   Great service and great customer service every single time we always spend birthdays here and all the staff is over accommodating

   Every food item that my best friend ordered was messed up. The dinner took over 2 hours and by the time they finally got her order right and to our table everyone else was done, and we ate slow. I spoke with the manager and he comped her meal and gave us 3 desserts. Our server was incredible and had such a good attitude, which was the only thing that saved the night. My filet was tough and I couldn’t finish it due to the toughness. At the end of the day the dinner was not worth $354 for 3 of us since we didn’t pay for my friends dinner, even with the incredible server.

   My Birthday dinner with friends was wonderful. We all enjoyed our delicious meals and our wonderfully crafted cocktails. We will be back for our friend’s birthday next month. We just may have started a tradition!

   We enjoyed happy hour with 2 drinks, 2 appetizers and one sushi roll as our dinner for less than $60!! Besides, each dish was delicious.

   We were net with a friendly greeting. We changed our seating to main dining room with no problem and were given an excellent table. Our server appeared promptly and we ordered the sparkling water and Malbec wine. We ordered lobster bisque and goat cheese ravioli for appetizer Both delicious. Rib eye steak and Jumbo shrimp for entries with loaded baked potato and asparagus for sides. It was a delicious dinner with excellent service.

   My Husband and I have dined many times at Ocean Prime for the past 3 years. The food and service have been consistently wonderful. We compare other restaurants' food and service to Ocean Prime and Ocean Prime always outshines the others. We highly recommend Ocean Prime if you haven't dined there.

    Easter afternoon visit. We sat a high top in the bar patio area. Lovely setting. Kyle, our server, was expert and professional. He's been at this store since it opened and it showed with his knowledge of the menu and relationship with the Chef to make any mods off the menu. We began by ordering an odd quantity 9 (off menu quantity) of oysters. Both varieties were fresh and unique from each other. The cocktail sauce ingredients allowed us to adjust to personal preference. Awesome. Next we tried the Ocean Roll sushi. Once again, fresh and tasty. Our next choice was the Surf and Turf appetizer of scallops and a short rib. The short rib fell apart tender and the wine reduction sauce was unbelievable. Scallops were pan seared perfectly. 30 seconds less and they would have been too rare, but instead they were tender and moist. Did I mention how good was the sauce?! ;) The scallops were topped with mustard seeds that complimented, not overpowered. Flavors were incredibly balanced. Shrip in a tabasco cream sauce was our final choice before dessert. The serving was plated with parmesan crusted thin slices of bread surrounding the shrimp in the center on a base of the sauce which made for incredible dipping. Yum. Desert was a creme brulee with glazed strawberries and blueberries. It's a healthy size portion. Or is it an unhealthy portion because it was so generous? Lol. Flavors were amazing. I expected the glazed fruit to be too sweet. Incredibly, they were not. When joined in a spoon with the creme brulee the taste was divine. I almost said terrific. Ha! Every time I have visited this location it was impressive, and obviously, this stop was the same. Kyle was awesome. The Chef's preps and plating were beautiful and tasty. You can trust your visit to this Ocean Prime.
