Very good food and great people watching! the service was great too! We had a reservation and was taken right on time, no waiting. When back in Miami we will go back there!
Pricey. Plus gratuity included. The food was great! Had chicken tacos, street corn and chicken poblano. Quality was good. Skip the churros though.
Food was tasty but the portions are too small for the price.
Great outdoor seating near Espanola way. Food quality very good however on the expensive side. Would recommend.
Johnston was the perfect waiter. Such fresh guacamole-made to order. Wonderful jalapeño margarita & frozen strawberry margarita-crazy fruit ion the side! Chicken quesadillas with good garnish-loved the purple onions garnish I added inside.
Great night life and people watching if you are lucky enough to eat outside...we have come back EVERY year we are here. Love the music!!
Thank you for a great meal and atmosphere :)
Food was fantastic and our server Maria was top notch! Attentive, accommodating, sweet, knowledgeable, made great suggestions. Manager also stopped by and was great.
Really good Mexican food at a busy street with lots of restaurants. We booked a table in advance which was good since I heard it was full when we got our table.
My wife and I wanted a quick lunch in Miami and Oh Mexico fit the bill perfectly. The guacamole was excellent and my wife and I each enjoyed our respective tacos. I had the ribeye tacos and she had the Cabo chicken.
Everything was great except live music/dancing on espanola way was entertaining but too loud.
Might initially appear to be a touristy spot, but food here is great. Guacamole was superb.
Initially worried that this restaurant situated on a very popular stretch of Espanola Way would be a tourist trap like so many places on Ocean Drive. But it wasn't at all! We started with Happy Hour margaritas and frozen drinks, served with chips and salsa. Then three of us ordered from the regular dinner menu (tacos and fajitas). One person in our party ordered the special (fish). Dishes were well described by our waitress, and came out as such, tasty and well-prepared. The waitress was very attentive without being intrusive. And we enjoyed the lively atmosphere of this beautiful street. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Prices were reasonable for Miami Beach.
We had a great dinner here ! Nice choice of salsas , delicious chips, great tacos and quesadillas!
Amazing food and great setting
Guacamole awesome, queso was Terri able, and overall not a good value for the money too many other places that are better but here’s the worst they charge you a luxury tax to eat there and that is just wrong
Oh Mexico was very yummy. It was lively and the street was very interesting. I would go back again
The taco selction is amazing and delicious. A little pricey especially when you are charged a resort tax fee and an involuntary gratuity fee. We were not at a resort and actually had to walk to get to the location. The waiter was amazing but just to assume we had to pay a 18% tip is crazy. If the service is great we would leave a great tip but if the service was bad why would I be required to leave a tip? Go figure
Delicious salsas, margaritas and entrees. Great for an evening out with friends!
The prices were higher than shown on this app.
Food is very expensive for what it is. There should be more for that price ..
Delicious, amazing! Went back to back nights while vacationing in Miami- had the steak, chicken tacos and carnitas and the guacamole is a must as an app!
Me and my boyfriend ate here for my birthday while on mini vacation in Miami! The food was good, liked the atmosphere, but the food was way overpriced compared to Mexican restaurants at home in Indiana and other restaurants in Miami.
We were sat at our table quickly and our server was friendly and helpful recommending some great daily specials which two of us went for. Cocktails were dreamy and shaken and served at the table which was a nice touch. Two of our party had the fajita which were presented well but the chicken had a funny aftertaste, otherwise all good and we would return again.
Had a lovely experience! Everyone from the seating staff to the servers was super nice. Started raining outside and we were offered the option to go in, which we did. Luckily we got to keep our server who was phenomenal. Food was delicious - me and three friends all got different tacos and they were all phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Over priced. Table 2 adults 2 kids. 3 Orders of tacos and 1 Tampiqueña steak, 1 dessert, 2 soft drinks, 2 Margaritas and 2 Coronas $239. No Bueno.
Great location in prime corner of Espanola way. Great people watching.
Great food but kind of pricey for the amount of food. I got fish tacos and paid 18.00 which it wasn't worth that.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere at Oh Mexico! It was busy, but the service was quick, and the service were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, especially the guacamole and fresh chips! Definitely a great experience!
Great service and cool ambiance. Food good but small portions for the price.
The Restautant is perfect , location is super and food was great. Was a nice experience to have the guacamole made in front of you. I recommend this restaurant
Over rated restaurant. The food was not even average. Sat outside had the guacamole, fajita, enchiladas- all tasteless and boring
Over the past 8 years or so I've eaten here every visit to South Beach ... at least twice a year.
The menu has changed and so has the value. The guacamole used to be the big draw, a large serving and always quite delicious. The last several visits the quantity is about 1/2 what it was, the price is up, and the taste is bland and common place.
I might still have gone again but this time I was on the "john" almost non-stop for 6 hours beginning at 1:30 a.m. Awful. I have no doubt this was the result of my enchiladas at Oh Mexico. While I suppose this could happen anywhere, it is enough, along with the quality, value and selection reductions, to eliminate it from my list.
Adios Oh Mexico. AMFIL!
Great food, good service, a little pricey. A simple meal of tacos and burritos, with one beer and one margarita cost about $90. Didn't appreciate the waiters unrequested recommendations that covered the most expensive items on the menu.
Expensive, but delicious food. The experience was bad. Our waiter literally kicked us out of our table at the end of the meal. I had not even finished my meal before they started clearing our table. When we asked him to stop, he stood behind our table and waited impatiently for us to leave. I would not recommend this place because you can get cheaper, better Mexican cuisine in another restaurant in South Beach.
Seriously, the BEST nachos ever.
Food was good, service was very quick & efficient and our server was lovely. We had a table which was outside & it was noisy but didn't take away from our meal.
Service was horrible. Our server came to check on us one time and forgot to place the order for our four year old. Even after we never received the food, he didn't want to remove it from the bill!
Amazing experience! Food was amazing...drinks even better. Service and ambience top class. Hep and fun place to hang out!
It's great to sit out on the sidewalk amidst all of the people walking on Española Way and the service was very attentive (though it wasn't very busy). The cheese enchiladas, however, were awful. The fish tacos, not so bad. Didn't live up to the expectations I had after seeing the ratings online.
I love the overall ambiance of this place. The outdoor dining is great and service is always on point. I would for sure go back here anytime I'm in Miami Beach on vacation.
Just about the best Mexican food I've had - not cheap, but fantastic! A bowl of soup can easily be shared
