Staff and ambiance excellent! Filet mignon was good but had to pay extra for topping of mushrooms. The steak for the price should be served with something included. The mushrooms were not great due to the gravy sauce so I ended up not eating them. Caesar salad came with boxed croutons and again for the price, should have been homemade. Wine was good and coconut cake very good. Bread served was sort of stale and not remarkable. I paid $150 for dinner which included the tip. Terrible value. Staff and ambiance wonderful. Would not recommend due to over-pricing.
Birthday everything was great
Service was impeccable and the setting was very neat! Food was definitely subpar for that price in my opinion. My ribeye was not tasteful and the lobster mashed potatoes were good but we didn’t feel like they were worth $36. All in all we enjoyed the experience of the place but won’t go back for the food.
My husbands birthday. It was phenomenal. Paul, Muhammad and Angel were amazing. Paul was very knowledgeable.
Had a wonderful anniversary dinner with my husband. Staff was friendly, food was amazing!
A wonderful experience. Our waiter Peter was superb. The dinner was perfectly prepared. This was probably our most expensive dinner to date but worth every penny for the beautiful surroundings and. ambiance. Will visit again
Wonderful experience except it was very cold. Our dinner ( filet and bone in ribeye) were exceptional. Our Server was amazing. We were so cold that we Had to put our coats on to finish our dinner. The outside temperatures were so cold last night in Nashville so We think the conservatory glass ceiling made it feel even colder in the restaurant. By comparison, the Cascades area of the hotel temperatures were pleasant.
Could have not been more pleased. Food was delicious, service was outstanding and could not have asked for anything more.
We live in Nashville and thought it would be great to go enjoy a meal in the hotel and walk around afterwards! They Did not disappoint the mill was great and we had a great time I would encourage other Nashville ins to experience a meal at the old hickory steakhouse they will also stamp your parking ticket so parking is free
Amazing food ans service. Great atmosphere will be back!
Service and food were excellent. Our waiter was very helpful. Our family enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with dinner and the ambiance of the atrium at night. Will be back.
We had an AMAZING time this weekend. Great customer services and the ambiance was very relaxing
First relaxing trip to Nashville where I wasn’t having to work
It had been some years since we had been to this restaurant and it was just as amazing as we remembered it! The stuffed lobster was cooked to perfection and some of the sweetest I’ve had! Kudos! The appetizers and the wine suggestion from Amir was perfect!! The chocolate mousse cake dessert was absolutely divine! We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu! Darryl was extremely happy with the ambiance and service. Meeting Mr. Mehta the GM was truly a pleasure. Keep up the hard work to maintain the quality and excellence!
It can be a little tough to find do not use the GPS on your phone make sure to look at signs and maps they have around the hotel. The food was excellent and the staff was amazing, 10/10 recommend eating here at least once in your life
Impeccable Service, and wonderful food. Will definitely go back.
It was our third time there and I always enjoy it. The ribeye was great and the coconut cake was amazing. Highly recommend it if you've never been there. Not your typical hotel restaurant! We'll be back!
The service was excellent. The food was cooked perfectly with plenty of flavor, and was delicious. The creme brûlée was superb! Definitely recommend! 10/10
The food was good, but priced a little high. I also think the hotel did not describe it well.
Extremely overpriced for what you get. Don't get me wrong, the food was excellent. It's just that you could get the same quality for 1/3 the cost. I get that there is an upcharge for being located within the resort but $170 for a steak without sides or sauces? $30 for zucchini noodles?
We ordered the fresh bloom, not so old fashioned, lobster bisque, porter house, salmon, mac and cheese, and crème brûlée. It was all WONDERFUL! I saw reviews that the bread was hard, but it's just the type of bread it is, and it was yummy! My husband loved the steak, and that was the best salmon I've ever had! The sides are huge, one side is enough for 4 people to share. The cocktails and lobster bisque were fantastic. And the crème brûlée was AH-MAY-ZING. Definitely the most expensive restaurant I've ever been to, but we were on our honeymoon and decided to splurge. You can easily spend $150-200 on two people, so be careful! But all that said, the service was great and it was so good! My favorite meal we had on this whole trip!
Food was incredible and worth the price. Good wine selection and our service was impeccable! Highly recommend!
If your looking for premium service and food to die fir then this is your place. It’s not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for
Wow!! We enjoyed ourselves very much!! We had reservations and were promptly seated!! We ordered the artisan cheeses !! Wonderful!! We also had the French onion soup!! At first taste my husband says delicious !! We ordered the surf and turf was cooked to perfection !! The Mac n cheese with crab was phenomenal!! We will be back !!
Always a great night out.
Great service, ambiance, & food. Highly recommended
Amazing food, big portions, excellent service with a smile.
My husband, son, and I went there to celebrate my birthday and the new year! The food, the servers, the ambiance, everything was exceptional! We totally enjoyed ourselves! It was so quiet so we were also able to not only enjoy the great food but also each other in great conversation! It is expensive but it is sooo worth the price!!!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat amazing food!
AMAZING 👏!!! I DON'T HAVE WORDS FOR TO DESCRIBE THE SPECIAL MOMENT IN THIS PLACE!!! OUR WAITRESS AMIR WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM HIM ALL THE TIME!!! IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A GREAT TIME!!! YOU SHOULD GO THERE QUICKLY!!!
Had a lovely dinner with my man last night. Our server Paul was amazing, he took care of us and made sure we’re all good! Excellent service and friendly staff! The food is definitely a 5star, so delicious. I had Pork chop, green beans and snap peas for the side, husband had NY strip and Mac and cheese. He is a picky eater and he enjoyed it. My pork belly starter was also such a delight. We were looking forward to have the chocolate truffles for dessert but we are stuffed. We left the restaurant full and satisfied. $200 meal + 20%tip, it’s worth it👍. We definitely had a wonderful experience! Plus the ambience is gorge. Highly recommended. Best way to end the year, satisfied customer & with full belly! Happy New Year!
Where we sat was cold. My companion asked for a cup of hot water with lemon. It took almost 10 minutes for the hot water to arrive, and there was no lemon. Even though the wait staff was friendly when they were at the table, the service was just fair.
We took out 3 daughters in New Years Eve ! It was a dinner to remember! We could see the water show from our comfortable seats. Service was spectacular!
Food was fantastic, service was excellent and a good atmosphere
When we saw the menu, the prices, and the location, it created a visual of unsurpassed excellence. I must say the Opreyland venue was quite nice and very festively designed. We were seated in a room with our table of four and two large group settings for 40 people. Once the first table of 20 was seated we were quickly forgotten! When you pay $14 for a baked potato $13 for some carrots I have a heightened expectation of service. I had to ask a busboy for an Ice Tea refill, the only one I had. The waiter disappeared, showed up some time later and asked how the meal was. Again, not what I’d expect for that level of restaurant. I must admit that once the food arrived it was hot and quite tasty. We went to this place knowing it was pricey, we just expected a pricey level of service, and it just wasn’t there.
It was very good indeed! The steak was excellent, the mashed potatoes out of thos world and very good asparagus.
Certainly have a reservation. We did but many guests had to be turned away who where just expecting to walk-in. Wait staff were exceptional and spent a little time getting to know us and why we were there. Refreshing customer care. Would return if we get back. They also validate parking as we were not guests of the hotel.
Fantastic service, everyone was so welcoming. 100% would return, get the Ahi Tuna!
On return trip from Christmas
Great meal, cool setting, excellent service. Insane prices but to be expected. Wine list was solid and not too outrageously priced. Wasn’t sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised.
