We had lunch at 2pm and it was very busy still. Service was quick but as a result felt extremely impersonal & borderline rude. I wasn’t aware that this was going to feel like a tourist trap but that’s probably a misinterpretation on my part.

Great food, nothing exotic or inventive. Good takes on some great classics. Loved the crabcakes! It's mostly succulent crab and seasoned just right.

I’ve dined at Old Ebbitt many times before, but this was my first experience dining for breakfast. The ambiance and food were both excellent — highly recommend!
