The customer service was great! Our server treated us very well, the food was amazing. My wife and I were dining for her birthday. They did not disappoint. Will definitely go back
Used OpenTable and I have a Landry's account. They greeted me several times by name, had notes that I like an Arnold Palmer, put me in what I told them was my "favorite booth" and recalled that 90% of the time I order the Chopped Seafood Salad. All of that was provided to the server before I sat down. My guest indicated that I must eat there a lot for them to remember all of those details. Great Customer database ... great service ... a favorite of mine especially when I want to impress a client.
I ordered the Chef's Special, Butter Poached Alaska Red Crab and it had one small piece of crab and the risotto was tasteless!!! I was so disappointed as I have had this dish before and couldn't wait to have it again. I also had a wedge salad that had very little green and even less blue cheese and bacon. For the money spent on this meal with tax and tip, I felt hoodwink!!! However, my friend had the grouper which was good and the waiter was very nice. I don't think their dishes are consistent
The food and service were both great. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and was seated immediately. We will definitely be back.
My husband and I went here on a date. We enjoy trying various restaurants and this was on our list. When we got there we were barely greeted by the hostess, no eye contact was made. Our waiter Derrick was mediocre at best, he displayed a very condescending demeanor and wasn’t very attentive. Outside of that, we enjoyed our meals, the crab cakes and lobster mac and cheese were good. Overall the experience was decent, we hope to return with a different waiter.
Wait staff did a great job attending to us. The restaurant was fairly busy but also was quiet which was nice. We had oysters and crabcakes for appetizers which were very good. Both of our meals were also high in quality. Finally, we finished with Key Lime pie which was delicious. Would definitely recommend to other.
Love Oceanaire. Service is always great, the restaurant is gorgeous. Food is good just pricey, but other than than that I love this place

Excellent Service. Service was quick from the minute we hit the door. Everyone was nice and the atmosphere was amazing.
I took a date for their Valentine's day four course dinner. The set menus were to be expected except it had no vegetable options on the main courses aside from the salads offered on the second course. I ordered the lamb chops and my date, the lobster/fillet. Her steak was overcooked. The lamb was mostly fatty tissue with little to no lean meat. The desserts were prepackaged key lime pies and they were tasty but they looked as though they had been stored under a heat lamp. Presentation was terrible. The server was pleasant. The couple next to me returned their salmon entree which was severely under-cooked. The waitress gave me a Riesling instead of a sauvignon blanc like I asked.
My oysters were completely dried. A bit advice, please leave the oyster juice inside of the shell.
Service was impeccable! The calamari was a little too soft for my liking. Silverware was not spot free, outside windows had handprints, and purse holder in ladies bathroom was broken off. Not something I expected from this type of restaurant. Won’t rush to go back

unless you are willing to pay 14 dollars or more, each car, for parking
They are supposed to offer you parking coupons but they never do at the table. So when you request them at the door, they don't have any there and they make you wait.
Our check was over $100 for lunch and we had to pay for parking!
Had eaten here years ago & obviously was impressed enough to come back but didn’t remember how very very expensive it is!! Oysters were delicious & the bar is a cool
Don’t know if they serve bread, we had bread plates, but never were offered bread! Grouper was very good
