposedly a top-notch establishment. I would leave a review about the food quality, but we didn’t eat there. Not pleased.
Food was adequate but overpriced. We arrived on time for our 7pm reservation yet still waited 10 minutes to be sat even though restaurant was half empty. Service was very slow. Waited almost an hour for appetizer. The waiter even gave us a glass of wine on the house for waiting so long. Cheese selection was the best part of meal. Filet mignon was fair- not worth the 50$ price tag. We won't be back
We had tickets to a show at 10 pm and had a reservation at Old Hickory Steakhouse for 7pm. We didn't get seated until 7:30. We ordered but never got our food and had to leave to make the show. Waiter told us it was a Union Kitchen that held things up. Just awful
A little pricey, and over rated... service was excellent!
Although the food wasn't bad (not great), the service was terrible. The food is too expensive to come with bad service. Unfortunately the good didn't outweigh the bad, and I definitely will not return.
This is a fantastic dining experience for adults. Wonderful for birthdays, special occasions, or a special treat.
Not great value for the price. Been to many high-end steakhouses and prices are comparable, but the steaks were not as large or as good quality as other steakhouses.
Very disappointed as we were celebrating a birthday and advised prior to booking. No mention of it which was surprising as the table beside us were celebrating a birthday and received recognition. We had eaten here before and the food and service was excellent which was the reason we booked reservations again. Unfortunately they were out of the Tomahawk Ribeye for 2 which was one of the reasons we came . The service was not very good--we waited 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. When we paid , they took our credit card and were gone for a really long time. The server came back and said the credit card machine was not working----which was VERY STRANGE as the other diners were using theirs in the next room. According to one of the staff, depending what room you were in, different systems are used ....like I said very strange . It was unfortunate that the overall experience was not very good .
Service was really slow. The food was great, definitely pricey but I knew that. It took 45 mins to spilt checks for 7 people and pay.
