Last time we came here it was very busy and we had a little trouble with the food but the manager jagger made it right and took care of us. This time the food was amazing and as usual the staff was amazing. I really love the fact that if something is t perfect they do everything they can to make it a great experience. My wife and I will keep coming back to ocean prime as long as they keep the amazing standards they have now. Thanks for the great experience.

Very disappointed..Have been going here for years..They used to give you bread at the table BUT NOW charge $8 for a Basket of bread..crazy..also ordered a wine off the wine list that we usual drink only to be told they no longer have that wine!..It was on their wine menu!!!..Not appealing anymore!

From the moment we opened the entrance door and walked in to walking out at the end of our meal, we were amazed at the level of service and courtesy. We were greeted by 2 lovely hostesses who were super accommodating to my husband and his wheelchair. Kudos to both of the ladies for being so kind and understanding to my husband's disability and placing us in an area where he was comfortable. (So sorry we didn't catch their names but they were the tall brunette lady and the blonde lady with glasses - no offense on their descriptions) Once we sat down, Luke greeted us with an offer of water to quench our thrist in this dreaded summer heat. Thomas introduced himself as our waiter and understood that we were first time diners at Ocean Prime. We opted to order off the lounge menu during happy hour so we can sample multiple dishes. And before the food arrived we were greeted by Jagger whom we later found out is the GM of OP! We were impressed and astonished that Jagger took the time to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. So onto our good eats... my husband and I ordered the Ocean Roll, the Dynamite Roll, the shrimp cocktail, the calamari, the wagyu burger, and the lamb lollipops. And OMG! The lamb lollipops were the best of all the dishes we ordered. The lamb was tender, juicy, flavorful and cooked at the right temperature. If the chef makes his steaks and fish like the lamb lollipops, we will definitely come back and try the main menu. And we WILL definitely order multiples of the lamb lollipops.😋 Thank you for making our first time experience worth remembering and worthy of coming back to try other good eats on the main menu. The service was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. My water glass was never empty 🥵

The food and service was amazing. The restaurant is beautiful and made for a wonderful romantic night out. Our server was very knowledgeable and the food came out fast! Absolutely wonderful!

We've had dinner at Ocean Prime several times but this was our first time to go to happy hour in the lounge. Prices, food, and service were great. We just wanted a bite before attending a concert and this worked out perfectly.
