This is the last time we will go to this restaurant. This place use to be worth the drive, now it is not. We did hibachi grill. The chef wasn't thrilled about being there. He forgot to cook the noodles and when I got up to check the menu to make sure it came with it still, and it did, I asked where are the noodles? And he replied one second. He took the tray out dumped it on the grill, didn't season it, didn't add anything, just gave it a minute and flopped it on the plates. The noodles were served last after rice, and meats. Basically at the end of the meal. Then when I went to go to the restroom before leaving, the back room where they prep the trays curtain/door was open. The same man was using his hands with no gloves!!! to put the food on the tray. I thought I was going to die. I will NEVER go back!
The place was dirty, greasy menus, chipped and dirty plates. The server was good and the chef was excellent. The podium staff was rude and very slow. Overall the experience was just okay. By the way, one of the ladies cleaning the hibachi table next to us started blowing her nose in front of us snd then continued to touch everything around the table. Never going back.
The food was delicious and the service was exceptional!

I notated we were there for a birthday celebration when I made the reservation. The gentleman who checked us in said something discreetly to me about it. Nothing special was done by anyone at the restaurant. Very disappointing!

We were very disappointed in our experience. My sister in law had hair on her plate (the table was set when we arrived). Also, my boyfriend had a fly in his water when it was handed to him. Although the staff switched things out immediately, I didn’t hear any apologizes and we were very cautious about eating anything at that point. I ended up getting sick shortly after eating and the food spoiled during our 40 minute drive home (the odor was horrible). Our chef was kind, attentive, and made the little girl at our hibachi table smile throughout.

What a fun evening - great food, super service and a fun chef! Went as a couple and another couple was at table. Would be great for a group/family. Super food and lots of it!
We both are frequent travelers to Japan and have dined all over the country when there. This restaurant is as close to authentic Japanese cuisine as we have gotten in the US. If you want to eat as close to real Japanese food, this is the place!

On vacation and the food was great but our show was tame I think we had a newer chief and he wasn’t as comfortable but was very sweet and attentive.
Our dining experience was okay. Didn’t feel like we got a “show”. The rice was still hard and some of the meat was undercooked. Staff was friendly enough but didn’t interact with us.
The food was ok -- honestly, nothing special. It was fresh so that's a huge plus. The service was pleasant. Overall, an ok experience.
Food was great like always. We will be coming back the next time we are back in Orlando.

They never asked if there was a special occasion....Food Servings were smaller than expected. Also their white sauce is not the Best! Also 17% tip auto added was not one of my Fav.

Food here is always great. Service is decent, but can be slow. I’ve been here several times, and tonight was the first time they ever told me they have an “all you can eat” sushi option. I looked it over, but it’s way overpriced. It’s 34.95 per person, and considering Suki Hanna has all you can eat for 22.00 per person, and offers more; this isn’t a good deal at all.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, I HAD A SAKE-MARTINI AND IT WAS AMAZING. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, BETTER THAN BENINHANA. I AM FROM HOUSTON, TX AND THE ORLANDO HIBACHI WAS GREAT.
We always enjoy this restaurant. It is close to our work and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes when they get backed up the service is slow, but the food is always good and we will definitely be back.
Because that area of Orlando is so busy, it’s very difficult to get a reservation for dinner with little notice. But being on vacation, everything is on a whim. We were able to get a reservation for 6, with only a 1 hour notice and tho we weren’t able to sit at the hibachi, we were sat down on time on the non-hibachi side. We all ordered various items because we’re foodies and the overall consensus was that the food was surprisingly pretty good. We say surprisingly because we thought it being in a touristy area, it was going to be same ol, same ol Japanese. Not so. The staff was very intuitive to our needs and overall, we enjoyed our experience. One thing we did not like at all....the water! However, they had cold bottled water, which saved the day. We will definitely be going there again but will certainly be prepared to save the rhetoric and just order bottled water
Friendly staff and good food. We dined because of a Groupon. It was well worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. I recommend this place for your next hibachi experience.
Service: I made a reservation online and when I arrived we were ignored for 10 minutes. I finally got the woman's attention and I told her I needed to check in for our reservation. She told me "we aren't doing reservations today" I asked her why I was able to make one online then and she said "well we aren't doing them" This woman was rude and clearly did not want to be at work. As a hostess you should be a bit more engaging and she just seemed miserable. I asked if we could sit at the table where you sat on the floor (We were with a business client from Ghana and she really wanted to sit there) When I asked the miserable woman if that was possible she said "not today" and turned around and walked away. At this point I was growing frustrated with her attitude. If she is so miserable at work she needs to find a new job. We finally sat and it took us a good 10-15 minutes to be greeted. Our server was extremely nice and I know she was busy so I had to cut her some slack.
Food: the food was delicious. Sushi was really fresh and I had no complaints in that area. The entrees we had were also very good.
The server ( I think his name was Chris from Georgia) was excellent and the chef Reynaldo had personality. I was confused about the tip bowl for the chef especially after 18% is already tack on the the bill fir the chef and server to split. We decided to leave an extra $10 and the chef took it and put it in his pocket and said that management usually keeps what is in the bowl. With that said unsure if he would share with the server and only had $3 left to give. Our tips were about the same price of the meal. The food was good and you get a lot for what you pay. Ordered a Scropion cocktail but it was poorly made. I didn't have the heart to yell the server because he was really giving great service. I wish I didn't run out of cash because he deserved more.
The restaurant was empty on a holiday weekend in one of the busiest travel destinations in the US. We were served our hibachi lunch instead of watching the chef prepare the food. The price was outrageous even using a Groupon ($26 per person) including a $14 tip that was added to the bill. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that the show was not available. The food was not great, cooked really fast and it tasted over cooked. The server was great but there were several people just standing around doing nothing and we would not go back.
I have been here before it is worth it very nice place food is good, but this time they forgot to give us the soup and salad only bad thing everything else was good
We had a reservation for 6:30 and didn't get seated until a little after seven. The food was good yet protein portions very small compared to others that sat at our hibachi table.

Disappointed as we did not have the full hibachi experience as it was not available even though I booked ahead of time. Food came out al at once felt like they were trying to get rid of us quickly. Kids excited about seeing the flaming onion tower. Wouldn't go again.

Order was wrong so when chef received food to cook it was incorrect portions. Hibachi chef kept asking customers what they ordered . Seems like this messed up his routine and the food preparation was delayed. Timing of food prep was totally off. Very disappointed
We were on vacation looking for a good place to eat with our teenage sons. We purchased a groupon and were not disappointed! Great food and great service!

The food was good. Standard size servings for this type of restaurant. Felt the price was high for this style restaurant. Wouldn't eat here without a Groupon.

This restaurant was way over priced for the food and service. I have had way better experience at other Hibachi restaurants for a better price. The waitress never refilled my drinks, she never pick up my salad or soup bowl so the table was always crowded, the rice wasn't that good. It was "okay" but not a place worth while to go back to and eat and spend that kind of money.
First time going. Our waiter was great, he recommended some appetizers and sushi to start and it all tasted really good and the ice cream tempura was bangin'..😁 overall awesome experience. Recommend to anyone that likes bbq and sushi.
We went to Oishi to celebrate my college graduation. We were excited to do the hibachi dinner but were left very disappointed as the food was overdone and flavorless. Definitely will not recommend or try again.
