Really lovely experience for a birthday meal they offered me a free dessert too but was too full. Would recommend sharing the sides as the portions are large even the starter was too big to finish.

Delicious food, amazing location. I always tell people that in the city you pay for the food or you pay for the rent (restaurant location). And if you are LUCKY, you pay for both. That is the case at ocean prime. The location can’t be beat and the food was scrumptious. Add amazing service - and you have a great night !!!

The restaurant was packed when we went for our luncheon, but because we had a reservation, we were seated promptly. There were lovely Christmas decorations all around which added to the lovely atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and stopped by our table multiple times to see if we needed anything. The food did not disappoint, it was outstanding! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Having been here last year we were really looking forward to going back again. Sadly our second time was no where near as good as the first. Took 30 minutes to get our drink. Dinner came out with the wrong potato. Server tried to convince my wife, a chef, that it was the right one. Steak was almost finished before the right potato finally came out. I do have to say a big thanks to Charlie a floor manager, who rescued a disastrous situation, well done young man.

It is rare that a restaurant considers acoustics in their interior design, but thankfully, Ocean Prime did. One could enjoy a regular conversation with companions despite the restaurant being very busy, due to thoughtful use of fabric. Jella, our server was the epitome of hospitality - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food was excellent as well throughout every course and drink options were also stellar.

Our visit to Ocean Prime was the finest dining experience we’ve ever had. The food was amazing, the service spectacular, and one of the highlights of Macy’s Parade experience. Will recommend to all and definitely return when we visit NYC again.

Overall had a great experience give it a solid 8, only real gripe was with the quality of some side dishes, service was five star, we got the tomahawk cooked a little under what we specified but still very good, drinks was very good…would def go back again

We had a lovely time on a busy Friday evening. Our waiter was very attentive. He let us chill with our wine and did not rush us. When we ordered our appetizers came in a reasonable time followed afterwards by our dinners. All food was delicious. Decor was very smart. We enjoyed our evening.

This restaurant was amazing. Jesus was a great waiter, energetic, and gave us great suggestions from the menu. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. You have to try the butter cake!
