    The sever was not attentive to our table and didn’t give any type of experience. The lobster bisque was so thick and oily that it made us sick and not wanting the rest of the food. We weren’t properly greeted upon entering and the doorman watched us open the door but he proceeded to open the door for the patrons behind us. It just was not a 10/10 experience

    Very delusions meal. Came here for restaurant week and had a blast. The drinks were beautiful and tasty and the food was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and the service was quick!

    The food was fantastic. We went for restaurant week. 3 course meal for what we normally pay for just two entrees. Very good price for a quality steak and adding the lobster tail is a must.

    Went for restaurant week, food was very good, same quality as not on restaurant week, however, the wait staff rushed the courses and was bringing the next course before we were finished and hindered the overall experience. Truly felt like we were being rushed out the door and it wasn’t even crowded.

    A friend and I visited for restaurant week. We both started with the lobster bisque, which was delicious. For entrees, we had the branzino and filet. The branzino was great, while the filet was just average. Dessert was the sorbet and carrot cake which were both tasty. We were most disappointed with the service. Our table was not ready for 20 minutes past our reservation time and our total dining experience was nearly two hours due to an inattentive waiter.

    Visited during restaurant week which I already knew was most likely not gonna be the best time. This was a not my first time dining at this restaurant. My steak was over cooked and salad was mediocre especially since it was not part of the fixed price. The sushi was however very good and service was on point. Would I dine again? Yes

    Ocean Prime was a little disappointing based on the name it holds. Service was subpar and so was the food when comparing it to other 5 star restaurants in the city. The warm butter cake was the highlight of the night. I would come back here for a happy hour but not another birthday dinner or special occasion.

    I never have a complaint when I come.. The hostess checking us in was very nice and accommodating. Our waitress she was AWESOME. She made great recommendations and she was well versed with the menu as well as drinks. Had a great time.

    Everything was EVERYTHING! My waitress Liz was very sweet along with the rest of the staff. Everyone greeted us with a hospitable smile and had exceptional service. Let me get into the food— it happened to be Restaurant Week but it wasn’t overcrowded and the menu was worth trying. I had the Lobster Bisque that was very rich in taste, they had warm pretzels and bread as well. But the BRANZINO was 11/10! Topped off with a very good Lemon Sorbet. How could I forget… all of the drinks on the cocktail menu could be turned into a mocktail. Definitely enjoyed my night.

    I have been to Ocean Prime several times. Alyssa our server AMAZING! She was attentive, professional, friendly and she always had a smile on her face. Everything she said ended with “my pleasure!” I love that!! Will definitely ask for her to be our server and hope she is still there! The ambiance is upscale as I love the sound of dishes clanging and muted conversations. I was a bit upset to find out that truffle deviled eggs are no longer on the menu. Definitely a loss in my book! Love Ocean Prime anyway and will visit again and again!

    My wife and I dined here for the first time and boy did it not disappoint. The ambiance was phenomenal and the food was right on par. Our service was excellent as well. Well done.

    This was our first time dining here. The food took significantly longer than expected to be served. I’m going to attribute it to it being restaurant week in Philadelphia. The staff was attentive, professional and pleasant.

    I have been to this restaurant a few times. This time I went during restaurant week. I remember the goat cheese ravioli pasta to be lighter than they were this time and also steaks were ordered medium rare and they were cook rare as far as I am concerned red inside not pink. Nothing was sent back just took doggie bags home and cooked more when ate the next day.

    Food was pretty good but the atmosphere wasn’t the best. They indicate their is a dress code of sorts, but they did not stick to it. Guys in t-shirts with baseball hats (on backwards) took away from the nice environment.

    Another fabulous and delicious meal at OP. .I ventured away from steak this time to try the blackened snapper. I was very glad I did. Just amazing! My wife's usual "let me try one bite," turn into 3 more bites.. LOL. This is truly an upscale restaurant that delivers time after time. Hope to be back soon!

    I was really excited to try Ocean Prime for my husband’s birthday, but left disappointed. My husband and my entrees (steak and Chilean Sea Bass) were both “okay.” For entrees over $50 I expect great meals. The sides were better (truffle mac and cheese, brussel sprouts and potatoes au gratin), but still nothing amazing that I have to go back for. In the middle of our meal, our waiter was no where to be found. Further, I put on our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, but they didn’t mention it or do anything even small to recognize it (even a scoop of ice cream). I would pick other steak houses over Ocean Prime unfortunately.
