    Well, done Ocean Prime. Our daughter and her girlfriends celebrated her 18th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. She said, excellent service (friendly and treated the ladies like young adults). The food was delicious and overall experience was exactly what she wanted.

    We were in Philly for the Marathon and if you have never been to this restaurant, you need to check it out. Great bar scene but separate enough from the dining room. Servers are exceptionally well trained and the food was prepared with great attention to our requests. The atmosphere was energetic and not stuffy like some other steak chains. An all around great experience.

    I was celebrating my birthday & had reservations. The service and waitress was impeccable. So nice & helpful. This is one of my favourite restaurants in the city. My cousin loved her bran Ono and my lamb chops were really good. The sushi roll is always my fav and the drinks were yummy.

    Brought my husband here to celebrate his birthday. First time for both of us. The restaurant was beautiful, romantic ambiance, food was delicious. Would recommend this restaurant.

    We were very excited to eat here. Welcomed warmly. Service only fair, food only fair, yet our tab was close to $300 ( for 2 people, and we didn't order a bottle of wine). I expect really good food and service for that kind of tab.....maybe I'm wrong?

    It took us 20mins to get a server . It was like someone they forgot we were seated. So water and bread wasn’t presented for that that duration of time. Our food and drinks were excellent I will say but the service was subpar at best. My salmon came out 10mins after my wife food n she got a steak I think the server forgot to put my order in

    My husband and I had an amazing dinner at Ocean Prime. From the minute you walk in the restaurant you know it’s going to be fantastic. The staff goes above and beyond to make it a special dinner and the food is superb, I highly recommend their sushi.

    Service and quality of drinks in the bar area was fantastic. Truffle popcorn also delicious. We were seated upstairs at a lovely half booth. The lighting was just right. We ordered the shrimp and scallop appetizers for the table. Both were excellent. The scallops, particularly, melted in your mouth. I ordered the ribeye MR with Maytag bleu cheese. Steak was cooked appropriately, but it had absolutely no seasoning on it. And, I expected a slab of Maytag bleu cheese, not some whipped up nonsense that didn’t taste like BC at all. My husband’s lamb was cooked appropriately. The creamed spinach and the $17 mashed potatoes were quite good. Drink service was horrible. Drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive. I had to ask for the drinks for both rounds. Thank God the busers came by often with water. After dinner, we ordered dessert. I ordered a carrot cake and a Nutty Irishman cocktail. I’ve had better carrot cake from a box and the cream cheese icing was bland at best. The cake was ice cold, which made it even drier. Also, what I received as a Nutty Irishman was not even close. The drink consists of equal parts of Bailey’s and Frangelico on the rocks or as a shot. There was no Frangelico, there was some sort of bubbly, like club soda, and it was served in a martini glass. I sent it back…again…after waiting until well after dessert was served. I was surprised to see the tasteless dress on quite a few women and that ripped jeans and sweat pants were allowed as “appropriate dress.” If I wanted to see women’s who-has, I’d go back to Del Friscos where the waitresses dress like street walkers. I’ll stick with Butcher & Singer or Chubby’s for much better flavor on steaks and better prices too.

    Me and my wife celebrate our 20 Anniversary. Of marriage Just want to say that Ocean Prime is amazing. We started at the bar and had some amazing drinks bartender was great. Then we got seated and we had the 22oz steak 🥩 with twice bake potatoes and asparagus everything was delicious cook to our liking. Highly recommend experimenting Ocean Prime 1000% Deserts was amazing and our waitress even gave a Happy Anniversary card Ocean Prime Cares about there costumers and they showed us that.

    We arrived at 5:40 pm on Saturday night 11/4/23. 20 minutes before our reservation time. We had a 6:00 reservation. We were told they would not seat us until our reservation time of 6:00. I looked around and noticed that the restaurant was 80% EMPTY. We were asked to wait at the bar. I do not drink alcohol. I inquired as to why we could not be seated early. I was told that the restaurant would be very busy that night. I explained that if that were the case, why not get us started 20 minutes early so we would be done early to accommodate the expected crowds later? After saying that would be my last visit to this restaurant, the hostess and another man working with her, were able to find us a table among the 100's of empty tables at that time.

    Overall price vs value is not there. The Grouper special we had was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. The grouper was hard and dry. Way to expensive for a meal like that. I’ll never go back. The manager did try to make it right which I appreciated
