    Not so many options for a brunch at this price… and expect to stay in line for a while to get some omelette during the weekends. There is only one staff member making omelettes for all people

    We stopped at Ola for an early Thanksgiving dinner. The buffet offered lots of good food, and there was plenty to eat. The baked goods and pastries were outstanding.

    Went on a special occasion. They accommodated us on a separate adjacent room that was great for our group. Service was excellent, food options were great. Highly recommended.

    Made a late reservation for mine and my husband’s anniversary. We stayed next door at the adults only sister hotel to the Vanderbilt. Our server was very CLEARLY annoyed and upset by our reservation. She was trying so hard to be pleasant but it was extremely apparent by her quick check ins and quick walk always that she was not happy to be serving. I grabbed our own small plates when our apps came out and did our best to enjoy the meals. We’ve been all around Puerto Rico at this point and everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We expected much better service from an establishment at the glitzy Vanderbilt. Octopus was great, not much to say about the rest.

    Very nice poolside/oceanside restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is a fancier atmosphere. Overall everything was very good both food and cocktails but the cocktails took FOREVER to arrive. We ordered while it was light out and by the time they arrived, it was dark...no oceanfront picture for me!

    The views are amazing and the decor is beautiful. Staff is friendly and the food was great. Would have liked a little more variety, other than that definitely recommend. Must try the Portobello Focaccia and the pecan dessert.

    We had a great dinner at Ola. The menu has a good variety and we were very well tended to by our server, Sasha. The rosemary chicken sandwich was especially good. We appreciated being able to have a solid option for a night we didn’t feel like venturing out of the hotel and soaking in the air conditioning.

    Great vibe for my birthday dinner. We sat poolside. I loved the ambience, the staff was absolutely amazing especially our waitress. The food was delicious! 10/10 experience!

    I booked this location for a birthday dinner for a great friend. The restaurant was beautiful, food was great for a few of us and not so much for others. Our server was sweet but service itself was VERY slow especially for a place that wasn’t crowded.

    La reserva del Brunch era a las 11:00 . Habían 2 opciones de pedir a la carta o buffet . Decidimos pedir a la carta ya que quería unos pancakes y Benedictinos pero nos informan que ya a esa hora dejan de preparar esos alimentos y se enfocan en almuerzos . Por lo tanto comí algo que NO me gustó forzosamente por que no tenía más opción . Me tuve que obligar a almorzar a esa hora y escogí carne con puré. La carne estaba descompuesta . El servicio del mesero super lento , pero amable . El lugar es hermoso pero está lleno , lleno de turistas osea jamás volvería y jamás lo recomendaría a nadie que vive en Puerto Rico . Me dio pena ver ese hotel tan elegante y hermoso con ese público visitante . Deben subir los precios .

    Beautiful location. Too expensive for the kind of foos they serve. It’s basic burgers, pizza, and a few specialty foods. The flavor was definitely lacking. We paid $54 for 6 waters, our tab was $300 and not worth it for that type of food. The fries were delicious. The service was excellent.

    This experience left me feeling like our visit was an inconvenience to our server, Hector. He was more concerned with clearing tables and texting, than with checking on our table, we ordered two orders of empanadillas as a starter for our table of 6. I asked him how many came in each order, he told me 4, and I asked him for two orders and to please split them between the meat and chicken filling - after the entire exchange about the empanadillas, we only get one order. I had to go find him and ask if the second order was going to come out… Then our food comes out and we wait another 10 minutes before the rest of our party’s plates are brought out. All in all, as a Puerto Rican, coming to spend money here, I felt like the priority is given to non- Puerto Rican guests and we were set to the side. There was no care given to ensure we had a pleasant experience.

    It was a lovely dinner. We ordered the stead, salmon, pork, and burger. All of them were wonderful, but a little too salty. The rice and beans were incredible. The coconut polenta was wonderful. The pickled onions were the best. Really great experience.

    The view is gorgeous but the food is not worth your money and neither is the service. The Avocado salsa lacked salt and citrus: it was bland and the plantains and yuca chips didn’t have enough salt to counter act the blandest. One of our dishes never came out and after we finally got a hold Of the waiters she came back saying that they didn’t have anymore of the ingredients so we opted for the brisket pizza - a lot of ricotta blobs, green olives that don’t really go with the taste, and dry burnt brisket. The only decent park was the pizza dough - if you like dough. Drinks are ultra expensive, tried something new, Smoking in Veracruz, which developed a better taste towards the end, won’t get it next time, but not worth $25. The best dish was, the grilled Octopus with the coconut polenta - the dish that saved the stars. If you go, go for the view and ambiance, not the food and service. Although they credited the pizza, the rush to clean the table even when we were not finished, created a “you are not welcomed here” vibe.

    Great ocean view in a modern and relaxed setting. The food choices are interesting, but above all, the service was outstanding. Our server provided us with complementary glasses of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
